      They called from Jan to May asking to transfer from ******** to them. I said no each time and they transferred me anyway. I asked to be transferred back and they have been calling me every week about 2-3 times a week trying to change my mind non stop. I just want my old insurance back and I should have the right to make the decision. Them calling so much seems like harassment.

      This is BY FAR the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with.To start things off, they tricked me into thinking their ******** plan was a required option in my state, and I've had both the ******** and ******** parts of this awful plan since.I had a therapist, who treated me for free for an entire year, because according to his ******, "Wellcare is notorious for refusing to pay for things."Recently, I was referred for treatment with Spravado. My local hospital stopped accepting them as insurance 4 months ago (gee, I wonder why?).I've tried, repeatedly, to call to either get information on a location that does accept their lousy insurance, with the following experience.Once you call their number, and ask for customer service, they'll claim they are not customer service, and transfer you. Then, you'll be put on hold forever before being hung up on.If you have the nerve to ask them how to cancel their awful coverage, expect to be hung up on sooner, or to be led through a maze-like phone system.Wellcare is scum, and I hate every last person who works there. God Bless America...I want to cancel my plan you b*******

        We apologize for your dissatisfaction with the plan this case has been reviewed, the member refused assistance and did not cooperate with the review. Case management attempted to speak with the member three times and confirmed there is only one contact number on file with PCP. Member asked for us to not contact him again regarding the issue via email.

      They really deserve zero stars. The sales rep (who, after 2 phone calls, actually showed up at my door!) promised me "the world". The ONLY reason I signed up was that "I could opt out at any time". No problem, right? WRONG! After being on the phone for close to TWO hours, I *think I'm cancelled. I had to speak with 3 different people, going over the same questions. And these reps spoke with very strong dialects at a very fast pace.In the meantime, I have no prescription coverage for 15 days, with 3 expensive scripts to fill.DON'T change what ain't broke folks!And btw, I chose to opt out for many reasons. But the main one being that I *learned they skim money off the top of an invoice before paying the **** *********** or change medical codes to increase the cost. * Info from independent Ins. Agent.PLEASE learn from my mistake. Please.

      Their agent absolutely lied about everything and conned me into enrollment telling me nothing would interrupt my current insurance. The agent frauded from start to finish of the phone call when I hung up I had no idea what happened or what insurance company. The first of August I have no insurance company and out $200 in food benefits.All the benefits well care claims ends up with no one takes the insurance so it's useless lies.

      They are a ******* joke , promise this and that and don't deliver any of it , hey I qualify for meals each month but we are going to take them from you so you don't get them , hey we are sending you a flex card with a &100 on it each month but you can't use it on anything , what a ******* joke

      For three successive months I have received a letter telling me that my premium payment of $11.20 has not been received. For three successive months I have telephoned to learn that Wellcare does in fact have my correct credit card information for auto-charging purposes. Yet repeatedly your firms auto pay does not operate successfully. Then, each time after talking to a Wellcare customer service person, nothing happens to process a payment, OR to correct whatever is wrong with Wellcares internal payment processing operations. What a disgrace. Wellcare could not be more unprofessionalin all ways!Classic example: today I went on-line, after another totally unsatisfactory conversation with another unhelpful Wellcare CSR, to have a chat. I simply asked for instructions whereby I could file a complaint on-line. The text of that chat is enclosed. I never got what I requested. My question was totally ignored. I got another threatening message about disenrollment if I.I am curious if any of your CSR people understand English? Are they trained to try to provide customer satisfaction? Candidly the answers seem to be NO. Nothing suggests that Wellcare cares to service its subscribers. I am totally exasperated. I am tired of spending hours trying to straighten out Wellcare regarding my account. I trust that by receipt of this letter (1) Wellcare will process the delinquent payment[s] due at $11.20 per monthly billing period. (2) Wellcare will do whatever it must to rectify the absurdity(ies) that pertain to my membership #xxxxxxxxx such that the remaining monthly premium payments are automatically processed. When the re-enroll time comes, you can be sure I will be moving on. Wellcare is a tragic excuse for a purported customer-oriented, service-oriented business. I am shocked that Centene allows one of its companies to mis-function in such repetitive, blatantly poor manner.

      Hello, we have forwarded your concerns to our Billing Team for review, we were advised the following-Member's account is current. Last payment processed through the autopay system with no issues under **** card#****. Previous two payments that failed through autopay where with **** Card#**** on 05/20/2023 and 06/22/2023 due to account being closed, it seems member's card had a change and it wasn't updated with WellCare.  Autopay is currently working properly and processed on 07/20/2023 for $22.40 covering for previous months past due, June 2023 for $11.20 and July 2023 for $11.20 totaling $22.40. An outreach was made from our Billing Team. Please know that your concerns regarding customer service and several outreach made to the plan was forwarded to our **************** ********************** Team for review and proper coaching to be made for ****************. We apologize for any inconvenience.

      I have been trying to get Wellcare to pay an out of pocket for an emergency dental procedure that was not pre approved. I've been trying for 7 months. They lose the paperwork so it has to be sent Certified mail. Even they they say they did not get it.. Even their Appeals and Grievances are a waste of time. Your are sent from pillar to post at every turn or are just cut off. Their customer service is a joke and don't even think about asking for a supervisor - you get cut off

      Per our conversation with Mr.C on July 17, 2023, member confirmed that he was contacted by the Dental Vendor,  Envolve who assited him with his concerns. At this time there were no further concerns.
