  We had our bi-annual inspection today and Alex Moore did an excellent job. He went over everything he did in detail and explained recommendations. Have used American’s services for almost 2 decades. When we replaced our unit last year, the same person sold us the new unit who had sold us 15 years before. Consistently good service!!! Highly Recommend!!!

  It’s been 5 years with AA&H and although the systems had lots of issues at first they had been very responsive and have honored warranties flawlessly. The personnel is great and knowledgeable. Last two maintenances where made by Fred and he was excellent

  American Air and Heat’s employees (office staff and technicians) are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend this business whether you are in need of a new HVAC unit, service or routine maintenance.

  I paid over $10,000 for a new system two years ago, and since I paid additional $5,000 for thing they continue to say I need but yet I still have problems with my system. My bedroom which use to be the coolest is not the hottest but they say I need to spend more money to make it cooler but yet it was the coldest!! They only want money and refuse to fix their wrongs!! I need more money to fix something that wasn’t a problem until THEY got their hands on my home. They are not on the same page, every person who comes out, tells me something different and they continue to want more money! DO NOT USE THEM

  I happily give this company 5 stars. They installed my unit 7 years ago and perform maintenance every six months. Everyone I've spoken to or met, from Customer service to the Service Technicians, have been caring and professional. No problems.
