      Best in the business! I’ve been a customer since 2007 and have never had a bad experience. They maintained my original system the house was built with until it was time for an upgrade, I purchased a new system from them and they’ve been maintaining it since new. Always impeccable service. Their Techs are very thorough and well trained and their Customer Service is friendly and fast.

      Every person in this company loves their job and it shows! AA&H staff have superior depth of technical expertise; they are knowledgeable and professional with keen attention to detail and great communication skills. They go out of their way to take great care of clients--for example, they kept our indoor cat safe by closing doors all day long, and even for a messy tear-down and install, they left the house and yard impeccably clean. American Air & Heat gives us 100% peace of mind.

      I typically have my new system serviced every 6 months, and each time I have had it done by American Air & Heat, the tech has been extremely thorough. The gentleman today was absolutely great and pursued a problem with the drain line until it was solved! This was no easy task as my air handler is in the attic and he needed to go up and down the ladder many, many times to keep checking the system and to finally clear the clog! I would highly recommend this company for any AC work they need to have done!

      The service has always been tier 1. I’ve been using them for the past 10yrs now. The technicians have always been friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing has always been fair as well.

      Jesse came out today to service our unit and found a couple of small repairs that needed to be done. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. We couldn’t ask for any better service. If I could give him and American Air more stars I would!!
      We will definitely be calling on him in the future!

      Alex ***** went above and beyond during our maintenance call. He was very thorough and explained everything to us clearly! I would highly recommend American air and heat and would love to have Alex as our tech in the future!

      My husband and I needed to replace our 13-year-old air-conditioner recently. During our due diligence we received quotes from five different A/C companies with American Air & Heat being our first quote, after reading the reviews on google. All the quotes were within the same range, no surprises there. The reason we chose American Air & Heat over the others was their integrity and attention to all details of our install. Theirs was the only quote that included changing out the unit, new wiring, replacing of the copper piping, rebuilding the air-handler box, new exterior concrete A/C pad, and resealing of all ductworks. From beginning (sales representative David) to installation (Shaun and Holton on truck# 106), we were impressed with the friendliness, knowledgeability, and honesty of this company. All three of the employees we interacted with would be an asset to any company. They were very respectful to me and my home and always friendly and helpful during our interactions on install day. Thanks everyone, it’s great to have A/C again!
