      I would leave 0 stars if able... but I am glad to see I am not the only one so far past my wits end with this AWFUL company. We agreed to try them with a "free promo" in February then got a hefty bill in March. I was told they never said it would be free although there was several associates in the office at the time that heard the same thing. Since then, we have had every single delivery rescheduled with zero communication and nothing done to correct the problem. After 7 failed deliveries, I called and demanded they come get their machine and empty bottles as we went with another company. Their stupid machine and 5 empty bottles are STILL in our storage room over a month after cancelling and the pickup has been scheduled 5 times so far with all of them getting rescheduled with no communication. I have no idea how these people are still in business but they are hands down, the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I recommend drinking toilet water before you try their services because you will be without water ALL THE TIME as they can't stick to their delivery schedules. 0 out of 0 stars... do not waste your time, energy and money with this useless company.

      Horrible service. ***** this company. Since they've merged with *********** we've had random deliveries, then the deliveries stopped all together. No we have skipped deliveries that we didn't skip and canceled deliveries that were supposedly out for delivery and random change in delivery dates when I actually go to skip delivery and now we can't even get through to cancel service. Absolute worst.

      Since merger to Primo Brands, it is terrible!! We were long time Crystal Springs customer for our home (private residence). Used to have tremendous service. We were supposed to get delivery June 4. Nothing. Called June 5 and after an hour and a half on hold, woman answered noting delivery will be Monday, June 9. No delivery. Can't get through to anyone and readyrefresh website is not helpful. This is a mess! Bigger is NOT better. As others noted, only one star since unable to submit zero stars in review.

      HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY WHO LIES AND STEALS.Maybe some of the worst experiences I've had as a consumer. Over charging hundreds of dollars when we were promised by the sales *** to pay around $15 a month. Extra water was always dropped off that we did not order but was auto charged. Trying to cancel service is impossible on the website as you have to call. I called and cancelled my service two weeks ago after 6 hours on the phone and multiple women who had no idea what was going on because of their merger. Finally cancelled. Still being charged. Still they have an account on me. Still they have my debit card info and haven't purged it. THIS IS A SCAM AND YOU SHOULD BE CRIMINALLY CHARGED for FRAUD

      My delivery never arrived, and they just keep telling me it was delivered. Absolutely the worst customer service. And you can't get anyone on the phone or chat. Over a 1 week email response

      Horrible service, horrible company, complete scam. I have experienced rescheduling of a delivery five times, completely lost a delivery order off the website after waiting two weeks for it and disappeared on the day of delivery, impossible to reach anyone in customer service (they just have a recording saying they are too busy and disconnect you). The chat is useless, only a few canned questions and no useable answers. I can't even locate a way to cancel my subscription, which I will keep trying. I hope this company goes out of business and it's reviews catch up to them.

      Since Primo took over, I am unable to get my delivery. Every day it gets pushed to the next day. Called customer service who assured me I was guaranteed my delivery the next day, but then it got pushed like every other day. I will need to cancel and buy water from retailers. This company is a total bust now.

      I was a faithful customer for over 5 years. Few months into the merger and I am deleting BOTH of my accounts. **************** is inexistent and the new platform is the worse in user experience. I already looked for alternative and I highly recommend anyone who is considering Primo Brands to run for their lives

      Have been with RediRefresh now Primo, had numerous times that bottles were not left at designated spot, but with Primo even worse. The dispenser we own went bad. Called Monday, said they would be out Wednesday, so we left security gate open all day. Called at 430 and was told changed to Friday and they don't notify you. Left gate open all day Friday but no dispenser! Called and was told changed to Monday again with no notification to us. At this point not at all expecting delivery Monday. After being on hold for an hour, requested replacement next day since we had a large number of people over They said not possible. I told them that unless it was replaced on Saturday, they can pick up the unused bottles, credit me and cancel account after 15 years. The notification process is horrible, actually nonexistent! The delay to reach a person to resolve an issue is unacceptable and poor customer service. They did nothing to satisfy a 15 year customer. I bought a Breva and saved a ton of money, time, and aggravation, They aren't Primo then Zero!

      Constant delivery reschedules with little to no communication. Zero is done for a the customer, had 7 deliveries rescheduled. All they do is blame it on the restructure. A little proactive communication would go a long way. The customer is not their number one concern.
