  I want to know how this company has not been shut down! Just believe every one of these bad reviews. They charged me for things that should have been covered and when I finally just paid the stack of past due bills to be done with them, I cannot get a copy of my x-rays for all of my family. I'm so frustrated. Massive scam posing as a dentist.

  All I can say is run for your life do not go to this place COASTAL DENTAL to have any dental work done. My mom went to have teeth pulled and to get dentures This very incompetent office fit her for dentures three different times. Since beginning of 2023 yes Feb of 2023. They never got the fit right due to my mom having a bone at the roof of her mouth that needed to be shaved down. They pulled her teeth, fit her for these dentures three different times at two different locations only to say she needed to go see a specialist. We went to a specialist could tell in all of two minutes in looking in her mouth that the bone is stopping the dentures from fitting properly. To this day 09/25/23 we still do not have dentures. They were sent back months ago by coastal and we are just now starting the refund process due to the lack of urgency from this office. These people don't care at all once they get your money or the claim from your insurance. I am not reaching out to Humana and to ******** to see what they can do and possible take this no good company off as a list of providers they recommend!!! No one should be subjected to this nonsense.

  I called around to other dentists offices before calling coast dental they said its would be around $600 to pull a tooth but i found out they didn't take my insurance but coast dental did went to a appointment their they were not up front about anything. They told me they will have to bill insurance first then they will tell me how much so I figured it should be about the same amount as the other offices so I had them pull them tooth was in with the dentist for about 30 min or less they billed it as oral surgery and charged me $1700 to pull a tooth with X-rays dentists like this gives all dentist a bad name do not go to this business they will rip you off and when you call to complain they will hang up with you

  They have a lady it tattoo eyebrows at the desk smh every time Ive been to this place its someone complaining at the desk about them messing up there appointments.. the place is dirty.. this is more of a dental clinic.. they wasted my entire day.. after pushing my appointment off for a month.. I took off a day off for work nothing and walked out based on there unprofessional staff this place needs to be closed down

  Not Treated Like a Human Unprofessional i would not take anyone there ask for if my insurance would pay and the supposed to be head person comes in talking to me like am Nothing and treated as if they did not like the color of my skin unprofessional

  Unfortunately, I am echoing complaints. I have read below. I was deceived on all levels of their care from what their cancer screening really was to being told how much a total first time cleaning was going to be, but not told that that included additional devices which they had asked me if I wanted, and I clearly stated no that I did not want them as I already had those devices which included water pick And electric toothbrush. Plus a $100 air floss. I have called their corporate office for the past month attempting to get this rectified. I attempted on two occasions to return the products to the office where I have received treatment in Cape Coral Florida, and was told corporate office would not allow them to except the return of those even though they were in sealed packages just as they were handed to me , additionally I have a $91.92 bill that they’re saying was not covered by my insurance even though at the point of care I was told they had reviewed by insurance and that I would not have any additional charges beyond what they had already charged me And that I set up a payment plan for I would strongly recommend against going to this dental service for care. My next step is to contact my attorney and take this organization to small claims court.

  Each time I have dealt with coast dental stone Mountain, I end up wasting so much time and money and not fixing the initial reason. They will cancel an appointment without telling you and then you show up to be told you don't have an appointment. I have been trying since appel to get a root canal and crown. My mouth has been infected twice and now I'm being told they can no longer save the tooth and I will need a bridge which is 3xs the amount of money originally discussed.

  I would give 0 stars if I could - ******** ** - Lakeland Highlands branch. This place is a scam - I get inexplicable bills 8 months after my appointment. **************** never answers the phone. Do not go here!

  Deceiving place yes no answer forward too scheduling don't let patient choose and **** the treatment and cancer screening for you and just hand you so you sign .Charge in full and don't give you the full service you paid for laugh at you in your face .You ask for the trays 3 weeks not here and tell you're not getting any refund you already pay and that's what you get ******************* ******, hygienist ********************* mega unprofessional I doubt she has any degrees at least as a human being she has zero "*****" who answered ugh worst customer service I felt like I was dealing with a down ***** Ybor city worst area nasty people. Already comunicate More than 20 times keep getting insulted by them. No product no money any business promise not them. Call BBB and the ** ******************* the news and my bank . I will not stop till I get my refund. Not humans at all rather go to a Circus they are more educated and courteous
