      This is the absolute worst plan I have ever dealt with! Everyone there is useless and idiots! every time I call is never get the same answer from anyone! I actually requested to speak to a manager and that was a joke! I wish I could give them no stars or negative stars!!

      My brother, who is in a Veterans Home, was signed up for WellCare Advantage Plan without his consent. All of his Id disappeared a year and a half ago, so as his care provider, I re-established those IDs and then kept them to prevent them being used, as I handle all of his business for him. There were people going in and out of his house stealing things from him. When my brother went in the hospital, we discovered that his Original Medicare had been changed. On July 8th he signed a filled out a Disenrollment form and sent it to them advising them that he was going to be sent to a VA Home. We waited until the end of August for a response. He filled out another Disenrollment form, this time sending it by Certified Mail-no response. We filled out and sent a contact form twice at the beginning of September-no response. We sent another Disenrollment form two weeks ago-no response. All of these forms were filled out first on their web page. Between his Original and his VA benefits he would only have to pay his deductible. WellCare only allows him certain PPOs, which is a big problem and has cost him money, as the Home's facility hospital is not on their list. HE IS IN A VA HOME! They are taking advantage of him and is costing him unnecessary stress.

      WellCare uses Evolve for its dental reimbursement. That's because you won't find a dentist who has even heard of WellCare.Submitted the required form, waited weeks, received a check for less than $55 for a paid $3200 bill.Not renewing.

      As a provider of radiation oncology services this company is the worst. They authorize service then deny claims. Time and time again when providing life saving or extending treatment we just dont get pad. Do not choose WellCare unless you want major stress with any major diagnosis.

      WellCare is a HORRIBLE insurance company. WellCare bought out my Mother's insurance coverage in 2020 and I then found they were charging her $10 a month for late payments for several years. It took me months to straighten this issue out and get a refund. Now my Mother has passed away and they are again making me jump through hoops to try and get a refund for the August payment which was deducted after she passed away. Stay away from this company. I would give them zero stars if I could. Just stay away.

      If it were not so frustrating, their phone system would make a great Meme. You can't believe how bad it is and un friendly to the customer. Every option they give your, routes you to a call center in ****, where they have no authority to help with anything and are very hard to understand. I Can't believe how bad this company is to do business with when you have anything out of the ordinary happen. We moved. Apparently, that is enough to get your plans canceled with no warning. for the 6 months before we moved, when we had a broker working with us to get things set up, everything went fine. Trying to deal with them customer to company, it is nearly impossible.

      They will not help get my account sorted out and keep transferring me back and fourth between different people. They were already supposed to take care of two large bills from May that ****** said we're already paid then I got the bill notice sent to me. While trying to resolve this with WellCare has been a nightmare and it's still not getting resolved. WORST customer service. What's the point in having insurance if they aren't even doing their jobs.

      Horrible! What are the odds that I call on 8/30/23 and speak to Chevy Telebangco who tells me that I have a refund due. And reach out to Wellcare again on 9/7/23 and speak to Chevy Telebangco again. Is there only one name associated with this company? Asked about my refund and if it has been processed, to which Chevy states let me put you on hold for 2-3 minutes while I check the information we have on file. 10 minutes later he explains there is no refund due and that there is a premium coming up in September. According to our first conversation on 8/30 I am classified as LIS (Low income subsidy) and at level 100% and copay is 1 and my monthly premium is $0. Therefore they will be refunding me $292 that I have overpaid. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing!

      Horrible lying crooks are fining people for not having Obama care they definitely need to be investigated . Can't get rid of them and they take money directly out of our social security! Hidden charges after you are accepted into their SCAM!
