      Did two events with them, the first one I barely got what I paid for but at the effect no representation was there ( March) at a Tulsa car show. The event was booked for two hours longer then the show and most vendors cleared out, no one who stayed got sales in the last two hours. Additionally the location hosts asked us not to stay after the event. I thought it was a typo and figured next time it will be correct. But I was very frustrated that I paid for indoor and electric but found out the person next to me paid for neither but still got the VIP spot. The second one in April, at the same location and same things happened. This time I didn't even get the advertisement o paid for. Again no only from the network showed up and some vendors showed up not on the list (some admit to not Even paying because they know they didn't have to since OSN never shows up to check) and they got VIP spots ($200 cost!!!) for free. I asked for the advertising fee back and was denied. I asked to be advertised before the event and was not. I just want my money back for the extras that I paid for but didn't get. But they refuse. Don't work with them, they are a huge scam.

      I really don't need to say much... their 1 star rating says it all. Their lackluster customer service and egregious handling of their business is grossly disgusting. My wife order a product from them online and within 3 minutes they canceled her order and did not tell her why. But that's not why I'm here writing this review. HSN took her money of 139 dollars and will not reverse the transaction rather they are letting it time out which takes almost 2 weeks. My wife has never ordered from HSN and has no history with them. It is disturbing what they are doing. Upon investigating this I found that this is normal practice for HSN. They should be held accountable for this.... Everyone reading this I recommend you do not order from HSN rather go to JVC or SHOPHQ. Save yourself the anger and headache we have had to deal with..

      I'm a new customer and placed 3 orders on flex pay. After placing a 4th order on flexpay they contacted Experian and cancelled my order. This was after I had been approved for an HSN card and was well below my credit limit. Terribly upsetting to receive a letter in the mail saying they contacted to the credit bureau again without my consent a month and a half after being approved for a credit card and paying my balance in full. The letter provided a phone number and no one could give me a reason why this happened. I have a 820 credit score. There is no reason I should have received this letter.

      They are selling Red and Blue diamonds as very rare and collectible. They are not disclosing that these diamonds are heat treated to make the color. They are not rare and Federal Trade Commission has laws against this.

      Dont shop with these people. They accused me of fraud and asked me what my business name was because I used a business phone number with ****** voice. They want your business name phone number and maybe even your SSN! I will gladly be ordering off a different website. The fraud department is RUDE!

      Dont shop with them! Run !!!! I bought a laptop from them and it didnt work. I retuned it for a replacement gave an agent through chat my tracking number the same day I shipped it off. I had to reach out to them due to not receiving my replacement laptop . Almost two months later, they sent me a letter saying I never returned it . The crazy part about it was I used the return slip sent in my box. They claim to have no record of it the item being shipped back . However, a chat agent told me he saw that I returned it therefore he initiated the return for me . Now the returned laptop was never returned . Please dont buy from this company !

      HSN lies to their customers. I agreed to sign up as a new customer in exchange for receiving text messages and emails. They told me I could use a one time 15% off coupon on my first order. THen when I place my first order they say sorry coupon code is no good. Then I called into customer service and I am told sorry coupon code is no good. What a scam, bait and switch, I would recommend to everyone do not order from this organization, they clearly lie to new customers!

      They used to be good. Not any more. Poor quality & poor service. I had to return a couple of items 9ver the course of last yr. Both times weeks later I had to contact them before they posted that the item was returned or issued a refund. They have lost my business of over 15 yrs.
