1 star3 months still no furniture after spending *****. Not one person has been able to help me. They say the will call back to let me know. I hear nothing. *************************** my sales rep was amazing at first and after I paid and needed help figuring out when, who or how to get my furniture I have heard crickets. The furniture has been in stock for over a month now, and is now looking low on stock again so I probably wont get it again. He is apparently the only point of contact I am able to talk to. The customer service line besides ***be 2 people have been extremely rude and unprofessional. I feel scammed and now need to report fraud to my bank. I will never purchase from this place and will never refer. I have been more than nice and patient. I wouldnt even care if they told me I needed to wait another month as long as I knew what was going on. Does anyone out there know who I can speak with that higher up that *** help me with an answer. This has been the worst experience of my life.CITY Furniture, Inc.

1 starJust purchased our sofa though city furniture. First time when they delivered us our couch only half came the correct color, the other half was the wrong color. When it was time for the second delivery, and I asked off work... They cancelled mid-day after confirming everything. They rescheduled telling there's nothing they can do, that I have to wait... Third time, they brought the wrong color AGAIN. Told me they can't do anything... They then rescheduled and told me I had to wait another week for the delivery. This has been the most unprofessional company I have delt with. I will never be recommending this company to anyone. Our money is valuable and worked hard for... They treat you like you're not important. Save a headache and take your business and money elsewhere. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!CITY Furniture, Inc.

5 starsCarol and her knowledge with different suggestions was a big help in making our choices. The store is huge and has a great selection of carpets, options for artwork, room layout, furniture and different upholsteries.
