1 starThe absolute thievery, dishonesty; and harrowingly disgusting practices City Furniture engages in with its customers is ************* 2024, I mistakingly purchased a sectional from City Furniture, like Ive done in the past with $20,000+ of other furniture.I, like many before me; was swindled in an unscrupulous manner by the salesman Lescelles on a stain warranty. Assured me, no matter the stain, should their technicians not be able to remove them, the item would be replaced. No questions ********** forward, my children sadly spilled nearly an entire cup of juice on our couch. I, following all written rules and guidelines, reported the stain and followed their process to the ** They couldnt remove the stains. So, they denied my claim, with a reason of excessive staining. Nowhere, written or implied, did this absolute deceptive business state ANYTHING about a stain protection only covering certain stains. Now, City Furniture has lost a LIFELONG client, undoubtedly, forever, but theyre now facing intense litigation and more complaints with consumer protection services than theyre going to know what to do with. Should there be ANY doubt in your mind to do business with these thieves and con artists, absolutely positively STAY AWAY.Review fromAlyssa Q
