On 9/1 I got an email saying my auto ship was going out. The day before I tried to cancel my autoship and it wasn't going through. I sent an email to customer support saying I didn't want the order and I was trying to cancel my automatic shipping. Because a lot of the flavors are terrible and I don't want to get stuck paying for something that is going I'm the trash. I was told they couldn't cancel my order because it was already shipped and they don't do refunds. I also suggested they contact the shipper and ask for it to be returned to them and just refund me. They claim they can't contact the shipper. And refuse to help. And yet I didn't receive an actual shipping notification for another 2 days. I don't want the drink Carthages I want my money back. They have a terrible way of doing business. If they refuse the refund I will contact my credit card company and start a dispute.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: they are refusing to refund my money. I don't want products from them but they want to give me a 10 dollar gift card. How does that make sense? I don't want your products I am unhappy with the original products I received yet you want to give me more products? I still have not even received the order I am disputing. I intend to send it back if I do get it. I am starting the dispute with my CC company. I hope cirkul goes out of business because of the poor way they treat reorder customers. I will be sharing this on other social media platforms in hopes others will not buy their products.

We bought 2 of the cirkul bottles from the local ******* and one of the bottles only gets 2 uses from the cartridges instead of the 6 like it says, my husband has spent about 100 dollars and we tried to call the cirkul customer service and they just keep saying the number no longer works and they send a huge survey through. If you have a product you should be answering the customers that are paying for you to get rich from. All we would like is someone to answer us and help resolve our issues.Business Response

Aug 26th I was charged ***** I asked for refund I did not want this product I remember looking when I got trial to take card off there is no option so I cancled account item was not shipped yet . Aug 27th at 1:15am email came saying it was shipped . I asked for refund right when charge hit card they said since it was shipped they cant well it was not shipped yet they charge me then shipped it. My account is cancled I do not want product and want my refund . They threw my account in neg balance and bills bounced .Business Response

As you can see they even stated it was not yet shipped so they could of cancled order if u look on website there is no option to remove your card off account u have to cancel it ok fine and I did not get any email letting me know charges were coming out or I would of cancled it then. I just want my money back and I'm refusing shipment.

I received my first order of Cirkul ( Order #XXXXXXX) with 2- 22 oz bottles, 1 purple lid, 1 purple chill sleeve and 7 purchased sips.
My husband and I tried one of the peach sips first and it tasted like total chemicals, nothing peach about it. We thought maybe it was just that sip, so we opened the other one and it was just as nasty. I then tried the strawberry and it was good, but an hour or so later I became very will from this product.
I reached out to the company right away through email and also their live chat on their website. I got an email stating that they would forward this on to their "team" I have not received a response so I jumped back on the chat and asked if anyone was on....Still no response.
I am seeking a refund of only $54.00 for the bottles, sleeve, lid and unopened sips. I am more than willing to ship this back to them if they would only respond and give me an address.Business Response

The company responded and stated that they WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO RETURN the unopened Sip, the 2 bottles, extra lid and sleeve and they WILL NOT issue a refund!

Thanks for connecting with us. We are sorry you were not happy with the flavors you tried.
Just so you know all of our Sips are healthy to consume and are food safe and made to FDA standards.
We produce our cartridges in an FDA registered, cGMP facility in a sterile environment, and each batch of Sip flavors is made individually of each other with all materials fully cleaned and sanitized in between production cycles.
All of our flavor formulas in our Sips contain all natural flavors and all functional ingredients are on the packaging label.
Since Cirkul is a consumable product we do not accept returns or provide refunds.

I received my order and raspberry tea cartridge leaked through the package. I rinsed everything off and just threw it away. Today, I opened the black cherry cartridge and it was cracked. I reached out to customer service for a refund because this is the second package that I can not use. They only offered "free" sips with my next delivery. First of all it's not free if I paid for something I was not able to use. Second, why would I order again for the same thing to happen?Business Response

We have now placed 3 orders, the first one was perfect. We were excited, and happy we were drinking more water. So I placed a 2nd, bigger order, double what the first was. When this order came the smell was rancid; everything was sticky, and all but 1 of my 16 sips were ruined. So I contacted customer service, several times before the issue was resolved, and they agreed to replace my entire order. Great! However, today my new order is on its way, and I got a text from my dad (who knows our mail lady) asking what I ordered that smells so bad it's making her gag. It is my Cirkul order, and once again, the order is damaged. So I wasted $60. I didn't even open the new package, just threw it in the trash because the smell is so nauseating and it took me days to get the smell out of my house last time. I enjoyed the product, and so did my family (we have 3 useless Cirkul bottles now) and it really sucks that I can no longer trust ordering online directly from Cirkul.com because they ship plastic filled cartridges in flimsy shipping bags instead of investing in a **** box.Business Response

Days before auto renewal extended it for August but Cirkul still charged my card without authorization due to extention. They did email apologizing but stating it has been shipped. Now I am upset due to I did not authorize this transaction. Upon receiving product it was leaking and smelt really bad open package (not a box) Multiple cirkul replacements were indeed damaged and the bag was wet with the worst order ever. Cirkul did respond asking for a picture of he damaged packaging and not acknowleging that I extended my plan and my card should not have been charged but they did it anyway. To add the package was damage and some of he cirkuls were damaged and caused a very bad order for this company to ask for a picture would not justify the smell and why would i keep the smelly package

First not once did they acknowledge that I extended plan days or even a week before shipment which means I did not approve cirkul to charge charge my card. Second my first shipment signing on either the cirkuls came in a box this un authorized shipment came in a big with a bad Oder almost ever other cirkul was cracked causing this stinch. Attached is one of them that I just opened yesterday this company should not ship these in a package due to they are fragile i just want a refund and I will never order from them again it takes them weeks to respond and they expect me to keep the stinky cirkuls in my home not logic please refund me

I placed an accidental order because their website is VERY sensitive. I've tried contacting through Instagram DM's, comments, Twitter, fb messaging, their live chat that says there online and email. I have a 6 minute long video of their terms of service that does not state can't cancel orders and all they did when they emailed me was tell me they can't cancel it and won't refund my order because it entered an automated process. That is not also stated on their website. Had to call my bank. Waste of time. Terrible customer service.
