She was very courteous, spoke very nicely and made sure that my issues were resolved. Five STARS to **********

      The people at American Power & Gas are amazing! I've never had any other energy company reach out so quickly and try to persuade me to stay. And it wasn't a hard sell. ***** in the ********** was amazing!! She did offer a variable rate that will help me get through a high electricity month, and then perhaps I'll stay with it. I had always gone with fixed rates, but she said their variable rate is competitive, or else people would simply switch away from it, since there are no penalties to switch. Then there is **** *! He also was able to explain about why my rewards account was currently inactive, but would soon be re-activated after I stopped the transfer to a different electricity supplier. He went above and beyond to make my landing back with American Power & Gas to go smoothly! Amazing to work with him also, and this all happened in one afternoon! Wow! Thanks to the company for hiring and keeping such amazing people to interact with customers!

      Harassing salespeople will continue to call. These are scammers looking to sign you up at a low rate, then increase your rate a few months after you sign up, classic bait and switch.

      American Power & Gas uses very deceiving rate practices. They would start at a low rate of 0.066 cents and then change to a very expensive rate of 0.246 cents when local rates are only 0.11 Cents. I don’t mind paying the fair price but 225% seems very sneaky. Please choose wisely and work with more honest and upright companies.

      Your customer service rep ***** was very helpful and knowledgeable and exhibited excellent communication skills! She was one of the best customer service reps **** ever interacted with.

      She solved my problem. Even though I did not get a written verification of the fact that she gave me the 5.59 cents per kilowatt hour fixed rate, she told me that I got the 5.59 cents per kilowatt hour fixed rate. Since that 5.59 cents per kilowatt hour fixed rate is what I was asking for, I gave her a five-star rating.
