      Tried to contact to get money back before products ever shipped because I accidentally clicked on auto refill and didn't realize it. Never received email about them refilling my order or anything. Talked to a jessica on customer service chat she refused to give me a phone number said they were not answering calls for a couple of days. Repeatedly asked to speak to supervisor said there wasn't one available will never order or buy their products or recommend them again

      If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had go to my account yesterday and had no card on file. Figured, well if there isn't a card then they can't charge me, right? Wrong. Today they charged me and the card is somehow back on file. Mind you this card has also been shredded by my bank and replaced. So I no longer have a card o have access to or settings to via bank to turn off/freeze etc. Because it expired..... I reached out asking for it to be canceled within minutes of my card being charged. I requested it to be canceled and refunded. They are refusing to do so because they can not accept returns per their policy. How is it a return when it hasn't even been shipped!?!?! WHAT! I have gone back and forth with them all day and they are refusing based on "return". Someone needs to look up the definition of refund and return because clearly they do not know what the difference is. "We can't accept returns due to safety of our customers" ITS NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED! Then they wanted to offer a $5 discount when I wasn't happy with how this was handled as the customer service rep ended the case before it was even done. No. I dont want you $5. I want the order canceled before its shipped and refunded. Extremely disgusted on how they handled this and will not be buying any products from them any longer. DO BETTER!

      Product doesn't last as advertised. Your paying far more for less product overall. Additionally, the amount of plastic in each cartridge that is thrown away is very concerning! How can this be good for the environment? Better off buying bottled flavored drinks. This company doesn't care about their consumers. They short shipped my order then had to fight with them to get a product I already paid for but hadn't received. Then several of their sips didn't work and several didn't last as advertised. Poor quality and when I attempted to have them make good they declined. BUYER BEWARE!!!

      I bought the Cirkul water bottle online and also bought the flavor cartridges online and from Walmart. I have been drinking this now for about 2-3 months and I have figured out that when I am drinking from this I have bad upset stomach and gas. Once I stop drinking it and go back to regular water or cold drinks, I don't have that problem. I thought it was something I ate but it happens every day even eating the same thing. I think I am going to have to throw this thing away.

      When I received my initial order one of the drink pods had popped apart and drained within the package. Also, they sent me the wrong sized sleeve for the bottle I ordered. I immediately reached out and was told to rinse the pod off and it would be ready for use. Hello, it's empty. Fortunately I learned on YouTube that you can simply refill the pods with other drink drops (MIO, Crystal Lite) and use them that way. Needless to say, this will be the only way I use the pods I have.
      On top of the flippant response from customer service, turns out the bottle leaks. Absolute garbage. Most likely on it's way to GoodWill.
