      Let me start out by saying I am a returning customer of several purchases over the years.Was told by manager and sales person that all pieces were in and available. Then I get a call saying only part is available after I had removed my old furniture. I said I would wait to get it all and was told if I waited the pieces that were in may not be available. I asked for a supervisor and she confirmed same. I said fine then cancel the complete order. Then she said she could hold it until all was in.Terrible customer service. I have had 3 visits "TRYING" to get my furniture set up and working properly and still not done. Waiting on ordered parts and a 4th visit but now have yet another problem. I piece will now not recline and I can't submit on line because I cant submit a picture of a non reclining piece if furniture????? I wish I could return it ALL. Gave a terrible survey review - no response..crickets Emailed sales person - no response - crickets I was told that I would only get premium delivery and service if I opened a charge account when I wanted to pay cash. I did open and have had TERRIBLE everything! I am a GM for the largest real estate company in ******* and understand the value of GREAT customer service. I will NEVER refer anyone to City Furniture again!

      Buying was easy. They didnt have my piece in stock so I set up a time to get it delivered. My salesman called me a week later to say it was coming in two weeks sooner so he called to set up a new delivery date. The two gentlemen that delivered my couch were amazing. They were friendly, professional, and very strong. They set everything up and took all of the garbage with them. They were awesome. Very happy with the whole experience, in fact, Ive bought multiple pieces of furniture from them and I have never once been disappointed. ??

      I have requested a refund for items I cancel prior to delivery on July 17, 2022. The sales representative *************************** stated she would issue a refund after my other items were delivered. My furniture was delivered on July 20, 2022. However, no refund was issued despite being told by customer service that I would have my refund by July 25. I called back on July 25 and spoke ************** who was rude and unprofessional but promised she would issue my refund. After I did not receive an email I called back three times finally another sales representative ******************************* processed my refund. I noticed that refund amount was incorrect my total purchased amount was $1515.91 but refund was 1159.81. The difference of $356.10 which I have send emails and made repeated phone calls but still have not received my money.This company practice deceptive, and unprofessional, sumptuous business practices. I would advise anyone to stay away from doing business with them because of their lack of honesty, unprofessional, and integrity. Please help me retrieve my full refund for this shady company!Thanks,***************************

      City furniture, probably their should be zero rating. I purchased a sofa from them in the last week of June, and I see the threads coming out on one side of sofa. I raised a claim with them and they are asking 50$ for technician visit. I dont agree with them on the technician visit charges. They have to take responsibility

      Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with purchasing our new furniture from City. We purchased a new bedroom & living room set. The first issue was we either were either intentionally (for the sale) or by ignorance, were misled by our sales agent. A bottom drawer to the bed was on back order for 3 months (not a problem), she assured us even "checked" with someone that the bed would be assemble on delivery with the exception of this drawer. When they delivered the bed the installer said the bed could not be assembled and the only option was to rent a bed frame from City unit the part came in. Luckily we had not yet gotten rid of our old frame otherwise we would have had to rent a frame for several months or been without a bed.. In addition to this several pieces of furniture were also damaged upon delivery. It took multiple redelivery's for City to deliver our pieces of furniture undamaged (4 pieces) with 6 redeliveries. During this process one delivery men badly scratched our hardwood floors, and another one damaged the front door which was redone at City's expense. I will say the contractor which came out to make the repairs was extremally good. One problem sure it happens, but this many issues ?? The amount of time, frustration not to mention amount of cost on the company's' behalf just to deliver 2 sets of furniture was a wasteful. After my wife and I told some of our friends about our issues several of them described very similar situations (wish we would have know prior to purchasing). My suggestion is to purchase your furniture from another company, or at least buy with the expatiation that you will have issues and may need to have several replacement deliveries and/or possible damage to your home.5 months later we are waiting for our last piece of furniture to arrive, I hope its undamaged.. I will say the staff and delivery people were very polite, but these kids of difficulties should not happen especially when it seems to be routine.

      Ordered two chairs to be delivered to ********* April 15th. Worst customer service of all time. They use a third party shipper and there was no communication, no one at CF ever got back to us, and we were told about 6 times the chairs were in stock and would be picked up. This never happened. I finally canceled the order on July 26th. Horrible.

      Ever since my new sofa has been in my home, our body temperature would get very hot using the furniture, end up sweating. If you were on it any extended period of time we would get sore throats, coughing, headaches, body aches, and asthma attacks for me. I am fearful of what else is happening to our bodies using this City Furniture sofa. The cleaning treatment that they gave us makes it hard to breath when used. What is that doing to us with each day we breath the residue of the cleaning kit chemicals. I want to return this sofa before any more harm is caused. I prey that the damage already done is not permanent. My family is at City Furnitures mercy here. We need help having this sofa returned.
