      If I could not choose any stars I would. I have had WellCare since January 2023. Every time I try and fill or refill a prescription it rejects stating I have other primary coverage. In the beginning I called my insurance agent and we did a 3 way call the ******** and WellCare and my pharmacy and was told it was straightened out. We did this a couple of times. Here I am 6 months later and many calls directly to WellCare and just spent another hour on the phone with WellCare telling me my records are not up to date and shows other primary insurance. I just spent another hour having to be transferred 5 times and them telling me we have to contact ******** because that is where the problem is. When ******** came on the line I had them tell the WellCare rep that it is not a ******** problem and that I have been updated since January. The ******** agent clearly stated this is a WellCare problem in their system. I am normally pretty understanding with customer service and insurance people. I worked with them for many years. However, I am beyond upset as to how WellCare is handling my account and will be looking into cancelling them as soon as I can. There is a problem in their system that they need to get corrected.

      I have been calling WellCare since April requesting an invoice or statement with my name on it so I can get reimbursed by a third party. I have called every month and now we are in June and still NO invoice or statement. They keep telling me that it takes 7 to 10 days well I think we have gone way, way past those days from calling in April. Why are these companies so miss managed nowadays? When you call there is always an excuse. I do not want to hear an excuse I WANT ACTION. STOP WITH APOLOGIZING!!!! It is getting old like me. Every month I call they do not know what I am talking about PLEASE train your personnel to understand the customer better and take ownership of the issue the person is calling about. How did we get to this point where when calling customer service they are so untrained

      I would advise you to not consider Wellcare prescriptions for the following reasons:1. Sent prescriptions with no tamper proof covering on bottles.2. Have had prescriptions delivered with the bottle caps unscrewed and pills loose in the package.3. Half the deliveries are missing something. The enclosed documentation lists what they thought they sent, but prescriptions are missing.4. In the middle of the year they decided they could not send the quantity/dosage that they agreed to provide.5. Very disorganized company.6. Waiting for the end of the year to get a reliable company.

      I have been on Medicare since 06/01/2022. I stupidly chose Wellcare for my prescription insurance. Every month, I have had to call them and go through Medicare COB to convince them that they are my sole insurance provider. We even called the company which they state is my primary, who assured them they have not been my provider for a year. No matter what prescription, it is the same monthly argument.. Over 2 hours each call for each prescription. I notice someone else said there are farm animals in the background, I have heard animals myself. I am not sure what country supplies their customer service, but it certainly is not professional. I have filed 5 grieavances, and last month they told their grievance department does not have the ability to resolve this issue! Every month I get the sincerest apology, assurance that the issue has been corrected, but nothing changes. After two weeks, I get the same form letter that states the issue has been resolved. I wish I could give this company 0 stars.

      I have asked them repeatedly to take me off their mailing list but yet just like other companies they can not do as asked and when they call it is a lady in Greenville SC I asked her multiple times to take me off their mailing list and to stop calling me I have insurance that I am very happy with and not interest or desire to change. Wellcare does not allow me to use my oncologist or cardiologist and I definitely will not change my doctor's that I trust . Thank you and once again please stop the harassment

      On April 25, 2023 I received text from Wellcare that stated that I would earn a $100 gift card when I completed a free in home health visit by calling -------------- So I called the number and inquired about the gift card. I was told that they only make appointments that the in home health provider would make the gift card arrangements. So on May 23, 2023 the person showed up . I said right away that I was only doing this to get the gift card and she said she knew nothing of that and probably someone would contact me after she finished the visit. So since so many people are so vague about this, I decided to chat just now with Wellcare. The chat person said they are unable to help and to call the number on the back of the card. THIS IS SO STRESSFUL! Seems everytime I turnaround I am seeing another scam.

      I have been very satisfied with this insurance, my complaint is the person I spoke with when I called customer service on June 1, 2023 at around 12:50 pm EST, he was rude and rushed me off the phone. I had more questions to ask and he just hung up on me. It really upset me.

      I made the HUGEST mistake in going back to Wellcare at the 1st of 2023. They are worse than ***** which I cannot believe!! For the last 3 months they tell me my medication is approved but when I go to the pharmacy to pick it up, the pharmacist states Wellcare has declined it, AGAIN!! Today I call them back with an UNBEILIABLE response from the CSR. 1 week ago I was on the phone with Wellcare for the 11th time for 3hrs & 20mins. ***** from prior authorizations told me she spoke to my pharmacist and I can pick up THE REST of my prescription this past Sunday 5/28. The pharmacist Devine called me before I had a chance to call them letting me know my prescription has been declined AGAIN!! Of course Wellcare is closed on the weekends and yesterday for Memorial day so I had to call them today for this CSR to tell me my prior authorization had expired!!! I asked her what are you talking about? The CSR stated prior authorizations only last 1 day!! So, I went through ALL THIS for ***** at Wellcare to lie to me and have me waiting on my medication which I SHOULD already have just to go pick it up on Sunday and it had EXPIRED?!! If your thinking of switching to Wellcare, DON'T!! They do not care about their patients and have a HORRIBLE customer service!! They are only open certain hours and closed on the weekends and holidays so you cannot receive help in an emergency! Their truly awful! I have letters from them in the mail stating my medication had been approved and emails and recorded calls. AND the pharmacy still CAN'T fill it!! I'm filing a complaint with the insurance commission!

      went to the dentist and I was told it covers 50% of out of network coverage. They denied all my claims saying I did not get the pre authorization. My dentist had called them in front of me and told them what was happening. They even said they would pay 50%. When the work was done they refused to pay. Whats a person to do when he sitting in a dental chair and your dentist says it has to come out. Stupid. No matter what, I was still entitled to the money for my teeth. You have to look in the fine print to see that it needs a pre authorization. I have spends dozens of hours on the phone with them, my dentist and the people who sold me the plan. Even they were shocked and took it on themselves to call numerous times to help. I will never suggest Wellcare.(NoCare) to anyone. Worthless insurance.

      They cheated me by saying drug out of pocket was $33.00 and they charged me 538.00. I filed grievances with them and Medicare and I was told that there is nothing they can do. They refused to let me return the drug unopened, They are crooks
