1 starDo not buy furniture from CITY Furniture! My experience with their warranty department has been nothing but incompetence, frustrating and 100% totally unacceptable. To the point where I am going to small claims court and filing a claim against them for compensation. Here is the story, my father purchased a living room set from CITY Furniture that was delivered in January 2022. In Oct 2022, my sister called and placed a stain claim with warranty coverage that was purchased. The claim rep asked my sister what the stain was. She told the rep that she was not sure but when the rep said that if you don't know the stain it won't be covered under warranty. With that being said, my sister told the claim rep to hold on while she looked further into the stain. She got back on the phone and told the rep that it was blood. My mother had a cut on her arm and the blood from the cut had stained the chair. The first solution the claim rep offered was mailing out a cleaning kit. That did not work! When I called back the rep said the stain was not covered under warranty because it was unknown. I told her that my sister specifically said it was blood during the 1st call. The rep then said she would send a technician out to professionally clean the chair. The tech could not get the stain out. The next phone call the rep said the claim was closed because it was not covered under warranty because the stain was unknown. I again explained that my sister said it was blood the 1st phone call. Needless to say, 14 calls later, which were about an hour long each and two more visits from the tech trying to replace the fabric on the arm of the chair. The problem is not fixed and the tech completely butchered the chair so badly it looks like a child tried to fix it. City Furniture is not replacing the chair and closed the claim. The chair looks 100% worse than it did due to their technician. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR GET A WARRANTY!! THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY!!Review fromFred A

I am usually easy going but I must say this has been the worst buying experience of any kind let alone furniture. Friends, do not buy anything from City Furniture in ********** or any of their locations. They deliver overpriced defective products that they have zero intention of backing up. I have never experienced a leadership team so Unempowered and anti- empathetic to help or make anything right. Just a warning to not waste your money. ??CITY Furniture, Inc.

Worst customer experience I have ever experienced in my life by a mile. Took 6 months to get an item. Delivered damaged. Tried to avoid even replacing it. Then would replace it. Had to wait almost 2 months on availability again. Have attempted delivery 3 separate times. Once to a wrong address. Once out of the wrong warehouse. And once brought the entirely wrong item. All times I had to take off of work to receive an item that I still do not have! And after all those attempts over multiple weeks. I have to wait 2+ more months on availability again because of their constant s**** **** I have spent multiple hours on the phone try to plan and schedule for nothing. Have been told Id be called back by a supervisor 3 times and still havent gotten that call. Have asked for a refund. Refuse to do anything except I have to wait on them for a replacement or can select another item from this terrible company. No discount no nothing. Just sorry we keep s******* up. Have never seen a company care so little in my life. Stay far far away from this awful company.CITY Furniture, Inc.
