I pay $8500 for to do the top coast and repair the leaking. I called back 4 times and every time they promised me some one will call back. I wait a week for them to call back after I call them. After 2 moths they I pay off $8500. And no body call me back to take care the problem. DO NOT DO THE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, CANNOT TRUST THEM.

The Homeowner didn't want to have a new roof he wanted a coating, which isn't going to take care of the issue at hand and was stated to him on multiple occasions. A full roof was needed but only a coating was applied per contract. Everything stated on contract was completed and seeing was a coating only we do not warranty against issues as it was a coating not installing new roof or even repairing leaks. Chappelle is sorry this is how homeowner feels but work was performed per contract.Review fromEric S

5 starsOn August 16, 17, and 18, 2022, Chappelle Roofing, LLC removed three layers of shingles from house and one from garage. They installed plywood on the entire house, shingles there and on the garage, and flashing where needed. They provided a fresh surface on two porch overhangs. The total cost was $19,500; this was as committed, the work was great, and the price very reasonable. Four distinct positives are worth noting: The initial estimate called for removing only two layers of shingles. When the crew arrived to find three layers were attached, they refused to do the work. However, ****, regional manager for our area, immediately dispensed a new crew and ordered a second dumpster, covering the necessary costs. The crew worked from 7:15 in the morning until 9:00 at night for two days, and then finished the job by noon on the third day. This was no easy task because our roof is steeply sloped. Neighbors complimented us on how respectful members of the crew were, and we noted that even given the extensive piles of removed roofing on the ground, the workers cleaned up each day so the ground was clutter free for the night. At the same time, Chappelle provided what no other company offered: *********** installed new shingles on our (relatively new) detached garage so that the roof would match that of the house. Also, throughout the process and after the completion of the job, **** checked in on the work; where we had concerns, including a torn screen he addressed them without question. Finally, we feel the work was of quality; one touch we really appreciated is that Chappelle shingled the valleys rather than running flashing there; those areas should then last for the guaranteed life of the roof, and the look is of a storybook style, fitting the rest of our house.We highly recommend Chappelle Roofing, LLC for re-roofing jobs.Review fromGerald B

Buyer Beware! They do not pay their crews! So therefore you will end up paying double for your roof when the crew doesn't get paid. You will also get a lien put on your house. Do not use this company.Chappelle Roofing, LLC

We are sorry we have no record of you in our system regarding being a client or a crew. We absolute pay our crews as most of them are on our payroll. The crews we hire for subs are required to supply us with certificates of insurance with Chappelle Roofing listed as a certificate holder and additional insured with a waiver of subrogation and a fully executed signed subcontract agreement before they can start work. Unfortunately, as stated previously we have no record of you in our system, please feel free to call the office.
