I'm still waiting for my $100 ******* gift card that I am supposed to receive for completing Wellcare's Annual Wellness appointment. It has been over six months. Every time I call Wellcare about it they just say that there is a delay and I should get it soon. Still waiting.Also, I tried to use the Dental coverage, but I am not in their system. Coverage was supposed to start January first. Wellcare told me fifteen more days for them to add me to their system. Meanwhile I had a tooth ache and I had to pay out of pocket for exam, x rays and a filling. Wellcare is supposed to cover that.Finally, I can not log into the Wellcare website. I sent an email about it to Wellcare, but they have yet to reply. Has been a month or so.Still waiting.WellCare Health Plans, Inc.

We have successfully resolved the member's issue after contact and research. THe gift card was accidentally sent to the wrong address, but has been re-issued. Additionally, our web support team was able to successfully get the member logged in.

Horrible customer service! I had to make 3 phone calls to get a mail order prescription filled. The first call I was transferred to 4 different reps who obviously dont know how to do their job with the last one saying he would call me back- he didnt. When I called back, same thing-I was transferred to several different reps with long hold periods in between. This time the last rep I talked to said everything was set and I would receive the prescription in 2 days . Waited 4 days. I called again only to find out nothing had been processed!! This time I was on the phone for over 2 hours again being transferred from rep to rep with extremely long hold times ( one was 55 minutes) . Supposedly I should receive the prescription within the next 2 weeks. Also the customer service is in a foreign country as their reps dont speak good English nor understand it. I guess you get what you pay for. This company should be ashamed of itself.WellCare Health Plans, Inc.

I am a single senior female on a Medicare Gap plan to which I pay handsomely and I ended up with a substandard drug plan. Wellcare should not be handling seniors healthcare, nor anyone. They don’t run a normal ethical business. I have called this company numerous times to fix my account issue-a matter Wellcare created that could’ve been easily handled with a simple phone call from a human, a voicemail, or even a bot text to alert me there was a problem with my account. (I had fraud in my bank account 6 mos prior and all that goes with that). A text would’ve gotten my attention to fix my account. WC agents seem to be reading from scripts, and they have repeatedly apologized for the mistake they made and all the trouble it has caused me, but the matter doesnt get resolved no matter what. I was on the phone 1.5 hours with an agent while at my pharmacy trying to understand a dialect that is very difficult for me to understand, to try to explain they created the issue by not communicating with me the way businesses are supposed to do. I am currently in a holding loop waiting for a call back with a resolution after the ”team” reviews my case… they never call back. I shouldn’t even have a case. I need my medications which I am coming up on a week without. They cover themselves with offering another company Ive never heard of I can call to get an emergency prescription while I wait on the team. How would that even work on a weekend? Today was my 3rd phone call to this company and they said the team is still working on it and will call me back in 24 hours, just like they iterated on the first 2 calls, to no avail, 3 agents so far. I need my medications. Lastly, a quick moment before I was I was placed on hold again today, I heard a rooster or maybe it was a chicken in the background. I have nothing against animals. I love animals, but Centene Corp? WTCluck????. I’m not laughing. It is easy to see what’s going on here. Patients health is at risk using this company.WellCare Health Plans, Inc.

I just joined Wellcare. The benefits are better than my previous plan at Humana, but they are next to impossible to use.I am not thrilled that I have to go for a security check each and every time that I log into the account, and when I get into the website, it is dysfunctional. I thought that I could call customer service, but apparently ********************** does not hire people unless they speak broken English.On the website, it is impossible to find local providers because the search engine is inoperable. When I wanted to try and use my OTC on the website, I was directed to download an app.If the goal was to discourage users from using their benefits, they get high marks.WellCare Health Plans, Inc.

You suck you drop peoples benefits without telling them like my $58.03 times a year for over-the-counter and can’t even get a sonogram that is preventative for breast care without getting charged 500 bucks. I guess you gotta be an illegal immigrant to get anything in this piece of **** country and higher some people that know how to talk English worked for 30 years for this ****WellCare Health Plans, Inc.

**************** reps are giving incorrect info. One experience I was told that my pharmacy was not covered even when it was posted online that it was. After another call, I was told that it was! Now I am trying to find out the most cost effective drug and once again given wrong info. Terribly frustrating customer service especially when it is a struggle to understand *******. They do not know answers to questions and have once again given me wrong info. I'm beginning to think this is done on purpose ! Not to mention that the deductible and drug costs have increased to the point where I will go without . How can a plan cost $10.40/mo. one year and now cost just .40 /month? So there you have it, you get what you pay for.WellCare Health Plans, Inc.

Our household is inundated with marketing efforts from this company with wording that suggests my elderly parents are already enrolled in their plans. This feels like predatory practices meant to take advantage of elderly people, not to mention the environmental costs of the incessant mailings.WellCare Health Plans, Inc.

0 stars. They wanted me to pay over $546.00 out of pocket for a monthly Inhaler. They said at the beginning of the year my benefits would resume. Then when I re-orded my Inhaler in January they played a shell game and said I still needed to pay the $546.00+ price and the 2nd month it may be lower. This company is immoral and what they are doing should be illegal. The staff does not speak English well. They should be put out of business. I see multiple other complaints at this site.WellCare Health Plans, Inc.

1 starTerrible website, very user unfriendly. The telephone help is dreadful. I think English is a third language. The PPO dental care is crap, not a good idea for seniors. I'm going with someone else.
