      Started service in March 2025, everything was fine until about April, then my deliveries were being skipped and I was not being told until day of. Terrible customer service, no way to actually get a hold of a real person- which some how I was able to to set up the service. I had to SPECIFICALLY request an itemized invoice- in 2025 I had to ask for an itemized invoice. Everything has switched over to some new app and management without warning and because my account is not fully set up I cannot cancel or get rid of my account. MY card information is sitting unprotected in some half baked app with THE worst LLM ai assistant ever. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I know they have overcharged me. I can't even get rid of my card's info without putting a new one in. This whole company/product is poorly mismanaged

      Filed a complaint with *** and BBB under the **** guidelines re the Restore Online Shoppers Confidence Act (ROSCA) and Section 5 of the *** Act require that businesses make cancellation processes as easy as signing up. They do not respond to messages or attempts to cancel. They require you to call but leave you on hold over an hour only to transfer you for another hour. Filed two reports and putting a complaint for the *************************** regarding illegal and unfair practices. Avoid setting up an account at all cost.

      Deceptive and irresponsible business practices and unfair billing. They didn't deliver water for months then we tried to cancel and they delayed cancelling the account and wouldn't puck up their dispenser for months, called 4 times for pick up, they finally came months later and then are trying to charge us for the rental of the dispenser we couldn't use - AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM!

      Worst water company ever. Ever since signing up they continuously delay deliveries . I have an elderly mother and an infant in my house that both need water multiple times a day and this is absolutely ridiculous. Then when you call you wait on hold for at least 30 minutes. Something needs to be done . While looking at other reviews there have been 24 just this month alone, nevermind going back further. This is disgusting. It's also the only water corporation there is now since buying out refresh and others. THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE

      ********** was delivering my water and recently got bought out by Primo Brands. I order spring water, but have been receiving purified water; yet continue to be charged the spring water price. I tried calling and submitting a request online and no response. I've called 2 days in a row and was on hold for 1 hour and no one answers. I am asking to get credited for the 4 months that i received the wrong product. Poor customer service and they are overwhelmed with this merger

      I am a customer of ********************** Brands. They deliver the bottles without picking up the empty ones. They sometimes deliver the water a day or 2 early, so that you don't have even a chance to put the empty bottles out for pickup. My office is now full of large empty bottles.

      This company is a scam. Do not do any business with this company Primo brands . Will not deliver water they keep rescheduling and never show up. Also when you call to speak with customer service. Your account number and phone number do not exist. They leave you on hold and also disconnect your call. If you call back your put on eternal hold. Cannot get anyone to help with your issue.

      THIS NEW COMPANY PRIMO SUCKS!!!! They keep rescheduling our delivery for over 2 weeks, we have no water, we have over 6 empty bottles sitting outside our office. **************** *****, they can not tell me why our delivery keeps getting rescheduled. Now I can't get anyone on the phone nor can I get a response to my many emails. ********** was WAY BETTER before this company took over.
