I had promotional items with no interest charges for 18 months. Yet at the end of 18 months, I owed the original amount plus all the interest charges. None of my payments applied to these promotions totaling over $6922.45. Each payment was made monthly, yet nothing applied to my promotional balances. My payments were always made online. Yet I was told now that they are due in full, that I was to call in each payment. I have never done that with HSN, and when I tried to get help, I was told there is nothing they can do for me. So, 18 months of payments did not apply to any promotion offers. You cannot pull up the information you need on their online, so I was in the dark all 18 months. I am disgusted I could not get help, and the added interest is $3,341.63. At the end of my phone call, she said that a supervisor would call me. I waited days, and no phone call. Now it's due and I called again to get all the amounts they wanted from me by 5/10/24. I believe that I have been caused damage, even though I made all my payments for reducing the balances. I have other cards with the same offers, and I have never had this issue where my payments were not applied. This company is not being honest with their customers to take advantage this way, to scam you for this amount of money, and not want to help solve the problem. SYF shows phone payments were made, however there was not a request regarding the reallocation. SYF can reallocate any payment within 60 days per cardholders request. I purchase solar lights (Bell + ****** Disk Lights Solar Ultra Stone 8-pack) from HSN . they shipped the wrong color first. Then they shipped out the correct order but one of the lights was broken . To compensate for this lack of quality control, oversight and my time, they offered me a measly few dollars for this debacle. There are a lot of people who purchase these lights have similar complaints. I do not understand why HSN chooses to continue to sell these solar lights where A LOT of customers are experiencing these same issues. Just go to the HSN site and see all bad reviews about these lights there. ************ of HSN. On May 1, 2024 I purchased a HP computer from HSN because I was needing a way to watch my zoom meetings with my Doctor. I was watching HSN and their salesman convinced me that I would not have any issues because of Windows 11* for security and a Better Brains learning program to help me understand how this computer works. i am not good with technical stuff since my cancer surgeries. so i really needed a computer. HSN said I would receive a package worth $1038.04 but just received the computer. I called to complain but they said it wasn't their fault. It was shipped by New Age Electronics. I sent them messages on their website but no response. I have had nothing but frustration since my computer arrived without the bundle of vouchers. *o, when I finally got help from HP (Computer brand) to help me use my computer because i couldn't get it to work they said I would have to get rid of ********* Windows 11* mode. The * mode for safety they said. They couldn't help me unless they can connect with my computer by removing * mode. And if I want their help this is the only way they can do it. Plus once they help you after I, myself removes * mode by following prompts told by me by HP to remove ********* protection needed for security. then I also find out that once you do this you can not go back to Windows11*. I am now stuck with Windows 11 without * for my security. But I can now buy a subscription to McAfee because i have it free according to my computer for just 1 month. This all could have been resolved when I called them when I received the computer without my bundle but they said their hands are tied. *o, I ask for a supervisor to help expedite getting my computer bundle and again just patronizing me. The next day all I received was an e-mail that my order was cancelled. This computer now had all my personal information, I D sign in passwords, My name could now be victimized by this computer I purchased from HSN. $20.89 12/10/23 HSN falsely claimed in dispute that I did not contact them when I had called within the return window and spoke to ******, their phone rep, on 12/28/23 at 2:07pm who stated he would send me a prepaid return shipping label after I explained & agreed with other customers that nail clipper & file set was subpar & arrived late as I was in a convalescent hospital & needed asap. I have set a return exception for this order and requested a label be mailed to your primary bulling address on your account. ?I havent received their prepaid shipping label through the US mail.
Their response was they sent prepaid shipping labels via email previously but no dates or proof provided. Dishonest againfirst they stated that I never contacted them per bank dispute written response (see att image). Now HSN changes their story to I did contact them, proof theyre seemingly a dishonest, unethical company. They stated that they now will send prepaid label through US mail without tracking. How could *** Wheel of Fortune team up with such an outfit?

The $10 discount for new HSN card applications is applied to the order if the application is approved and unfortunately, we are unable to combined promotions and coupons on one order. The code you referenced HEARTYOU is an app only coupon that ran until 4/2/2024. Orders would need to be placed on the HSN app and the coupon applied at the time of checkout.

On Monday, March 25th, 2024, HSN advertised a daily deal on Cricut Maker 3 and EasyPress Mini Craftroom in a Box Kit originally marked as $499 for limited time offer of $129 (plus shipping). I called customer service and spoke to a live person confirming this deal was accurate. They placed the order for me of a quantity of 2 making my total order $322.54 with e-mail confirmation of order and expected arrival date of April 3rd. About an hour later, the listing appeared to have sold out of the daily deal. The following morning, I received this email: Dear HSN Shopper,Were writing to you today regarding your recent order(s). HSN experienced a technical error on numerous products which changed the correct price of the item(s) selected to an extremely low price. When we discovered the pricing issue, we cancelled the orders. This is in accordance with our Conditions of Use outlined on hsn.com. We are making every effort to redirect any orders that *** have shipped back to HSN or our Vendor. We apologize for any inconvenience this *** cause. I returned 3 items and they have been received by HSN. HSN closed my account, which is fine and their right, however, it is not their right to keep goods that they have not refunded me fore. Either return these 3 items to me or refund my money as you have received these items back. The orders are ********** *******, which was returned via tracking 1Z1WE8789069841748 which was received by hsn on 2/16/24 and ********** ******* and ********** ******* via 1Z1WE8789070225929 which was received by hsn on March 7.
