      This company has a man named ******************* working there and this man is a harassment with feet. He uses his power in the company to get close to women on his work team and outside people he works with. Very unprofessional, he acts like if the WellCare money is his its a total joke.

      WELL let's just say that WellCare is extremely poorly operated & doesn't CARE who knows it & doesn't wish to do anything about it. An hour & 45 minutes on the phone with 5 different people including at the supervisor level was the equivalent of speaking to 5 parrots trained to say exactly the same thing. This isn't the first time dealing with them either. BTW, they offshore customer service so running the clock out ON YOU is their desired strategic location. Hopefully accents are not an issue in understanding spoken english with you. At 67 years of age, this is the worst insurer that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with & I am not just speaking to a health insurance provider. Bait & switch is an understatement. Simply ignorance on the rampage & over every little thing. Have you ever walked into a pharmacy with a prescription & been told that you need to have your docter call your insurance provider to explain why you received the prescription? BTW, the drug is covered by their formulary. Third rate chiselers!

      Hello and good afternoon, 

        We apologize for your dissatisfaction with the plan and customer service we have reached out multiple times to the member via email and phone call to address the issue further. Due to the member being uncooperative towards our efforts to gain more information we have conducted an investigation with the information given from the member complaint and our correspondents, the investigation concluded no error was found on WellCare's end and member was given incorrect information at his local pharmacy.

      I have read WellCare's **************** isn't a word of truth. At least they wasted some of their time instead of only mine. All said, another typical attempt to cover their behinds; however, just read the displeasure that other people have had in their dealings with **************************** will see that the truth is out & consistantly so. In my opinion, this is a thinly vailed bait & switch type game played by third rate chissellers. A ************ you to death type operation all for a few dollars. *****, hoops, hoops...Dealing with their " claim investigator" firmly affirms my opinion.

      I have been a Well Care patient, and client for 2 + years. Yesterday, I received a call from a representative who spoke my language; clearly asked questions, repeated my responses with clarity, and patiently looked for information to which he did have the answers. This was about a 20-minute beneficial phone call which came from an important vendor. The most important vendor to my senior life at this time. I have been very pleased with the ordinary services they have provided and now to get a call from them to check on my welfare is just the most unique thing in recent times. I will recommend them to almost everyone. ( The insurance specialist who recommended this coverage is the most detailed and efficient person with whom I have worked. I have used her services for 5 years, for 2 other relatives and all have been very much without complaints.

      I feel like they harass me. They call practically ever day, always saying they want someone to come out to do a health assessment. No thank you I trust my doctors why cant you respect that? Everyday I get mail from them. Nothing I ask for or find helpful. Its so aggravating

      Worst experience ever since January 2023. Never received my OTC order and been getting a runaround for several weeks. They won't pay my chiropractor who on line shows she is in network, 17 phone calls later. One call the person yelled shut up very loud in the phone.

      Moved to a new state in 2022, switched to Wellcare after being assured that my plan would cover enhanced dental beginning 2023.I called Wellcare customer service TWICE around November 30, 2022, seeking re-assurances before deciding whether to stay with Wellcare.Was told beginning in 2023 that enhance dental services would become available at no extra cost.In February 2023, I decided to get some dental work done and was told by a Wellcare representative (who was overseas) that the plan I had would not cover the expense.

      Wellcare by Allwell is the UNDISPUTED WORST health insurance there is, in my opinion. I had a ******** Advantage plan with them for 14 months, but it was a decided DISadvantage. They seemed to take pleasure in denying me every benefit to which I was entitled. They repeatedly failed to reimburse me for out-of-pocket expenses, and refused to let me see the excellent doctor, who served as my PCP for a whole year under a previous plan. Instead, they directed me to a doctor who proved to be the worst doctor I ever had in all my 66 years. I had a $0.00 copay for emergency room visits, but I made a single ER visit and they tried to stick me with a bill of $120.To top that off, they insisted on perennially forcing upon me gigantic boxes of medically tailored meals that made me gag at the sight of them. Receiving the first box, I immediately called to opt out. I even put in grievances for this, telling the grievance counselors that being elderly and disabled, being forced to handle and discard these huge boxes was a liability to my health and wellbeing. They did not listen, turning my doorstep into their veritable dumping ground for months. So, if you need good health insurance, DONT get Wellcare by Allwell. They will worry you, aggravate you, even burden you with unwanted garbage, till you die prematurely of a stroke or heart attack.

      Please heed this warning: do not buy Wellcare insurance. They were a good company until CVS took over. I have found they are now dysfunctional in nearly all areas and deceptive as well. I totally regret buying a policy from Wellcare.
