      I ordered 3 glass 5-********************************************* from this company in summer 2024 to prep for hurricanes. I returned the bottles and never received my $120 bottle deposit back. After spending no less than EIGHT HOURS on the phone with multiple customer service **** who "promised" to send me my check, I never received it many months later. This company is a complete scam. They don't drop or or pick-up bottles when they say they will, you have to constantly stay on top of them to do their job, and they still don't refund your pricey bottle deposit. ************************************** is a total sell-out for using this company to distribute their "quality" spring water. Never again.

      Terrible..... I have been having issues with my orders ever since they switched from ReadyRefresh to Primo Brands.. you charge me for deliveries and then I still have to wait a month later for that deliver. Better to order 10 at a time because you will only hey it once every 4 months if your lucky. Then no one is helpful in customer service... don't let them fool you with fake reviews... this is ridiculous

      I had an account with Ready Fresh for a year and a half getting water delivered every month and paying rental on a water dispenser in ****************. *********** recently merged with Primo Brands and the entire company fell apart. Calling Ready Fresh customer service I was relayed to ********************** customer service. I told them I could not get on their website, which I have been routinely on in the past managing my account. Also that my scheduled delivery date had passed and asked when I was getting the water. I was apologized to and told because of the merger their was a problem with the website and I was promised to get my delivery of water the next day. The next day came and went with no delivery, I called again and waited foe *********************************************************************************************** that my account was with ready fresh and I had called primo. Like I said I called ready fresh and it was relayed to primo which is now the same company after the merger. I was then given another number for a specialist, that was closed, only open 9a-5p Monday through Friday. So here I sit with no water on a Friday night, I will try to call again Monday morning. Something CRAZY is going on with Primo. It seems they bought Ready Fresh and can't handle the business. The website crashed and ready fresh accounts can not be found in their system, a development that happened over night. When calling a recording says how excited they are about the merger. When you get a customer service *** on the phone after long waits, all they say is what seems like scripted mumbo jumbo, that misleads you into thinking everything is OK and the water delivery is on it's way. They have not been honest about what is going on and the problems they are having with the merger and the water deliveries. They have not given honest answers about when I can expect my delivery. At this point I'm not even sure if my account is still active, although I seem to be still getting charged.

      Simply one of the worst experiences I've had in my lifetime. I started my contract in Feb of 2025 and the first two deliveries were perfectly fine. And then in April I didn't receive my delivery, only a note for non-payment. I had to call multiple times and after a little over an hour and a half someone was finally able to help me schedule a delivery and set up my account (AGAIN) since my information was deleted as part of the merger. I finally received my Apr delivery weeks late. I'm still awaiting my delivery for May - it's now been rescheduled 4 times with one no-show. I've called 4 times and spent more than 4 hours on the phone speaking to 5 different individuals and all anyone can say is "we're sorry, we're experiencing issues due to our recent merger - we can give you a discount". The customer service is absolutely awful and no one ever has any answers. In addition, the customer service team is very hard to understand and they are more than happy to transfer you on to the next person without even listening to the reason for your call. I'm currently on hold (for 24 mins) waiting to cancel my service. Dealing with this organization is beyond frustrating and the absolute lack of customer service and support is just unacceptable. Buyer beware - DO NOT trust Primo Water delivery service!

      Have not received a delivery in almost a month. We have been rescheduled currently six times since and they just keep blindly "rescheduling" but never show up. Called customer service who keep me on hold for 40 minutes before needing to transfer me and then sat on hold for another 20 minutes before they just disconnected the call. Have never seen such lack of care provided to customers in my life.

      I wish I could give less than a star. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was scheduled to receive my delivery before noon on a Thursday. I specifically did not select "white glove" service, so I would not have to be there. However, I did take time off so that I could. I was home all day. So was my adult son, so that when I did decide to go for a run, someone would still be there. I even left the garage open and sign that said "please leave deliveries in the garage." No matter, no one ever showed up. I emailed, I attempted to use online "help," to no avail. I thought I'd give them until the end of the day - still no water, no dispenser, no call, no text, no email. Nothing. Today I decided to call. I waited 20 minutes for the first ********* service" *** to answer, and she asked me to be put on hold again so she could "look into it." ONE HOUR LATER, a new ********* service" *** answered as if I were a brand new caller. again provided my name and number and he confirmed he received it by ***eating it back to me. As I was waiting, he suddenly started talking to me as if he couldn't hear me and as if I never game him any of the information at all. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. I was super excited about the dispenser/coffee maker, but I will cancel everything after this and switch to another company, as there are a myriad to chose from.

      After their merger, this company has lost ALL credibility. No water delivery for a month now. No customer service, just bots. No number to call except what I can find online in chat forums and nobody answers. They rescheduled deliveries day prior (at least 8 times now I lost count) with no notice other than I have to check my app every morning. The latest reason for non-delivery was "product (water) is out of stock". I have 10 bottles sitting in my garage and now we just take it local and refill ourselves. Cant cancel my sub. Cant switch my cc info except with a new valid card. I can only skip my deliveries now (which I will continue to do indefinitely until my card expires) and let other people know this company has been absolutely awful by leaving these reviews. It's the ONLY option they've left me. Absolute failure of a merger and these guys have a MONOPOLY on water delivery. Even ****** and ********** use their services so I cant find a competitor except Ozarka and their water tastes nasty. Before the merger, we never experienced any issues. Do not give them your money. Even their employees are being squeezed if you read about it on forums.

      This company was bought out and has completely fallen apart under the new ownership. They are incapable of managing even basic operations. My deliveries have been rescheduled six times nowyes, sixand at this point its clear this is their standard practice.Customer service is just as useless. After sitting on hold for 25 minutes, I finally got someone who offered nothing but a vague excuse and false promises about a new delivery datewhich, unsurprisingly, came and went with no delivery.This is a total joke of a company. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly dont care about their customers. For what Im paying, this level of incompetence is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

      To give Primo Brand one star is way too generous because this company does not deserve one star either. AVOID SIGNING UP with Primo Brand water delivery service. I originally signed up with ********** and since the so-called merger or switch of platform took place, I ended up with ********* delivery and noticed residues in the water. I called six times to request going back to Sparkletts and ended up being rescheduled twice. I was reassured last week there will be a delivery on May27 and once again no delivery. Having a customer to call six times with average wait time of over ********************************************************************************** to cancel the account all together.
