      NOT TRUSTWORTHY! 3/13/2021 PURCHASED A 65" WESTINGHOUSE ROKU SMART TV W/EXTENDED WARRANTY/2YEARS(WAS AN EXCLUSIVE PRODUCT). TOTAL COST:$699.99. 8/29/2022 STOPPED WORKING. CONTACTED WESTINGHOUSE CONSISTENTLY. LAST EMAIL FROM THEM WAS 11/5/2022. CALLED HSN, REPRESENTATIVE STATED THEY WOULD HAVE MY BACK; FOR ME NOT TO WORRY. WOULD BE GIVEN A $50.       HSN doesn’t have corporate management to deal with problems. I left 4 phone messages but nobody returned my phone calls. They send supervisors , they try to resolve issues but the problem is still there. I was given phone number supposedly for corporate nobody returned phone calls. I also wrote on Facebook and asked to call me , instead they blocked me !!! ****** way to deal with problems. I wrote from different account about the same problem , they blocked me there too without even asking about problem. I will be returning everything I bought since the beginning of this year 2023 and will close account since I can’t resolve anything with anybody. FYI . Don’t buy anything from HSN !!!

      HSN has a 23 day billing cycle so some months you get 2 charges for the same item. When asked the customer service agent she said " that's just the way ************** does it!!!" Honestly I am done with this company. I've been screwed over in the past on returns and the customer service is little to no help with any questions./Deceptive billing and deviates from standard accounting practices. Appears dishonest and is ripe for a class action lawsuit!

      Maybe it is time to find a bank that treats your customers to an ACCURATE monthly billing statement. Who in the world thinks there are 23 days in the month. HSN has finally hit an all time LOW. I am taking my business elsewhere and would recommend everyone doing the same or continue paying their HIGH interest RATE!

      Purchased Hair growing product from HSN. After reading side effects and reasons why I would not be a good candidate for this product I wanted to return it. The presenters said that it would be returned anytime for a period of 4 months. However there was no return label included with the package. Called HSN and they said it could not be returned to them but have to be shipped to another company. This is totally unacceptable. Customers should have been told this before as purchasing. I am sure I will never get a refund on this product.

      I understand your concern and worry of not receiving a refund for your return. In addition to several of our own warehouse, we use vendor warehouses to ship and return some items. Items shipped from a vendor would be returned to the vendor for the return to be processed. Please rest assured once your item is returned to our vendor's warehouse, a refund will be processed. If for some reason it has not you may call **************** after 3 days, provide the tracking number showing the delivery to the warehouse and we will manually issue a refund back to your MOP.

      I purchased my house a year ago. Prior to this it was land. I go to order a toy for my son. Paying cash. It wont let me. I call, customer service. I am told that my address is blocked. I have to call a fraud team to verify my identity. They can send in my info but it will take 10 business days to verify. A simple ****** search of my address verify my name, purchase of my land, and my house being built a year ago. I am to play detective for loss prevention.

      I think its bad business to charge Customers $5.95 for shipping whether you order 1 item or 5 !!! Who wants to pay almost $6 for 'one' purchase, plus tax, and item cost!! HSN is going to lose Customers.

      When I ordered 8 tops. Never got a confirmation email, Never heard again until 3 weeks later an email that looked like *********** package was undeliverable. No one home. Get lots by Fedx never had that before. Said to hit the tracking number it would not light up to check.. Had another message said it was at the hub and owed money for customs. Called my bank.

      Score ordering a beauty product, I called customer service to check if the description was correct, as the photo did not match the written description. The rep checked with another employee, and said that the photo was a stock photo, and that the description was in fact correct (they said the 2.5 oz written description was correct, over the 0.5oz picture. I ordered the product. I received the package today, and the product was in fact the 0.5oz size. The customer service rep said they would particularly refund me or I could send it back. Seems incompetent and fraudulent of a business not to fix an error that was previously pointed out to them, unless that was the intention all along.
