      Less than one star. Since the merger no deliveries. Almost impossible to cancel with them. This was either by e mail or phone. Stay away from primo brands. ************* by a trash company.

      After years as a customer, Sparkletts ********************************************* charged me for a January 10th delivery that never happenedeven after I submitted building camera footage proving it. I filed a BBB complaint, and they agreed to credit that delivery while Id pay for the January 24th one. I accepted.Instead of following through, they sent me a delinquency notice for the full amount. No credit. No accountability. Just months of ignored emails and empty promises. Completely unprofessional and borderline predatory.Avoid this companythey do not honor their word, even in writing.

      No star rating. This company is another greedy company purchasing other competitors and providing poor customer service and delivery. There is a reason they are not BBB Accredited. They purchased ********, of which ******** provided great customer and delivery service. I never had a problem with ******** for 17 years. Along comes Primo Brands and ReadyRefresh, and everything went to S***! There migration was done without any forewarning to their customers. We were given an email on a Friday, and Monday the change took place. BS! The migration was supposed to take a week, per their representatives on the phone, one month later, and they are still having migration problems. To make matters worse they have the audacity to change my product order without my authorization and notice. I've been having Alhambra deliver my Spring water for over 17 years without any problem. My second delivery was on 6/3/25, and they delivered the wrong product. I called to complain, and it took 47 minutes for someone to pick up the phone, and they transferred me to another department, clowns. I informed them that they need to pick up the wrong product and delivery the correct one, the representative informed me that there is an overstock of products due to the migration of their platform and that was the reason for the wrong product being delivered. I informed the representative that is not my issue, and I never gave Primo Brands authorization to change my products. I already see what is about to happen, they will start raising the prices for BS reasons, and by doing so, Primo Brands is trying to trap you by using their brands, seeing how they purchased all the other Water Delivery companies in my area. This is BS! I'm canceling my delivery service asap, and I will start buying my water from ******* instead. Sorry plastic/save the planet people, I need my water from a source that fits my budget with no headaches.

      Service went down the drain when Ready Refresh took over. I have not received water for my business. Their website says that I cancelled the delivery, which I did not. They are telling lies and making customers sit and wait for the delivery and they do not show up! When you call, they promise to deliver your water and then it does not arrive! **************** overseas does not know what they are talking about. They closed the *********** location and do not have enough delivery drivers!

      This is a HORRIBLE Company! ********. They say you owe money when you have a ZERO Balance. They say they are delievering the next day and don't show up. if you call no real person ever answers. If you do the Chat is AI generated and you will be on a loop until you are going mad. If you ask for a call back, they call you back, and then NO ONE talks. I think this company should not be allowed to operate in the **. People NEED drinking water.

      This is the worst customer service ********************** company ever, DO NOT use them. I haven't even received the initial dispenser and bottles, as they changed my delivery twice without any notification other than the app that doesn't help when I work full-time and must be here to accept. I'm canceling this "service" agreement that hasn't got off the ground. I rather buy bottled water.

      My experience with Primo Brands Water Delivery in ********* has been nothing short of a nightmare since their merger with another company. I was never informed about the merger, which left me completely blindsided when our first delivery arrived with a different brand of water that my family does not like. This lack of communication set the tone for the frustrating experience that followed.For the past month, Ive spent hours on hold trying to reach a human representative to get clarity on my account, but its been impossible. Their customer service is virtually nonexistent, and their online chat bot is useless, endlessly looping me back to the same unhelpful page with a message about learning. The online portal is equally dysfunctionalI cant view previous invoices, and theres no option to cancel my account. The only action I can take is to order more water, which is absurd given their track ********* make matters worse, its now the second month since the merger, and Primo has stopped delivering water altogether, yet theyre still charging me $15 a month, including a delivery fee for non-existent service. Last months delivery was incorrect, and now Im stuck paying for nothing with no way to resolve it. I feel completely helpless, trapped in a cycle of unauthorized charges and unable to contact anyone to address these issues.The merger has clearly been mishandled, and Primos lack of transparency, poor customer service, and broken systems have made this a terrible experience. I strongly advise others in ********* to avoid Primo Brands Water Delivery and explore alternative providers. Im currently looking into filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and seeking legal assistance to stop these charges and cancel my account. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this company

      If you can find an alternative for your source of water, use that instead of Primo Water. This company is absolutely terrible when it comes to sending orders correctly, fixing their mistakes, fixing their billing issues. They have consistently failed at every opportunity. The negative reviews here are absolutely correct. We have yet to find any resolution for their incompetence.

      ******** company with late/missing deliveries and zero customer service. Weve been waiting on a scheduled water delivery to our business for 3+ weeks. Recently the driver/company marked this as delivered and it was NOT dropped by the driver. When you try to contact customer service youre disconnected. A total scam of a company.
