      While I was placing an order online, an item in the cart for a free bottle with the purchase of 10 sips appeared. Once I placed 10 sips in the cart, the offer became fully lit and I checked out. However, when I received my emailed invoice, the bottle was no longer included. I have written to the company who claims that was an old offer and no longer available. They refuse to honor the deal and they will not accept returns of the order even if it is unopened. I made many attempts after I reviewed my invoice to cancel the order before it was shipped but there was no way to do it on the site. I believe this company is a scam and should have its business practices investigated.

      On August 4th I tried ordering items off the Cirkul.com website on my phone but my two cards said they were declined. Both cards are in good standing. I tried again today on my laptop with the same results. I tried sending an email via their site and got a message that there was an error and to retry. I retried and got the same error message. Since I can't order off their website or ask customer service for assistance I am posting this here. It seems by searches on the web they have had this problem for awhile. You would think they would do a better job with their website or remove it if they do not want anymore sales. This has been annoying.

      I ordered a cikul cup along with 3 pods from this company and they told me they will not refund me after I threw up from their bottle for 8 hours. I had cyclical vomiting from these people and they refuse that is ridiculous. I need this to be resolved.

      I purchased a 40 oz tumbler from cirkul on 7/5. The tumbler was not working as it should since no flavor came through. The drink tasted like pure water. I contacted cirkul and they stated someone would reach out to me in ***** hours . No one reached out, so I contacted them again on their chat. I waited 2 hours on 2 separate devices and no answer. I then used my husbands device and his email to contact them, to which they answered in minutes. I gave them my email and complaint at that time. The cirkul employee, ****, told me the same thing that cirkul employee ***** gave me to try to fix the issue with the tumbler. None of these solutions fixed the problem. I then asked for an exchange or refund. This was not accepted by the company. The employee kept stating someone would reach out to me. I just want a tumbler that works since I spent $31.80 of my hard earned money on it. I dont see why its so hard to come to a resolution. I have never dealt with a company like this.

      I submitted an order online for two 32 oz bottles and 2 flavors through the Cirkul website. When I received the initial order confirmation email, it showed two bottles and two flavors. However, when I received my order, it only had one bottle and two flavors. I contacted their customer service via email since their phone option provided no assistance and simply directed me to email anyway. I was then informed that the email I received listed one bottle but in 2 ways (once as a bundle with the lid, and once as bottle and lid separate). I explained to her that I had utilized a promo on ********* which automatically added the 2nd bottle to the shopping cart, and provided a screenshot of the ad. She then stated that they did not have a promo for a 32 oz bottle, only a 20 oz. I told her I would just return the order, which had not been used whatsoever, for a refund. She denied my request for a refund. Although alternative solutions were offered, they do not compensate me for what I should've received to begin with.

      Ordered my 2nd monthly sub and added a bottle with lid. The order arrived without the bottle, The lid did arrive. I reached out to CS and was told to take a picture of a missing water bottle. I told them this is ridiculous and literally proves nothing. They responded with "this is our process". I paid for this item and now do not have it. I told them I just wanted the bottle I paid for and was told that a $5 store credit was the best they could do. I have spent over $200 on this company in only 2 months and this is how I was treated over something they messed up on. This doesn't even include the damaged flavor I got and was never compensated for in any way.

      I made a purchase with this company and for some reason it put a different shipping address on it, in my account I have the right shipping address. I reached out immediately to ask them to change my address and they lied and told me the label was created when I got an email claiming it was made 5 days later, I told them if I dont get my item I would like a refund and they said they dont give refunds or returns after the purchase, I would like my money back and not deal with this company again

      I attempted to cancel an order number ******** that I placed on July 12, 2024. They have been refusing to cancel it, even though it sits on their website and the status shows it hasnt even been processed yet. The delivery will not arrive on time and I will be out of the country when it actuallY would arrive now, if it would ever arrive.
