      Great service. Great delivery. Great product just what I expected. I was concerned about how my tree would look and how it would be delivered. Packaging was great. Never disappointed with City Furniture.

      I purchased the " high end "sectional $5500. It broke within the first month. The store sales person would not even return my call. I was told to call warranty. Warranty told me they had to order a part. It would take 3 weeks then after 3 weeks I received a text it will take another 2 months. I am stuck paying for a very expensive poor quality sectional that I can't enjoy. I would love to return. The store could have just replaced the broken piece but refused to... Buyer beware. very poor quality and no customer service...

      We ordered our bed and within three business it was shipped to our home. The delivery team was professional, efficient, careful with the furniture and careful about not making up our walls. They did a great job assembling the furniture and making sure we were happy with the overall job.
