      Haven't had them long, but I have found their customer service to be great! I had to call in for a problem I had when signing up...******* did a fantastic job of understanding my issue, working to find the best solution, and then implementing that solution for me! Hopefully the product (price of energy/gas) stays as good as the service is...if it does I will be staying to a long time!

      After signing up with them, I began receiving high pressure sales calls, to push deals, using language focused on creating fear surrounding political and economic concerns. The gas and electric products are fine, and Pennsylvania policies and laws ensure that I am getting what I asked for and what they agreed to. But their sales department is unnecessarily aggressive. I haven't even been using them as a supplier for a week and I'm getting these calls. I'm extremely displeased with customer service. And if I get another high pressure call like I've gotten twice so far, I'm certainly going to change providers. But I did ask them to put me on their do not call list and hope that I don't hear from their sales department again.

      I'm a radio personality that has traveled the world and I must tell you that their customer service rep ******* ******* handled my concerns in the most professional manner I've ever experienced. She was very courteous, spoke very nicely and made sure that my issues were resolved. Five STARS to **********

      The people at American Power & Gas are amazing! I've never had any other energy company reach out so quickly and try to persuade me to stay. And it wasn't a hard sell. ***** in the ********** was amazing!! She did offer a variable rate that will help me get through a high electricity month, and then perhaps I'll stay with it. I had always gone with fixed rates, but she said their variable rate is competitive, or else people would simply switch away from it, since there are no penalties to switch. Then there is **** *! He also was able to explain about why my rewards account was currently inactive, but would soon be re-activated after I stopped the transfer to a different electricity supplier. He went above and beyond to make my landing back with American Power & Gas to go smoothly! Amazing to work with him also, and this all happened in one afternoon! Wow! Thanks to the company for hiring and keeping such amazing people to interact with customers!

      Harassing salespeople will continue to call. These are scammers looking to sign you up at a low rate, then increase your rate a few months after you sign up, classic bait and switch.
