      The staff of The Beacon on Third is so hard- working, patient, and efficient. They function so well and treat residents like esteemed family members. *****, ****** and ******* are all wonderful, and their leader, *************************, Community Manager, Could run a Fortune 500 company. We are lucky to have them all.

      I live at ********** downtown ************* and have been thrilled with the management team and the entire staff for the 3 years I've been here. The team has overseen multiple large scale projects with excellent communication throughout each projects' weeks and months long process.

      I appreciate all the work ************************* does for Lands End. Being a Board member, I know how challenging it is keeping track of everything going on on ************** property. ******* does a wonderful job and has a great personality to deal owners and contractors.

      Condominium Associates has been providing services for my community, Harbour House for many years now. They have always been responsive to our needs, very communicative when questions are posed and have provided us with a knowledgeable, relentless, and sometimes underappreciated manager in Breisy. She is absolutely the best representative our community could ever have hoped for.I would recommend this organization highly.

      I worked with *********************** on a Reserve Study a few weeks back. ***** was responsive, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable. All the outstanding information that I requested was provided in the most timely manner, which is imperative. I knew that I could rely on ***** for anything I needed. At the end of the process, I felt like ***** and I created such an amazing connection based on how personable she was throughout the entire process. I had an amazing experience, and I hope that others get to experience that as well.

      Ohhhh I'm so mad with the office in ****, **! Lack of communication Lack of effort Lack of empathy DOES NOT FOLLOW UP ON RESIDENTIAL CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK! My son could have been enrolled in school a week ago, but since they did not follow up with First Advantage our background check has been pending for two weeks! TWO WEEKS! That is negligence on behalf of the Condominium Associates! We provided our own background check from the sheriff's office. Once we requested our funds to be refunded then they told us that they have to wait for First Advantage! So, I took it upon myself to follow up with First Advantage and that is when I found out our application was completed the day it was submitted but was pending because they were waiting to hear from Condominium Associates for a manual process! If I could only put the email thread on here. If I do get involved with our HOA in our community, condominium associates all will be the first change I make!You can't play with people's lives like that and not expect it to come back to you!
