      This is the worst dental office I have ever been too. Every time they make you wait long hours before seeing a doctor, stuff does not know what they are doing, went back multiple times to get a pair of dentures done. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

      This company dental company aint nothing but a bunch of crooks. They charge my husband for top and bottom dentures and the whole time we explain to them we did not need both. We only needed the tops. They still insisted on we finance the top in the bottom when we went to the surgeon, they only did the tops and now were stuck with the bottoms paying almost $2000 for uppers and bottoms, when we went to speak to the manager to explain to her that why did they make us pay for the set when we only needed the top she did not want to help us or reimburse us at all be very aware . try to reach out to ****** finance company to explain to them about my situation. They were not help either. They went by what the office told them a bunch of crooks.

      Came to Coast dental for a cleaning. Got half my mouth cleaned. Showed up for my appointment on three other occasions and no one was at the office. Waited outside each time for about 30 minutes for no one to show. Then I called the hotline and the person keeps telling me they should be open Which they are not. Then I get a bill for $500 for a day that I wasnt even there stay away from this place staff is super rude.

      i was in fleming island office today, in my case they always refer out my extractions, the exam room is filthy, i am in the cleaning business, there is dirt, hair, debris, everywhere, rusty equipment, patient chair is lumpy. in this day and age of covid and flu, this type of business needs 1 person that just cleans but i bet coast dental hires out a nightly crew that basically mops the floor, and cleans the waiting area,

      I went to Coast Dental at Colonial ** on 10/23/23 .They said i need to deep clean and treatment plan is **** dollar They asked me my Simly card for check how much i have I am so stupid and give to her She charged **** dollar in my account and didnt let me know She make appointment to me for next year because dentist full book On 10/26/22 i go to Coast Dental after i i knew they took **** dollar in my account without my permission I cancelled their service and want my money back They dont want to refund my money and said i agree for treatment That means they stole my money They didnt do any treatment yet and stole my money I make report and ********* them

      Unethical and lie about cost and insurance coverage. Hopefully you read reviews and look elsewhere. Amazing a scam business can continue in the modern age. I would hope BBB would look into the practices and shut them down.

      Most unethical and unprofessional dental practice I've been too. Waited 1 in the waiting room and an hour on the chair. I had to pay for dental services. (1 tooth to be extracted at a cost of $1,267.78) before any services could be performed. Once I paid, the dental assistant returned stating that the work could not proceed because an instrument broke and would have to wait till the following morning.Later that same day, I found out that a person who was taking care of me, went to the front office and stated: "Do NOT let her leave this office before paying." to her staff. She said it loud enough that people 1 woman with 2 children and a man who were in the reception area, at least 10 feet away heard. The following day I returned to the office, asked for a credit and have my money returned. They told me that it would take 12 weeks before I will receive a return. Be careful...

      Coast Dental is the WORST dentist I have ever been to. Shut it down.My complaint is against Coast Dental on gladiolas in ***************, *******. This is the worst Dental Office I have ever been to. I am 71 years old. I was traumatized by Coast Dental and I want it made a matter of record they are practicing below the standard of care and that this complaint has been filed regarding their failure to diagnose me properly and or purposely.

      Found on ******************. Waited 1.5 hrs to be seen. Once I finally get inside I was told dentist doesnt take the insurance. Scam place. Dont waste time going
