      I've used Cirkul in the past and enjoyed it alot. Earlier this year I wanted to start back up again but then quickly realized that I wasnt going to use it at all. Ontop of that I'm not in a financial situation to continue the subscription so I canceled... or at least I was under the impression I had canceled it. My account has not had enough money to be charged for MONTHS. Yesterday I was finally able to put some money onto my card and almost immediately I was charged again and sent an email that said my order has shipped. I wasn't sent an email that confirmed I placed an order prior to it ever being shipped out like I had been previously so I had no way of stopping this charge before it was taken. I immediately reached out to their customer service email about canceling the order and getting a refund. (Keep in mind that their own website says to reach out for a return.) I was told that there was no way to cancel the order once it's been processed.. As of right now the package hasn't even left the shippers state let alone the warehouse. I was told there is absolutely no way for them to contact the carrier and reroute it back to the manufacturer warehouse. They kept referring me to their policy, that they don't accept returns... EVEN THOUGH THEIR WEBSITE STATES TO REACH OUT FOR A RETURN REQUEST. "Regardless, As outlined in the terms and conditions on our site we don't allow for refunds or returns on processed orders as we keep the safety of our users our #1 priority. " They claim they wouldn't be able to take it back because it's a consumable item which I understand but yet it's still in their possession so I don't understand how that part is relevant to my situation. They offered me 4 free sips even after I stated that I never used the ones I got previously. I thanked them for the offer but reminded them how stupid it was to offer me that after I stated I don't use the product.

      After going back and forth for over a week, disputing the charge with my bank and refusing the package, I finally was contacted by a REAL person who didn't give some **** copy and paste response. They informed me they are issuing a refund.

      This doesn't change the fact that I will never EVER in my life use or recommend using their company again. After I continued to message them about this situation (prior to being issued a refund) I was informed that not only did they charge me and not inform me about the July order but they attempted to charge me 3 times in June and still failed to send out any sort of confirmation.
      "An automatic email is sent out 48 hours prior to your order processing, it may have ended up in your spam folder depending on how your email is set up."

      The fact that I had to argue back and forth for over a week, go through my bank and refuse the package all for a refund I requested before anything was ever shipped is outrageous.
      I am 37 weeks pregnant and we cannot afford to be charged for something like this right now. Either properly notify your customers or learn better customer service.
      I think Cirkul should handle refunds on a case by case basis, especially now when majority of people can't afford gas or groceries.
      Screw your policy and screw your company.

      I ordered my starter kit. I finally received the order only to not receive the bottle. The box was sent unsealed. I emailed them several times but didn't receive a response to help rectify the serious issue. This company has taken my payment but did not send the product. This company has very poor customer service and has no concern to help rectify this problem.

      Product did not last as long as advertised. I really wanted to love this product. But I just can not. Too much plastic waste, and it does not last, and it is not cost effective, bought from Walmart, dial I was most comfortable using was a 3, I only wanted a better way to get my water intake down.

      Ordered from Cirkul because I heard good stuff about them from a relative. They gave me a date and I waited. I waited after the dates they gave me and the tracking website kept saying it was "en route". Emailed the company twice and only got the response saying "it's still on the way. Be patient". I was outraged when they didn't offer refunds and had to dispute the charges with my bank. I wouldn't recommend Cirkul to anyone due to the lack of care in their delivery services. I should have looked at the bbb website before even considering buying from Cirkul. If I wanted fruit water, I could just make my own.

      This company is a bunch of scam artists! I would rate them no stars but that is not an option! I completed an order and accidentally forgot a letter in my email so when going on the website I couldn't change my password because my email was wrong! Since they have no customer service number I had to reach out to them by email! So I sent out two emails regarding my account and there no response! Eventually I got a response when I filed a complaint with my bank! Then I finally received an email from them that the email on my account was changed so I could get into my account! I got the product and the flavor sip filters do not last as long as they advertised so I reached out to them about a return! They said that they accept no returns on the product! I must of missed that in the 80 frequently asked questions page! Their email to me was to just rub the clear silicone rubber portion of the filter and move the dial of the filter from 9 to 0 and that should alleviate the issue! One flavor sip then lasted 1 and a 1/2 of my bottle and that's only on 4 out 10 with 10 being the max flavor! So it was basically only one bottle per flavor filter! I then responded via email to let them know that the trick didn't work and they wrote " we are bummed to hear this" and just offered me 4 free sips! This company is a sham and the product is a joke! I will never recommend them to anyone and encourage those that want their product to think twice before they purchase it! I have saved all the emails to the company if the BBB needs them! Now I'm out $90.00

The issue that you explained to Calyn is definitely frustrating and our troubleshooting steps usually help, when they don't help, it is possible it is a defective cartridge.

      Since starting to drink this flavored water I have had severe stomach issues. So bad I had to go to the *********** twice not knowing what was going on. Bloated intestines with a viral infection and a complete bacterial infection through out my intestines. Did not know it was the cirkul drink causing this until I stopped using it for over two months then started again which after a month drinking it regularly it but me Back into the *********** with worse infection. It caused fevers, chills, and loss of appetite. Do not drink this water flavor as there is something wrong wit it and it's filter system. Be very aware!!

      Flavors are produced in an FDA registered, cGMP facility in a sterile environment, and each batch of Sip flavors is made individually of each other with all materials fully cleaned and sanitized in between production cycles.

      All of our flavor formulas in our Sips contain all natural flavors and all functional ingredients are on the packaging label.

      I ordered the starter kit. The first day I drank it I had diarrhea and a couple of days after that. I stopped drinking it for 4 days and had no diarrhea. As soon as I tried it again I had diarrhea again. Before I realized this I had ordered $60. I sent a chat asking to be refunded since I can't drink cirkul. They offered a $5 gift certificate. I told them no. I think they should have a
      Refunded me because of the side effects. It doesn't deserve 1 star but I had to put one other wisey review

      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ALIVE EVER! I can't stress it enough. Paid for a 32 oz stainless steel bottle ($35) but received a 32 oz plastic bottle ($18) and have sent 4 emails with no response at all! Cancelling my auto ship and would never suggest ordering online from them! If you want to get the products from Walmart or whatever, that would be fine but don't deal with the company directly, you will only be screwed over!!!!

      I would give Cirkul no stars if I could. With my experience and seeing the reviews below they have a systemic problem. Like others, only part of my order arrived. I emailed customer service and they said they would were sending the balance of the order immediately. A week later and still nothing, I emailed Cirkul again. The only thing I have received since is a customer satisfaction survey. Definitely a *** moment. Who is running this company?

      The proposed solution was to send me a alternate sleeve while the one I ordered came back into stock. It's over a month later and I am still waiting. My advice to any one ordering is call and make sure what you order is in stock. First, if they only ship part of an order they do not acknowledge that they owe you the balance. Second, according to the website the sleeve was in stock, but in reality it was already sold out and it could be a long time before you get it.
