  Can never get hold of anyone in phone They billed me over $3,000 for 2 deep clean, 1 set of exrays and pull one tooth with bone graft signed for $558.62 billed my card over $1,300 Don't go to this dental as they over charge you, have you sign and pay before they bill and then you have to fight to get your money back. The cleaning, and tooth extraction were great but watch out! $$$$$$$

  On Oct 28 2023 Had a Temp crown put on Which caused infection to my Gums. My original appointment was for December 12 2023 10:00AM FOR PRIMARY CROWN REPLACEMENT. Called them SEVERAL TIMES to be checked. Was CALLED BY THEM TO COME IN Dec 11 2023 at 10:00AM. 3 WEEKS WITH ****. PrImary Crown was put and a oral Solution was given to ease the pain. That same day Dec 11 2023 at 3:30PM WHEN LEAVING THE DENTAL OFFICE, MANAGER SUGGESTED TO STILL COME IN FOR THE APPOINTMENT ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED DEC 12 10:00 AM to HAVE FURTHER WORK DONE ON RIGHT SIDE OF MOUTH. RESPONDED, COULD NOT MAKE APPOINMENT. NEED TO CANCEL(STILLHAVE **** ON LEFT SIDE OF THAT TEMP CROWN.(NEED TO HEAL). MANAGER STATED THAT I COULD NOT CANCEL.. THAT EVENING WHEN ARRIVING HOME CALLED AT 7:18PM AND CANCELLED APPOINTMENT BY PHONE AND LEFT A VOICE MESSAGE TO CANCEL. TWO WEEKS LATER RECEIVED A STATEMENT FINE OF ****** BY COAST DENTAL. GRACEFULLY PAID IT WITH CREDIT CARD, AND AM PRESENTLY DISPUTING IT WITH MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. ********************** STATES THAT I DID NOT CANCEL APPOINTMENT. (FORTUNATELY HAVE DOCUMENTS TO PROVE I DID). Horrible corporately owned office - solely profit focused, THEY DONT CARE OR HAVE ANY COMPASSION OF THE **** YOU GO THROUGH.

  Coast Dental-***********, ******* is the worst dental experience I have had in my 65 years. This dental office doesn't even deserve a one star.My experience started in February 2023. I needed major dental work and my dental insurance referred me to Coast Dental as a contracted provider. The office was filthy and the bathroom atrocious. Dental Hygienist for gums deep cleaning was the first step. After five appointments my gums had improved tremendously. I had to request an appointment to move see the dentist. After arriving at my consultation with the dentist, I waited over an hour before being seen. When ***************************** came in he complained about being short-staffed and busy. There was constant turnover with staff. This doctor has terrible bedside manner. I was fortunate that a new dentist was starting and I was assigned to him, ***************************. This dentist has great bedside manner and is professional. When rating the office, I gave FOUR ONLY BECAUSE OF THIS DOCTOR. OPERATIONS ARE ZERO.Financing was offered by Coast Dental to assist patients; which I took advantage of. However, no one disclosed to me that after financing was completed, Coast Dental was prepaid for all services. As we progressed through my care, wait times were from one half hour to forty-five minutes. There were issues with dental assistant (s) sending impression to lab and mixing up patient records due to similarities with names. There were issues with receiving products from the lab in a timely manner. There were times when the doctor did not have the proper tools to do the job so I was cancelled. The last time this happened, I waited in the office while staff went and got the tools needed to do the job. This was very upsetting and frustrating for me and my family. I felt trapped because although services were not being delivered in a timely manner, they were prepaid and my money was tied to this office for the care. I would never have agreed to this.

  Review for ************************, ****************, ** Horrible corporately owned office - solely profit focused. I was told by the dental hygienist that I had gingivitis and that I needed a deep cleaning of all 4 quadrants. When I asked to see a dentist, I was informed that first time patients are not allowed access to in-person dentists, but that I could speak to a dentist on a video call. I went to a privately owned dental office where they told me I had perfect gum and teeth health.

  If I could give less than one star I would. I have been living in a nightmare by going through Coast Dental Fleming Island to get dentures. The only reason I went through them was because their price was so much less than everyone else's. But it just goes to show you get what you pay for. I have to drive one hour one way to get to their office and I have been over there at least 10 times for different fittings each time the teeth being too long and then one time the dentist actually *****ing saying that she would not send them back to the lab again and then the next time I told them to go ahead and process them even though I noticed they were longer on one side than the other. I took them back today and they said they could not tell that they were longer on one side than the other. it has been a nightmare from the start and I do not recommend that anybody go through Coast Dental Fleming Island to get their dentures. I know how it feels to go without teeth and I also know how important it is that if you have to get dentures you want them to look as natural as possible. So please, if you're thinking about getting dentures, please don't go the cheapest route like I did. Like I said, and we all know, you only get what you pay for. Coast Dental sucks and so does their lab. I'm not saying all this out of anger although I am very hurt and disappointed because this has been a long process that has been a fucking nightmare. Excuse my language please. But please trust me with what I'm saying. Do your research and find someone who's more reputable and who will stand behind their work better than Coast Dental and not try to put the blame all on you by saying that you don't know what you're talking about. You can clearly see by looking at the dentures that they are longer on one side than the other but that dentist told me today that she couldn't see it. I told her she was only seeing what she wanted to see. Ridiculous! I felt like throwing them in her face. Buyer beware!

  Total con artists. I specifically told them all year that I was disabled and on a fixed income, and to be sure to never to go over my allotted benefits for the year. During my last visit they did treatments without my consent that sent me over $400 my insurance **** Nobody in the company will help me. They also kicked me out of my 2nd to last appt when they all of a sudden decided to make me fill out a medical questionnaire to get signed by my Neurologist. They had no problems treating me all year before that though. I felt humimiliated.

  I went in recently for a basic cleaning which was completely covered by my insurance. I paid for my copay at the time of my visit. I should have received no additional bill. Two months later I keep getting bills for small amounts (first $25, now $17) and there is no explanation for these additional bills. It just says the bill is overdue and if you call the office, they can't explain the bill. They just say to pay it. They also can't tell you when the bills will stop coming. Avoid this company at all costs!

  I have been calling and calling and calling and cant get through to anyone regarding an invoice. I have left voicemails, I have called and just get the run around from their office. Only the office manager can send an updated invoice to the credit company and she is either not there, or on lunch, or they send me to her extension only for her to not answer and leave another voicemail. They charged the credit line I opened with services that I have not had done and wont send an updated invoice to the credit company even though Ive never had the services done.Today I called the credit company to escalate the issue and reach out personally for the updated invoice. Their reviews on ****** are all the same. I wish I wouldve known before spending my hard earned money on this place. The lack of unprofessionalism is astounding. Avoid this place, do your research before giving them your business!! You will save yourself from a headache and throwing your money away!

  Coast Dental *********************. ***********, ** has owed me a refund of approximately $500 for over 5 years now but still send me a message that says I owe them $136 balance due! This company is ridiculous to have to deal with. I have had to retain an attorney to get my refund. This office has a huge turnover of dentists and staff.They still use old outdated equipment that is not adequate for capturing dental problems. I only went there because they accepted my insurance...but I won't be returning!

  This business overcharged us $500 in 2016. It took over 12 months to get our refund. Now, November 22, 2023 they say I owe them $38, past due, and I have not been in the state of Florida since 2017.
