This company is a SCAM. Please read all the other negative reviews. I traded in my Lenovo touch screen laptop which I paid $900 for, and they were supposed to give me $95 back, which is already too low. As MANY MANY others have said, once they get your item, they make false claims about it not working and lower their offer. They said my laptop had 1TB of memory and i said it had 256 mb and they were deducting because of that, which is ABSURD, i had WAY more memory than i originally thought and that should increase my amount. They also said that the screen had scratches, which it doesn't not and that the camera didn't work, which it did. They said they will now only give me $19 which is completely insane since I paid more than that for the box i shipped it in!! I've learned my lesson with this shady company, please heed the warning.Business Response

You are correct, we did indeed find that the storage capacity in your device was actually higher than what you had indicated it to be. However, we also found the device to have excessive scratching, inline with our fair condition pricing, and a bad camera. Those issues significantly devalue the final selling price and due to this, your final offer amount was lower rather than higher.
I have attached images verifying all of the issues mentioned above to this complaint for the customer's and BBB's review.
We do offer free returns and we'd be more than happy to return this device back to the customer should they decide not to proceed with the trade-in. They can reach out to us with their decision via this complaint or reach out to our customer service team directly.

Quote ******* On 8/1/22, I received an estimate for my used laptop in the amount of $120.00 I followed all procedures and sent my item to them via a prepaid mail label that they sent me. The laptop was in good operating condition. Today, I was notified that my device is "old" and therefore, they withdrew and/or reduced my estimate to "0". Then I was informed that I would "PAY" them $50 for an additional shipping label to send my item back to me or I can authorize them to dispose of it. This is very MISLEADING and IT'S A SCAM! My laptop is fully operational with no defects. All I want is for them to return my item with no further charge for me for my inconvenience.Business Response

I looked into your trade-in details and completely understand your frustration. My sincere apologies for the poor experience and any inconvenience this may have caused.
It seems the individual who inspected your device missed including a very key message in our email to you. The device we received was not the same model as you had indicated. It was a much older model that we could not make an offer on. Due to this we weren't able to offer anything for it.
Per your conversation with our customer service team yesterday, we waived the fee and returned the device back to you free of charge.

I obtained a 105 dollar quote for my phone (iPhone 7c) and agreed to it. I was sent the small carton and a bubble wrap sleeve to ship it in and did so. I have proof of delivery from *** ( received by Mario on 7/8/22) but have never received any payment. The account I set up has been deleted and I have sent multiple emails that continued to be ignored.Business Response

I contacted them (only), they agreed to purchase my phone and I received the packaging material and a**** label in the mail. I shipped it and they state NOW that it wasn't them.( delivered -I have a POD from****) The person on the phone acts as if she knows nothing- but when I enter my name in their system my address populates (maybe everyone has my address) but they have no account for me???

We'd really like to help the customer and figure out what happened to their device, however, we need some additional information from the customer to be able assist.
All our trade-ins have an offer number and an email confirmation. We request the customer send us either one of those or provide us with the tracking number or proof of delivery?

I purchased an iPhone X from this seller's***** store in Jan 2020. The phone quit working the other day so I took it to ***** to get it repaired. When the ***** employee inspected the phone, they pointed out several markings that indicate the phone is a fake. When I informed Its Worth More of the situation, they said that they only guarantee their products for 12 months and they will do nothing about the fake phone they sold me. I have looked into your correspondence with us as well as the images you provided us with.
I'll start of by stating that it's impossible to fake an iPhone's software. ***** has very strict controls over their software and even if someone was successfully able to build a phone that looked like an iPhone, *****'s iOS software would not work on it. It would be immediately obvious to any seasoned ***** user that it is not a real iPhone. We've been in this business for over 10 years, processed over 500,000 devices and not once have we resold a fake iPhone. It simply would not pass our inspection process.
In addition, given that you've had the phone for over 2 years now and have used it to connect to your iCloud Account, download apps from the App Store e.t.c is a good indicator that this is not a fake iPhone. Unfortunately you may have misunderstood the ***** employees or they shared incorrect information with you.
The phone we sold you was a used / refurbished device. The one we sold you in particular was a phone that was Refurbished by Asurion. Asurion is one of the largest iPhone refurbishers with over 19,000 employees. What you are claiming as fake is simply Asurion branding they add to the back of the devices they refurbish.
I hope this information helps clarify what I've stated. If you are still not convinced, I would visit the ***** store again or a local repair facility for further clarification.Initial Complaint

They switched my unit with serial # ************* Now they say my iPad is worthless when they quoted $381..00. They are offering to send an iPad via return mail. This case or offer number is*******. I'm July 27th, it's worth more told me my payment of 254$ was being sent through ******. I still had not received payment three days later, so I emailed them and they said the "payment didn't go through." So, we decided to send it to ***** by the end of the day in which I did not receive. After emailing about this, they said the ***** payment "didn't go through" either. Once I asked about alternative payment, I received no more replies from them. I am concerned they are not intending to send the payment at all.
