    Do not trust this company. I decided to try this company instead of Gazelle because they were offering a little more. I sold 1 2017 Mac in near flawless condition and notated that as well. I shipped them in well packaged (I pack and ship things for a living) and receive an email that my Mac had screen damage. I asked them to return it and they returned the Mac was clearly dropped or hit on the edge. Be weary of these practices, take a ton of photos and proof before you ship to them. It's a sad day when so many companies don't make things right and just push their issues or mistakes to consumers 100% of the time.

    Do not trust this company. I sent in a pixel slate. They rescinded their offer after they said that they couldn't get it to work. I understood since the charging could be occasionally finicky at home, maybe 1 out of 10 times the cord needed a jiggle and they probably did a cursory look. So, I just asked for my pixel slate back.

    Unfortunately, they did not send my slate back, but instead a different slate (which I could tell since the wear and tear pattern is completely different). Now this different slate is completely nonfunctional.

    So, basically I sent in a working pixel slate. Got no money. And was returned a different nonfunctional slate. This company is the definition of sleazy.

    I sent in a PC laptop, with the data completely wiped and factory reset. The offer and buying process was as smooth as it can be.
    Starting about 2 weeks after I sold it, I started getting notified of suspicious sign-ins from random locations around the world from different apps--my Windows account, my Audible account, *********...
    Please beware if you're selling a PC; you never know whose hands your hard drive will end up in

    Worse company ever.
    I sent 2 working PC and they returned 2 broken PC after offering some penies for both. I was trying out the company so, I really sent 2 working... one brand new and one old but working. They returned with borken parts. I was looking for the parts on the box, because maybe in the shipping process the PC were blroken but no. They did this, they broke the PCs just because I did not accept the price.
    What an awful company.
    Please never use this service.

    I almost only rated this 4 stars so people would read it amidst all the (now I know) honest 5 star reviews, but they deserve all 5. If I could rate them 10 out of 5 stars I would. They give you a quote for your device. Then they give you a shipping label. Then you ship it. Then they give you email updates as things happen - received - evaluating condition - accepted - payment sent. They thanked me for being honest about my iPhone having scratches and immediately sent payment with the original quote not changing. Just got the check today. Took 12 days to get paid from shipping it on a Sunday to today (Friday). INSANE. I WILL ABSOLUTELY BE USING THEM AGAIN AND I WISH I COULD RATE THEM HIGHER!!!

    Just as advertised. Sent my laptop in and forgot to remove the BIOS password. They promptly reached out to me so the problem could be fixed. The machine was queued to be reinspected which took less than 24H.
    The next day I got an email saying the problem was fixed and I got my check just a little later. I will be using the service again.

    Very reliable people. They acknowledge my description of the device I sent and thanked me for it. THey promptly send me the check and I'm fully satisfied with they way they handled my business.

    In April 2022, I received a quote for ItWorthMore.com to buy my use iPad in near perfect condition for $141. My iPad had zero scratches on it. Once they received my device, then sent an email saying that there were scratches on the iPad and lowered the price to $120. This was total BS - the device was perfect. I asked for pictures and they sent some - but I am nearly certain those picture were not from my actual iPad. This is a shady company. Stay away.
