I recently received an offer for buy 4 get 1 free cartridges so I went and logged in to my account. I HAD been a customer over 2 years ago but canceled my plan and removed all my Bank/Credit Cards.I placed my order for the 4 Cartridges and picked my FREE cartridge and paid with AFterpay which doesn't give Cirkul access to my Bank Cards again. The site kept showing me my OLD reoccurring plan, but I ignored it as I didn't want to be stuck again. I received an email confirming my 4 cartridges, I never got the FREE one I was promised. Then the emails stating I need to update my Payment method so they could fulfill my subscription. I never responded as I had removed all my Payment info 2 years ago. Today I saw they charged my bank the $27 . I have no clue how they got my bank info to do this or my debit card number as everything was removed. Now I'm going to be overdrawn at my bank as I recently became disabled and get paid once a month. The bank they charged was money for my car payment and insurance. I will NEVER order from this crooked company ever again. They promise FREE stuff to get you to order and never send the product. That's one of the reason's I quit the subscription 2 years ago. Always promised and never delivered. Now they a sneaky and billed me for a Plan I didn't want.Business Response

I had a cirkul autoship plan where I get 16 flavors every month. You can update what flavors you want whenever, so I did. the problem is there is a glitch in their online system where they have not received any of the updates, even though my end said it had. So I received boxes with the old order plan, not reflecting my changes. When I contacted customer support. They said they do not issue refunds or replacements. Even though they sent me the incorrect product. They offered me a 5 dollar gift card after I gave them 49 dollars for 2 months in a row for an incorrect order. I would like a refund or a replacement with the correct items and for them to fix the glitch on their end so I can get the proper items. I am more than happy to ship the incorrect box back.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:They just said the same thing i was told before, that they couldn't locate the update I made to my plan (a technical issue on their side) and offered me the 4 free sips. The thing is even if my money is lost from the wrong order they sent and I just eat the loss, I'm scared to ever make another order because the same thing would just happen again, and they won't refund or replace if the wrong thing gets sent again. Apparently they can send people whatever they want and just say "we didn't recieve the update." And keep your money. After buying 3 bottles this is heartbreaking, but based on the other reviews on this site they just don't care.

This relatively new company runs out of items and then will either send you whichever stock they have left in wrong color or if they are completely sold out they will send you nothing. If you notice and complain because it is every order something is out of stock they say basically sorry cant help you. I was sent the wrong color of a sleeve for a water bottle three times! I called about a tumbler and flavors that were not in my order and they are all conveniently sold out in the website and they said someone definitely stole out of my package at ****** And that I needed to take the issue up w them? I said I got a package just another wrong color and no flavor that are all sold out. They do not send invoice or check list from the package. Even Temu has standard practices such as this to show you your invoice. My son likes this water that doesnt even last two full *** you have to buy special tops cannot return and when they forget to send or send the wrong item you have to eat your money you spent. As a single mom I cannot do so. Not only are they criminal but they are insulting as well. I have spent probably close to 1000 or more dollars on this stuff and many orders if not seriously all were messed up. Nothing is ever in stock and they take so long to send stuff out the item you got cannot be replaced.Business Response

I placed 2 orders, then later fountain out that this company gates tge military, law enforcement, first responders, and so on,so I tried to cancel my orders and ask for a refund. I was told my money is now a donation, bad that state or federal law including the consumer protection act doesn't apply to them, and that they don't have to answer to any government agencies.Business Response

Yes I have been using cirkul for 5 months. I have had a lot of my cartridges not last as long as they are advertised. I have this last couple months been so extremely sick stomach cramping nausea and I have found that there has been some pieces of the inside liner of cartridges in the water I've been drinking. I've had to stop drinking it with 20 cartridges wasted due to it tearing up my stomach and the vomiting from drinking it. When I stopped drinking it for one day my stomach has improved some. I am highly disappointed and believe the company should know apologize and compensate for me being sick for having there liners dissolving so people are drinking the lining and getting sick and the cartridges not being filled with right amount of flavoring they advertise.Business Response

On August 18, 2024, I placed an order for 10+ flavors plus the free bottle. This was done through the Auto-ship option linked on their plans page. In my cart was my flavors plus the 22oz stainless steel bottle. After checkout, multiple flavors plus the bottle were missing. I contacted Cirkul on 8/19 to hopefully receive my flavors and bottle. I was offered a $5 gift card but not the products or promotional offer I paid for. Cirkul only wanted me to upgrade my plan to an 8 flavor auto-ship plan because I was on a 6 flavor plan. A 6 flavor plan is not even a selectable option - I was only put on that due to flavors being removed from my cart.My customer support ticket was closed out with no response once bringing this up.Business Response

I purchased over 150$ worth of defective product from this company when I contacted them they offered me a 5$ refund the reason these items were defective is because they did not match what was advertised on the website packaging or anywhere else I find it appalling they can say these things when its not accurateBusiness Response

Attached are all the details of my correspondence with Cirkul. I ordered their new product the Cirkul with straw. There is a defect with the lid and cartridge. You don't get the flavor you should be getting. I tried troubleshooting with them as well as my other friends who are having the same issue. My point is that they will not send me a postage paid return label for their product which is defective. I do not feel that I should have to pay postage on a defective item for them to get me a return.Business Response
