      This company has not deliveries on time. They reschedule your deliveries and never show up. I eventually ran out of water and asked them to pick up equipment and empty bottles and still no one showed up. The pick up date has been changed several times that I finally just sat it outside and its still there. No one answers the phone when you call customer service, sent multiple emails and text and no response. They charge you for deliveries that you never receive and still are trying to charge for equipment that was supposed to be picked up almost a month ago. The customer service is awful. Please avoid this company

      Primo Brands Ever since Primo Brands took over ReadyRefresh, the service has gone completely downhill. They constantly miss my deliveries—and the worst part is they don’t even bother to notify you when they skip or change your delivery date. You’re left waiting, checking your account, and wondering what happened to your water delivery. It used to be reliable before the acquisition, but now it’s a mess. Customer service is no help either—you can’t get clear answers or any accountability. If you rely on this service for your household or business, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Total disappointment.

      I was in costco and was looking at the water and water dispenser. I thought about getting and the salesman sent me a agreement and said to read it over, sign email back and once i recieve i will set up delivery. Well i changed my mind, i let them know i changed my mind now almost a year later i was turned into collections for water and water dispenser with the coffee maker in it all of which i never started or recieved. When i called the collections company the first two times i was hung up on the third time when i explained this to them and said i never recieved anything and im not going to pay it she hung up also this a scam! I am not paying for what i never recieved. I only gave a one star rating because it wouldn't let me leave a no star rating. Shame on costco because costco only does the best or supposed to.

      This is the worse company ever!!I have been trying to contact them for the last two weeks and all I get is a voice recording that says go to the website. I have been a customer for some time and when I log on or call it says that there is no information with my phone number. I have waited on the phone for hours waiting for someone to pickup and no one does. I really need assistance with my account please

      I have been a subscriber to their service for 1-2 years now. About 3-4 months ago, they started missing their deliveries. After the 3rd or 4th straight missed delivery, I called them to close the account and request pickup of the equipment. They scheduled a pickup...which was missed. For the last 2 months now, I have been attempting to have them pick up the equipment, and each date they set up, they miss. This is not even mentioning that every time I call in, I'm placed on hold for over an hour before they finally get me to the right person who can "handle" the situation. All the while, they were still charging me the monthly rental fee for the equipment even though they are the ones who keep missing the pickup appointments. They do take the charge off when I call in each time, but again, a 1-2 hour hold time. This has been such a massive headache of a company to deal with. And a ripoff. Buy your own water dispenser and get 5 gallon bottles from the grocery store, a lot of them are having them in stock now. That's what I should have done to start with. DO NOT do business with Primo Brands or ReadyRefresh (which is what they seem to be trying to rebrand to).

      We are being charged for equipment we can't use, and have not had a delivery for months due to them rescheduling. We can't even speak with someone on the phone as they have an infinite loop in the phone tree. We also can't remove auto-billing. This can't be legal, and are being scammed at this point. Will be filling a legal complaint as a next step.

      Going on day 10 for rescheduling for water delivery and literally waited on hold over an hour for any live agent with nothing. The one star is being generous as they should receive NOTHING. This has been the absolute worst customer service experience Ive ever dealt with in my life. Im canceling my service ohhh wait you need to speak to someone about that ?? trash!

      Did not notify customers in advance of merger Did not maintain notification of delivery Delivered to wrong place causing an elderly person to have to move 5/5 gallon bottles Did not pick up empty bottles causing total amount due to increase over $100 dollars Did not follow through with arrangements to pick up empties before payment was made Charged a late fee to customer and took no responsibility to rectify situation Payment system did not work after multiplies tries There are no ) stars so I will settle for 1 just to get this review posted

      I highly recommend before you ever sign up for service with his company that you call there customer line. After you spend time on this line you will gain all the information you need about dealing with this company. Just try to talk to a representative about a supposed problem and see what happens. Service and deliveries are not much better often canceled. I have canceled service with them before and moved my service to another company. ***** what they bought the company I moved too. How does awful service keep getting rewarded with more customers? In closing this is a company that is a contender for the top 5 worst business I have ever dealt with in 60 years of life.

      DO NOT USE THE BRAND. They are incapable of living up to their commitments. I had no trouble with my water delivery until they bought ******'s Ready Refresh. Missed deliveries - no water - no way to cancel service or stop auto billing online. I will be contacting **** about them. I am on the phone now trying to get through to an agent to cancel my service.
