      SINCE THEIR MERGER, THE NEW COMPANY? (WHICH IS IT?) HAS BEEN WITHOUT A DOUBT A TOTAL S**** UP. I CANNOT EVEN CANCELL SINCE THEY CANNOT FIND MY ACCOUNT. NO STAR EXPERIENCE ----------B JANOS

      Constant missed deliveries, deliveries being changed, orders not going through, impossible to cancel. I have been trying to cancel service for 3 weeks. I have sent 3 emails through the website, and 2 directly to customer service, which says I should get a response in 24-48 hours, and I have had no response. I have tried to call several times, and cant get in touch with anyone. It is illegal, a federal crime, for a company to make it this hard to cancel a service. I will be leaving all the bottles and dispenser on the curb and disputing any further charges from Primo.

      I got the wrong product, got charged, got promised a refund And from that point forward, I could never contact a single other person from the company. Dropped calls, when I do reach someone they put me on hold again and drop the call. I cannot even successfully disenroll.

      Primo Water has missed deliveries via "no show" to my home for the last 3 months. Upon multiple calls to their service center with "guarantees" the driver will visit within 1 week, or 2 weeks, the driver never shows up. The service of delivering water is their business, but they cannot do the deliveries. They will cite the merger between Primo and Ready Refresh, but I've had these problems before the merger. Contacting Primo via telephone always results in wait times over 60 minutes. Today, I am approaching 3 hours after 2 separate forwards to "other departments." When I finally got in touch with someone, a supervisor (for the 3rd time in 3 months), they say someone is "skipping" the delivery. It is surely not me. Bottom line, water delivery service is very poor, doesn't work, and if they weren't the only 5-gallon glass bottle delivery company in the area, I would have dropped them 6 months ago. Service = poor, delivery = poor, follow-through=poor. This business should be shut down immediately. I can't wait for another provider in my area.

      The worst company *** ever used. Cant get water delivered, it was rescheduled for 10 days in a row before I called. Finally get a hold of customer service and asked to close account. Its been over 2 weeks since Ive scheduled for them to pick up their equipment and it keeps getting rescheduled (so I cant even close my account). Just an absolute mess of a company.

      hey have changed my water delivery again from today 6-16 to 6-17 and i have a feeling that it will be changed again this is a **** poor companyand they are getting away with it. their customer service lies too

      Best water with worst customer serviceOn "hold" now for 18 minutes and counting because Primo billed me for a phantom delivery. If you want a billing or delivery issue every month or so, would go with this company. A real dilemma but likely will continue and dispute the charge with the credit company.

      It is impossible to cancel service and they keep billing me while I have no received water in months. This is a SCAM company and Costco should be ashamed of partnering with them.

      I'm joining the list of very angry PRIMO Brands to Sparkletts to ReadyRefresh - whatever the name of this company is this week. How the ***** are they in business?! I have been charged and have been without my drinking water for over one month. I have been "rescheduled" 6 times! I never receive any communication from this water company, and the only way I see that my order has been rescheduled is by logging in. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! If I could leave 0 stars I would!!! I am researching other dependable water delivery companies at this moment.
