      I ordered on July 13th 2022 I received the product 95% of which was incorrect two days later I have been on live chat for 3 days without anyone even replying at all I've sent numerous emails and called 100 times at least always just busy no reply to the email no reply to the chat I got a water bottle and 16 cartridges I did not receive the bottle and 12 of the 16 were the wrong flavor not even close to what I ordered and I cannot get anywhere near getting any kind of resolution

      I thought they did say they were going to ship the right items now I have gone at that point approximately 2 weeks from the ordering it day with nothing and then another week waiting for them to ship the other one and I get nothing for that my time on line for 3 days nothing but we'll just should be the right stuff she got some kind of compensation and wasted at least 3 hours and I make 25 an hour I mean something should have been given for my time AND the aggravation they put me through. but I guess not

      I say no because I really don't have any other option what's my other option drink stuff that I cannot drink because I do not like it that I paid $50 for? As of this writing I have received the refill I guess we will call it order but as far as the 3 days wasted an hour minimum meet today to just be ignored I think they could do a little better than that and maybe have sent maybe an extra bottle or something but hey I'm just glad I got the flavors I wanted finally

      Placed an order, ordered 3 bottles and got all 3 bottles but only 1 lid. Product is unusable without lid. Tried chat window for company with no response, sent email to their email yesterday and again today with no response. The phone number listed for company is a non working number. I want my missing items, and think they should throw in something in extra for the trouble. I paid for expedited shipping also, which was for nothing since I cannot use my items without lids....

      They did not in fact email me, I had to try and contact them again through their chat feature and was successfull. I was told that they are sending my two lids with expedited shipping and a free sip....We will see if it shows up...

      Order #XXXXXXX was placed on July, 9, 2022. It was received in the alotted time they said. I ordered a 32 oz stainless steel navy bottle for $35 along with other items. I received all of my items except for the bottle. Instead of what I ordered, they sent me a 32 oz plastic bottle instead with an order value of $18. I have emailed them 4 times and tried the online chat to no avail. I have still not heard a word from them in any way to rectify this situation. All I'm asking for is the item that I paid for. I did have an automatic delivery in place but have now cancelled due to their negligence in this matter.
      I have included pictures of what I ordered and the last picture (which isn't very clear but you can see the cirkul name on it.) is of the plastic bottle I received instead of the stainless steel navy bottle I ordered.

      I ordered from them for the first time, and I was missing part of my order when it was received. I tryed to contact them with no luck. I paid for the item, but didn't get it. I would like them to send me what I ordered.

      I got the product from Walmart so it was not shipped to me from the Cirkul website but everything was fine with the product until I opened it, mind you the plastic cover was there so I don't think anything could be there unless it was in there when Cirkul had the water bottles before it reached Walmart I open it and start cleaning it and there's a hair a black short hair I know it's not mine or my family's because we have long blonde hair anyways I was fine with the hair in the water bottle I just took it out but then I put the flavoring in and I've been drinking it all night then in the morning I open the bottle because I don't really like the flavoring I have in and I see a hair in the flavoring thing and I don't know how but definitely not Walmart fault because the flavors are packaged and mine was packaged and fine but there was a hair in my bottle and in my flavoring thing that I was ingesting so I'm kinda grossed out. Anyways it's a good product I'm just upset and disappointed that there was two hairs in my packaged Cirkul bottle and flavoring.

      On may 30th I ordered 32 flavors which was 92.54. USPS will not deliver to my house so it returned to sender right away .which now they tripled my order and charged my $285.05 and told me I added to my order which I did not . I did not receive so I went in and reordered so I can contact them to not double charge me . Then they charged me again for $92.08. If it was auto ship for the first one then the other ones would have been the same as the initially $285.05. I sent the one to another address . So I have been charged $285.05, $92.08, $92.54 and $90.75 . And only have received one order for the $92.08. All other orders have been returned to sender from usps. I emailed them a handful of times with this issue and just told them to only charge me for the one I received and to refund the rest so I can maintain and their responses do not even address my issue , that they can send me one free sleeve for my issues .. I want a refund for all the ones I have not received I finally figured out how to stop the auto ship. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with . Now they want to send me all 4 orders and told me I am not allowed to have a refund. This is completely unacceptable. They tell me they can not make changes to an order but that is not what I was asking . I need a refund for the 3 orders not delivered and the one that charged my triple when I know for sure I did not order that much my first time . They are not even willing to work with me to resolve my issue . I get generated responses . If all my packages were returned back to them they need to refund them and listen to my problem . I would not recommend this company to anyone . It's unfortunate because I really liked the product but I will

      I recently ordered a Cirkul Water Bottle and several "Sips". Within 2 hours of drinking 32 ounces using the Cirkul Bottle and sip, I became ill and my stomach was upset for hours afterward. This happened again the next day, as I wanted to make sure it wasn't other food or drink, so I tried it again without having had anything else to eat or drink first, or simultaneously. I quickly became sick to my stomach again. When I contacted the company, they told me that was "too bad". No reimbursement at all. I responded and told them that seemed unacceptable given the circumstance. They reached back out and offered me two free "sips". So basically they offered me MORe of what was making me sick in the first place. I responded and asked for my money back, as this is common practice with any company whose food or drink makes one ill. No response from them.

      Circle usually sets its customers up on an auto ship system which is nearly impossible to cancel. So what you have to do to not be charged is postponed the shipment when they send the email reminder that you have an upcoming shipment. Recently they have not been sending the reminder emails. Because of this today I was charged for an order I did not authorize and did not want. When I contacted cirkul customer service I was told outright that I would not get a refund and they would not cancel my order in order to "protect the integrity of their order system." They are refusing to cancel an order that has not shipped and they are refusing to give me my money back. I have since asked them to cancel my entire account and am awaiting a response.

      Placed an order of three bottles two small and one 20 ounce I believe and a large variety of The sip refill filters. Upon receiving my order several of my sips had exploded inside the packaging. I have emailed customer service several times including in the emails pictures to try to get a replacement and they will not respond.
