      Since Primo took over, I am unable to get my delivery. Every day it gets pushed to the next day. Called customer service who assured me I was guaranteed my delivery the next day, but then it got pushed like every other day. I will need to cancel and buy water from retailers. This company is a total bust now.

      I was a faithful customer for over 5 years. Few months into the merger and I am deleting BOTH of my accounts. **************** is inexistent and the new platform is the worse in user experience. I already looked for alternative and I highly recommend anyone who is considering Primo Brands to run for their lives

      Have been with RediRefresh now Primo, had numerous times that bottles were not left at designated spot, but with Primo even worse. The dispenser we own went bad. Called Monday, said they would be out Wednesday, so we left security gate open all day. Called at 430 and was told changed to Friday and they don't notify you. Left gate open all day Friday but no dispenser! Called and was told changed to Monday again with no notification to us. At this point not at all expecting delivery Monday. After being on hold for an hour, requested replacement next day since we had a large number of people over They said not possible. I told them that unless it was replaced on Saturday, they can pick up the unused bottles, credit me and cancel account after 15 years. The notification process is horrible, actually nonexistent! The delay to reach a person to resolve an issue is unacceptable and poor customer service. They did nothing to satisfy a 15 year customer. I bought a Breva and saved a ton of money, time, and aggravation, They aren't Primo then Zero!

      Constant delivery reschedules with little to no communication. Zero is done for a the customer, had 7 deliveries rescheduled. All they do is blame it on the restructure. A little proactive communication would go a long way. The customer is not their number one concern.

      If there were zero stars as a choice - I would choose that for this Company Primo Water Brands. WEEKS have gone by with no delivery despite several dates being "scheduled". To talk to ****************** you need an hour or more to wait on hold. They NEVER respond to inquires online. BBB needs to investigate this company that now **** THIS customer over $600.00 worth of bottle deposits. 16 empty bottles have sat in my garage for over 2 months while we wait for them to GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER to deliver as promised. To make matters worse - to remain a customer - you need to give them your CC info and trust them with managing your account! My online account details are WILDLY INACCURATE and to resolve this - you need to "call them". After calling them - I was told that it can't get resolved online because their "system" can't accurately reflect money that is owed for deposits. Next stop - The ************************* with a complaint.

      Company never delivered last month charged my account. Said they would credit my funds. I cancelled they said they couldnt refund my money because they used it as a unit cleaning charge.. Also they have blocked access to my billing statements before April. Several pickup dates no show up. Insane call hold times reaching one and a half hours. Only to be promised that they are on their way. I do believe the call center is in another country. Could it be that theyre delivering my Water there? I would not recommend this company. I do not know what to do. There is no way to contact anyone in the *************. Please whatever you do do not use this company. They are thieves, liars, and scammers.

      This is the worst merger!!!! We have been charged late fee when our checks clear the bank before the due by date. I have spent at least 8 hrs on hold. NO ONE does what they say even held for a supervisor and the problem continues! We just want them to pick up the machine and empty bottles. We canceled our service AND WILL NEVER recommend them. Such a shame that we have been loyal customers for years and this is the service we are receiving.

      I would give zero stars if I could. I have been with this company 3 years and it has been the worse the whole time but, I have not had other options. I live out on an island and there is no potable water. Not even for my 5 animals. I depend on this company for all water. They consistently skip deliveries and with no reason given. **************** is zero help and I am on hold frequently for 45min to an hour. No joke. They skipped my service two weeks ago and have now rescheduled 4 times and have not followed through yet. Even though there is no other delivery service around, I may just go back to taking huge jugs to the grocery store to be filled. Which is a huge pain and they are heavy and I need a lot for 2 humans and 5 animals. And, it would probable feel less stressful than dealing with this company not showing up and not taking any responsibility and charging me regardless. They really should be shut down.

      absolutely terrible. our company had ready refresh for years and during the transition and now the service is awful! we only receive 1/2 of our order. we run out of water..they are supposed to deliver the remaining items but never do. you cant get ahold of them yet they want to bill me for an order i never recieved AND they want to raise their prices????????TERRIBLE

      One of the very worst customer service experiences ever. Delivery dates are unexpectedly and with no warning changed with no opportunity to talk or chat to anyone. In fact, it is basically impossible to talk to anyone at this company. When I finally had enough and cancelled my account (or tried to) I received no response to repeated emails. There is no way to delete my credit card from their account. When I called, an automated message let me know that they recognized neither my phone number nor my account number even though I can see both on my account on their website. I would strongly recommend staying away from them.
