      This company was bought out and has completely fallen apart under the new ownership. They are incapable of managing even basic operations. My deliveries have been rescheduled six times nowyes, sixand at this point its clear this is their standard practice.Customer service is just as useless. After sitting on hold for 25 minutes, I finally got someone who offered nothing but a vague excuse and false promises about a new delivery datewhich, unsurprisingly, came and went with no delivery.This is a total joke of a company. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly dont care about their customers. For what Im paying, this level of incompetence is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

      To give Primo Brand one star is way too generous because this company does not deserve one star either. AVOID SIGNING UP with Primo Brand water delivery service. I originally signed up with ********** and since the so-called merger or switch of platform took place, I ended up with ********* delivery and noticed residues in the water. I called six times to request going back to Sparkletts and ended up being rescheduled twice. I was reassured last week there will be a delivery on May27 and once again no delivery. Having a customer to call six times with average wait time of over ********************************************************************************** to cancel the account all together.

      I started service with Primo Brands at the top of May. My water was only delivered once and then rescheduled. I have not received water since the first delivery and they are still charging me for water that I have yet to received. I will be calling my credit card company to refute all charges and removing the card from any services and closing my account. I do not have a way of contacting them because Ive called customer service multiple time and no one answers.

      Was charged for a delivery I never received. Their website even states the delivery wasn't made. Can't reach a human being to fix. And website will not allow me to cancel my account.

      Have spent hours on hold and still no resolution. ********** was pretty bad to work with but after the PRIMO merger....they are absolutely horrible and should not be in business. Account website is not accurate and they don't have anyone working for them that can provide any customer service. Been trying to close my account and get refunded for the empty bottles. Stay far away from this company!!!!

      This company should be shut down. They showed up the first time over a month ago and have never come back. I am paying for the delivery service and rental fee with no water in it for a month. No way to get anyone on the phone to cancel!

      Biggest bunch of fools and idiots I've ever had to deal with. Told me there was no scheduled deliveries while I'm getting updates about a delivery. Canceled all of my accounts as they had three separate ones for me. Still trying to charge me for a delivery I didn't want

      Our company used Ready Refresh water service for years with great service, but after merging with Primo Brand customer service went downhill quickly! Deliveries being rescheduled and canceled without notice. Finding objects like paint brushes in the bottles that we did receive. **************** agents and managers who lie on the phone and do not care that they are losing business. I have canceled our services with them and asked them to pick up their equipment.

      Primo charged me on May 5th and I have been rescheduled 7 times and 2 time no show..Im a senior citizen and can't pick up those bottle so I paid someone to pick up a couple bottles for me and still I hadnt received any bottles from Primo..Ive called several times and was able to get someone and they promise to get water delivered..PLEASE HELP..
