      One of the very worst customer service experiences ever. Delivery dates are unexpectedly and with no warning changed with no opportunity to talk or chat to anyone. In fact, it is basically impossible to talk to anyone at this company. When I finally had enough and cancelled my account (or tried to) I received no response to repeated emails. There is no way to delete my credit card from their account. When I called, an automated message let me know that they recognized neither my phone number nor my account number even though I can see both on my account on their website. I would strongly recommend staying away from them.

      Since they took over my former company ************, they have gotten EVERYTHING wrong. EVERY delivery is late or mis timed, they send confirmations of deliveries that shouldnt happen, when they missed my delivery and i ran out of water i had to wait 2 weeks for them to make it right, and the only way to get help is a 30 minute wait on the phone. I cant ***** witch to another company because they have a monopoly.

      If I could leave less than 0 stars I would. Ive been with Sparkletts for 20 years. The merge of so many brands of water into Primo is total chaos. I havent received water in weeks. The wait time to speak with a *** is 30 minutes and they are overseas. They respond with the same auto response over and over. They have zero answers. Theyve also started auto charging my credit card for water I never received and not crediting the return of my empty 5 gallon jugs. We need help as consumers!

      Ever since Primo took over from Ready Refresh this experience has been a nightmare!! They keep using the excuse they are merging and we should be patient. I think it has been a month now. Customers have to wait almost an hour to talk to anyone and the managers are incapable of helping. The deliveries keep getting cancelled with no advance notice! I live in a co-op and have to be present to allow delivery. Twice I have had to stay home for nothing. This is a horrible company. I am going to get an under the sink filter so I can finally cancel this waste of time "service" and disgustingly mismanaged company that by the way is not BBB affiliated.

      We used to have Crystal Springs, no issues there. Now they merged with Primo. My delivery dates have been changed 5 times. Only option is email or calling. Called the first time, on hold for 30 minutes. 5 emails sent, no replied. Their phone recording says to use the CHAT function, but okay, that is not working as well. There is no way for me to cancel my account unless I want to be on hold for a couple of hours.

      This company is so Bad eversince the merge with Sparkletts and Ready Refresh, I have not been getting my water deliveries for almost 3 weeks and they also automatic charge you for fees on non delivery which is not your fault, and other made up additional fees, they dont provide invoice on the website of the account holder. Called this company and was on hold for 3 hours and since the billing customer service does not want to correct the incorrect fees that was charge on my cc, I was told to hold for another hour to direct the call Costco retention to terminate the service since I was asking for billing correction but was not apologetic, no accountabillity, horrible customer service, mismanagement, very unnreliable, wants to get more of your money but cannot deliver the products, Stay away from this company. I had signed up with water delivery because of Costco it was not a problemfor a few years, but after the merge, you cannot get hold of the Customer service, the website is useless, the excuse is because of the recent merger there is a higher wait time. Unfortunately, we will be moving to another company and also will inform Costco of Primo/Sparkletts poor business practices.

      So far, not good. They scheduled my first delivery the week after I had just gotten a delivery - so I now have 50 gallons of water on hand, They also didn't deliver the only item I did need and now I can't get a response from anyone despite several emails. I tried calling customer service but have been hold how now for almost 15 minutes. I hope they get their act together

      Palomar Water was taken over by Ready Fresh and recently by Primo Brands. The first delivery under Primo was delayed 4 times and the second delivery was just delayed for a 6th time. My wife's business hasn't been able to get deliveries so is buying jugs is water. Our family attorney's office hasn't been able to get their deliveries for weeks. Incompetent!!!

      It was difficult getting in touch with ready refresh. Primo is 10x worse. Their website doesn't seem work now. Calling them is useless you never get through to someone even after being on hold multiple times for over 2 hours each time. I finally messaged them through the app and they did get back to me after several days saying they would take care of my issue. They said they would resolve it and give me a credit. I've tried to opt out of paper statements being sent to me multiple times to no avail. We are on autopay so don't need a paper bill. They actually charge a $6.00 fee to send me a paper bill, to reflect that we owe nothing because we're on autopay. Is this even legitimate? Is this a scam for them to make more money off of people? I'm not looking forward to what I have to go through to cancel our service. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm not even sure they have customer service anymore. Just deplorable.
