I sent my ******* Note 20 Ultra 5G to this company for sale. They claim the screen was broken on arrival. However, I did pay for insurance

    1. I know they did not pay for insurance with**** because I am a**** Facility as well and verified that they charged me for insurance but did not in turn pay for insurance

    2. They stated i could not file claim because they threw the packaging away. This is not my fault nor is this an acceptable excuse

    3. I am also a ******** dealer who sends phones all over the world and we have NEVER had a broken device EVER! Therefore I am more likely to believe they just wanted to increase their profits

I am requesting the FULL value of the device at $340.00

I have all email communication from and to the company if needed.

I accepted their offer of $50 for a Motorola One 5G Ace 64GB unlocked. I had never used the phone. They reported in was locked to a Google account. I have 3 emails that fall in the category of a google account and this device does not appear as attached to any of those accounts. They offered to return the device to me if I pay a return fee. I just told them to forget it as I am not paying more money for a device I do not want anyway. This seems like a way for them to keep the device without paying of get an additional fee to return it.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback with the BBB.

We understand that this is a frustrating experience for the customer and in no way are trying to keep the customers device without paying for it. The device has no value to us in its current state. We are simply reporting our findings.

We charge a fee to return devices sent to us in a locked state to prevent abuse of our services. In the past, we've had many instances of individuals mailing in devices that don't belong to them in hopes that we might overlook the activation lock or have a way to bypass it. This results in us incurring high shipping and processing costs only to have the device returned back to the customer.

Given that this seems more like a genuine issue with unlinking the device from your account rather than abuse of our service, we are more than happy to return the device back to you for free.

I made an agreement with itsworthmore.com that I would sell my iPhone XR to them in the amount of 120.00, which was allegedly sent to me via ***** and they said would take 1-2 business days. I received that offer email on the 12th, that it was approved and sent to me through *****, to the email associated with my *****.

We'd like to thank the customer for reaching out and sharing their feedback via the BBB.

Upon looking into this further, it looks like we sent the payment to the ***** email provided by the customer on 10/12/2022 and it was returned back to us as unclaimed. Unfortunately we have no control over how the customer's account has been set up and rely on them to provide us with accurate information.

I do see that the customer's payment was resent via ***** on 10/17 and seems to have been delivered.

This issue has been marked resolved on our end unless there's anything else outstanding that the customer would like addressed.

    Hello,
on september 8th i decided to sell them 3x 16 inch macbook pro (total amount: $6998) because i need to buy a smaller ones.
I got into the website, they sent me a prepaid shipping label and I sent the 3 macbook pro so that the sale could be done quickly. I don't know what**** did with the package and now itsworthmore doesn't want to make the insurance claim because I don't have the IMEI of the macbook pro.
I made the mistake of not writing down the IMEI but it seems unfair that they don't want to claim**** insurance just for that.
please check the attachment, thats the**** receipt showing the Tracking code. something happend with the package.
    help me please

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback via the BBB. *** flagged this package as Fraud Risk and discarded the contents. We will require extensive documentation from the customer's end to show otherwise. We have requested relevant information from the customer such as serial numbers for the devices to provide to *** to ensure we are filing a claim with the highest chance of success. However, this information has not been provided to us.

Is there a receipt that can be provided? We would also need a police report given the value of the devices should the customer choose to continue with submitting the claim.

*** flagged this shipment as fraud. Internally, our fraud team is seeing multiple signs indicating the same. Unfortunately, without the requested information, we are unable to further assist.

I decided to sell the Mac computer to the company (Offer #******) in February 2022 and shipped it using a *** label provided by ItsWorthMore. Apparently the shipment was lost in transit by the carrier and I contacted the company to start the claim, suppling them as per their request with the serial number of the device and my ID. The claim was started and, according to *** approved, since that the company is not replying to my emails for months now.

I received an offer for a trade-in on my Mac mini (offer ****** on 9/11/2022), and shipped it to these guys shortly after. I wish I read all the BBB reviews and saved myself some effort. They keep telling me that the device is still "activation locked", even though I followed all instructions to make sure it isn't, several times.

Now I have to pay $50 to get it shipped back to me (assuming they will actually send it back). I don't think this is a legitimate business, judging by the amount of complaints here. Oh, and their customers support number is a mailbox. Should have checked that first.

Thank you for reaching out to us via the BBB and sharing your feedback with us.

Per my review of this transaction, it looks the issue has been resolved and the payment sent.

I'm sorry that it took a few tries to have the activation locked remove. We run into this issue every once in a while where a customer has removed their device from their iCloud account but the device itself does not seem to have updated. We're not sure what the cause is but appreciate your patience in working with us to resolve it.

I hope that we have resolved this issue to your satisfaction and if there are any further issues, please feel free to reach out to us directly or via the BBB.

This is regarding offer number ******. I sent in a pair of authentic Airpod Pros that I purchased from Target. I received an email on 9/1/22 that they were unable to provide an offer on those Airpods because they believe they are counterfeit. I immediately replied to the email with screenshots from check coverage.Apple.com with proof that the serial number shows a Valid Purchase date which proves they are indeed authentic. I received a reply that they would reevaluate my items. As of yet I have not heard back from the company. I have provided proof from Apple that these are genuine and this company needs to honor their offer.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback via the BBB. We re-evaluated the customers AirPods and have resolved the issue with them on 9/2. At this time this issue has been resolved on our end unless the customer has any additional concerns they would like to add.

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

    Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/09/06) */
I followed up with the business on 9/2 and they replied that a newly hired technician thought the Airpods were counterfeit. They said after a senior technician inspected the Airpods again and the serial numbers that I provided were reviewed again it was determined that the AirPods were indeed authentic and my payment was issued. I'm very pleased that the business admitted they are wrong and made things right.

After matching the spec of my computer with the website I was offered $260.00 dollars for my computer. I used the label that was send to me. Once my computer got there I was told that I would not get any money cause my computer work on one network. After receiving the email informing me of this I can the company and informed them only cell work on single networks. they then said they would recheck my computer. After doing so I got another email saying that my monitor was not working. I call them back and told them that that not possible is wiped the computer before I sent it and know the monitor was working.they told my they would check the computer again. They then sent me another email stating that after investigation they found that my computer was damage during shipping and that they would give me $60.00 dollars and recycle it for me. I then requested my computer so I can see for myself what they did to my computer.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/09) */
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback via the BBB. I'm really sorry to hear about your negative experience with us.

It seems there is some confusion regarding the reason for the adjustment to your trade-in. Your device was not adjusted due to network issues.

The reason we offered to recycle the device was two fold. The device model was different from what you had indicated. You had indicated that the device was an HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop with an Intel Core i7 7th Gen. processor. What we received was an HP Pavilion Laptop with an Intel Core i7 6th Gen. processor. You can verify this yourself by searching the model number on the bottom of the laptop. The device we received is not a model we currently accept for trade in due to it's age and low resale value. In addition, the device was found also found to have a damaged display and a broken piece on the body.

Based on our conversation with you, it seems the device was not mailed in damaged and the damage may have happened during shipping. Due to this, we offered $60 for the device as a courtesy. This $60 was calculated on our website based on a similar and newer model laptop that we do accept for trade-in.

It looks like you you did not opt-in to insuring your device during checkout. Typically devices are insured automatically up to $100. As a courtesy we are willing to the customer $100 for their device. Given the actual model the customer was trading in, this would be a fair value for it.
