      If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is all a reflection as of the past week since the company has merged I believe? New website which was down for days. Now I am on my 7th reschedule of delivery. You call to wait on hold for a minimum of 1.5 hours only to get a *** that can't tell you anything or just bold face lies to you. I was first told by the first *** they would get me to someone who can look at my route and help determine the issue/when the delivery would happen. She told me your water will absolutely be there tomorrow and this will not happen again. HAH of course it didn't get delivered and its been rescheduled two more times since then. They are waiving the delivery fee and not charging me for 7 of my water jugs but what is the point if I'm never going to get them? How is it that you can't get water delivered? Why are the routes and drivers so messed up!? Its bad enough to have a necessity such as WATER not be able to be delivered but give me an ACCURATE date and actually deliver it! I'm sick of being told it will be delivered the next day, then the next, then the next, and so on. Get your s*** together!!

      Same as another reviewer. Primo bought all of the water delivery companies in ************* that service our area. There isn't a competitor that we can get to deliver to our gym that is not owned by them. Even Poland Spring uses Primo, so we can't even go to the parent company. 8 times our delivery date has come and gone with no delivery. Called 5 times and spend a collective 6.5 hours on hold. Not what a small business owner has time for. No online interaction except a bot which is not helpful. No one has returned any of our emails. No way to cancel other than being on hold for many hours. And no way to order from competitors.

      Zero stars. Multiple missed deliveries. Offshore call center that knows nothing. Cancelled 2 wks ago, and they have missed 10 pickup dates. ****************. BOT chats are totally useless, worse than foreign call center. Still waiting for them to pickup their cooler and 11 bottles - 2 cracked / leaked, therefore unusable-due refund ( lol). Plan mergers much ? Get a ********** cooler ( identical , $170) and $7 water bottles from ******* and save yourself 50 minutes on hold with useless CSR. *********** really still likes this merger ?

      Worst experience ever. Since Primo took over Sparkletts in March, we've had one delivery in four months. Our delivery dates have been reset 12 times every week for two straight months. We use glass bottles with deposits, so we cant just leave them outside unattendedand yet no one ever shows up.Three weeks ago, I called to cancel the account. Instead, I was offered a free restock and a priority delivery. Surprise: it never ******** cant cancel the account through the portal. And now, when I call the support number, I sit on hold for 30+ minutes only to be kicked to a satisfaction surveyas if someone actually answered. They didnt. Ive called three times just ******** of now, I still have no idea how to cancel the account or get my bottle deposits refunded. So disappointed.

      I don't even want to give this company 1 star. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I came to this website before I signed up for service with them. They overcharge for water and when trying to cancel the service, I sat on hold and was transferred 4 times to another department. No option to cancel your account online or on the mobile app. They promise promotions to sign up that never get delivered. Total scam company.

      Long time Crystal Springs customer. Since Primo took over, we have not had a single delivery. My attempts to reach the company proved unsuccessful. Each day, Primo sends an email with a new delivery date. I'm prepared to cancel service on July 1, as it does not appear that Primo has a successful business model. I thought they were a water delivery company. They apparently can't be bothered to deliver water.

      Worst experience, water was never delivered after multiple rescheduling and now we still have a charge for water that we never received. Left multiple emails, calls, and the chat doesn't even let you resolve your issues.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. AWEFUL!! Ever since they became Primo it has gone down hill. Every month for two years I had water delivered with no problems from ReadyFresh. Primo took over and nothing but problems. They didn't deliver my May order, I contacted them by email because you can't get through on the phone, many times. When I said I was canceling their service then they decided to contact me. We worked out a solution and gave me a date. Well, guess what they didn't show up.If you need a water service don't use Primo

      We were suppose to get monthly water deliverywe havent gotten any water since April. Weve called, emailed, tried to use chat. The delivery date was pushed back the day before the expected delivery for months. We canceled with them, and told them they needed to pick up the water jugs and rented dispenser and it had to be done by a certain point. Was promised by 2 separate **** that they would be here by that date and the date has come and gone. They make it impossible to get into contact and you cant communicate with anyone online. Our concern at this point is they will show up unannounced and then charge us when the equipment and jugs are not out. The unprofessionalism is OUTRAGEOUS and we will NEVER do business with this company again. STAY AWAY!!! They are scammers and have no idea what they are doing. Primo water has made sure weve had a horrible experience with them, and we have no way to make them come and get their stuff.
