      Never fails, just about every product I purchased from HSN is faulty, breaks or doesn't do what it's suppose to do! In this case all 3 apply! I purchased the ************** and vinegar dispenser and because I only needed one, I decided to give the other one to my son! Well like all the other HSN products Ive purchased, the one i kept didn't work! I'm so sick and tired of the junk they sell you. This shopping networks stinks anymore! The only good thing about this defective item is I got it right in time for trash night!

      ********* ******* HSN will not let me order any items for the full amount or the flex amount due to someone who used to live at my address had their own separate account under a different name and owes a balance to them. I have contacted customer service and sent a letter to the headquarters of HSN in ******* explaining that I have my own account under my name & dont owe any balances. This other person, no longer lives at my address. I have not heard from HSN headquarters. It has been months.

      I purchased a product from HSN 'Miracle Smile by ******************** this product is a flosser (Miracle Smile Deluxe Pro Water Flosser) I find out today that this company has over 161 complaints from some of their customers regarding bad products. My product was returned to this location ************************************************************** where it has been sitting for over a month now. HSN told me that when the product comes in this company will notify them (HSN) that the product was there. Well its still sitting there. I'm stuck because I loss the tracking number and there's nothing I nor HSN can do, what about calling the company to see why they haven't been notified. I don't know how to get my refund. Why is HSN selling their products??? shouldn't they know better?

      HSN sent a wrong size which they replaced. They sent a confusing label with both USPS and UPS. UPS stores get confused to USPS. In this confusion the UPS store sent it via USPS. They refuse that they never got it. I got fed up of contacting and complaining how confusing their label is and the hard time I had to send the item back. They re-charged my credit card despite my telling them I have shipped it back at least six times. I asked them for a separate UPS label that they never sent. I had a horrible experience due to their mistake. Not helpful. Poor system. Bad customer service. Like other reviews are greedy on money and have ways to charge multiple times without your consent. Will never buy from them!

      I have been a long-time customer; I returned an item and received a late bill of $5.66 and customer service said I am obligated to pay. What a disgrace, Goodbye HSN. You just lost a very loyal customer. ****** ** *******

      I purchased a few products, they arrived very timely. Bag had a slit and was opened. One of the small products was missing. I assume fell out somewhere along the delivery process. I immediately phoned HSN. Customer service sent out a new package. Took a few days to receive. All was great! UNTIL. HSN began badgering me with emails advising I needed to sent the 'old' product I did not receive back to them. I WAS MISSING THE PRODUCT..NOTHING TO SEND BACK!! I replied that the product was missing upon initial delivery. STILL received emails and finally a letter in the mail. I do believe they were going to charge my credit card for the product I NEVER RECEIVED! I called, spoke to someone at HSN yesterday, All was good. TODAY, I received an email, thanking me for sending the product back. ??? In today's computer world, there's not a field that says, PRODUCT WAS LOST IN DELIVERY! I certainly hope this is over. I would think twice about ordering from HSN again. (And they have some great deals!).

      Place order (April) 2 to 3 weeks ago and was told it would shipped on June 17th. On the 17th of June I get notice that my order has been cancelled. No reason or explanation. How you going to wait until the day it suppose to ship to cancel. I am very ****** could have went to someone else and brought what I needed.

      I purchased a high beach chair Tall Improvements Chair with Accessories. Do not buy!!! Total Rip off . Broke the first day I used it!!!!

      I never received my order and the wrong address was used twice even though I told the employee it was wrong. They wouldn't give me a refund and said I'd have to dispute the charge with my bank. Their fault entirely.

      Terrible, terrible terrible company. Ive done business and ordered many things from HSN, but never again. I ordered several of the same item and it was not what was represented. I tried to return them, but was told that it was an outside vendor, and there was no Way to ship back without paying more than what I had spent on the original items HSN has turned into a complete scam, shop Amazon!
