    I WILL do business again! I received the best quote here, and it was so easy! I entered the info, and they gave me a quote. I sent the phone in, and within a few days, I received word that it had been received and would be evaluated. Two days later, my quote was accepted, and they paid me via Zelle. Simple and very fast!

    Do not I repeat do not and I can't stress this enough but do not sell to these guys I sent them a ******* z flip phone that I was quoted 170 minus 2 for the insurance they sent me a quote back for 21 dollars h*** no this phone was literally after a few months of use packed up because I got a new upgraded phone for free so it was still I ln great physical condition and working condition all the way up to the day I sent it in the box they claimed it had screen blemishes which is total bs because the phone was my main phone all the way up to the day I sent it in asked them to send it back was told they wanted to reevaluate it with a senior tech ummm that makes no sense if you claim what's wrong with it is the case what would be the difference if someone else looked at it what would be different besides you shifting it to a bunch of other hands and probably causing more damage that was never there luckily I still have it under my ************ I'll just get a brand new replacement and sell it brand new and the worse part about it the kiosks that are around town which low-ball you were offering more than them which makes no sense I could've just taken to my local ******* ecoatm machine and had my money more than what they offer on the same day then the lady states they resale phones so more or less they want you to send the item so they tell you a higher payout so they can make a bs evaluation that goes thru whatever process then gives you a super low price so they can sell it and make 3 to 4 times more money off it the math ain't mathing DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SELL TO THEM !!!!!!!

    I've used this company several times over the years and have always been happy with them. If you do have a question, you can speak to an actual person and not only through text or email. They email you when they receive your device and when they've issued your payment. I will definitely use them again in the future.
