      Very dissatisfied...just turned 65 and enrolled in this 'D' plan....One of my 'generic' medications that was a 'Low-******* ********Pay' Medication with ******************* Health Care is a 'High-******* Terribly expensive Medication through WELLCARE???...What criteria dictates the 'Tier' that a Medication falls under. Shouldn't it be the same?...I am sure they look at the demographics and categorize to their advantage. What cost me $100 per year thru ************* now costs me over $2,000 through Wellcare. The government should intervene...

      Stay away from this company. Tried to use their web portal to price a drug. The wrong pharmacy is listed. I could not change the pharmacy despite the presence of an edit button. Incredibly, selecting the edit button takes me to my former Plan D provider. Tried the "chat" route first. No joy, rep recommended I call the 800 number. After 30 minutes, again no joy. CSR transferred me to a supervisor. Another 30 minutes, same result. Supervisor said I would have to speak to the web portal admin team and asked if I would like to file a grievance. Said yes to both. All this effort required to simply correct my default pharmacy on their portal, and it is one of their "preferred" pharmacies. Inept or uncaring, not sure which. Find another Plan ** My wife and I are stuck for another 11 months......Would be 0 stars if I had the choice.

      My friend recently dealt with this company, as she is retired. The doctor had recommended a specific drug to try, but that product did not work for her. She tried to call and cancel this policy at that time. She was on the phone for an hour, transfered to various different foreign speaking people from another country, making it very difficult for her to understand them. She told them it was difficult to understand them, and after speaking to three different people and being told that she could not cancel, she was finally offered the opportunity to be transfered to a ************* site to discuss the issue. After being connected, she was again told that she could NOT cancel, and she MUST continue to carry the policy. Someone suggested that she quit paying. My friend replied that she did not want her credit rating affected by this, and she again demanded to cancel. She asked to speak to a senior company member, and was promised a phone call the next morning at 8 am sharp. She was never called back as of this time. She has no way of actually canceling this policy without it affecting her credit rating by non-payment.

      Horrible customer service. Agents are often misinformed many working for home and you can hear either children, crying or dogs barking so unprofessional. Although the agents are very nice, they are often very confused and it appears that they are not well trained. My current issue is documented below, and I would strongly recommend that anyone stay away from this company. It is not the only Medicare plan, and I do not know how they even received a five star review. This insurance company is company is totally disorganized. I am so glad I found out another reason why I will not only leave this insurance company will never recommend to any of my friends and as a nurse practitioner anybody that asked me I will tell him that it is a horrible company to deal with on all levels. Fortunately, this is not a serious illness. Can’t imagine what would happen if I really needed them there are other companies that are five-star that offer much better benefits, and customer service. Stay away from this company they do not stand up to what they offer as an insurance company. The Wellcare Healthy rewards program is almost impossible to access. Portal down December 2022. According to the representative I talk to today at the healthy rewards program. She stated that the portal was down in Dec and would be up in mid January 2023. She also stated that according to Medicare guidelines, since I did not document my two events, that would give me rewards in Nov and Dec2022 I could no longer get these rewards which total $70! That, according to Medicare guidelines, it was too late to get these monetary rewards. I explained to her and she agreed that the website was down in January. I also told her that I had left a phone message at the healthy rewards program without anyone calling me back.. This is ridiculous if the portal is down and they don’t return your phone calls how are you to document your events to get the reward. I think someone needs to look into this at Medicare .

      Luisa B This is very terrible. Called but can't contact customer service, now they are Centene the service is horrendous,the ivr is horrible. I only wanted to place and otc order, but I called them and automatic Ivr only allows to review service received? How can I if couldn't.speak with no one Also the Ivr doesn't have my correct shipping address

      **************** is terrible at best,promised me $175.oo every quarter for the *** card, called them numerous times no one had an answer got the runaround,transferred here, there and everywhere.After only 13 days I called ****** my past insurance and got back on with them. There is a grace ****** until March to change

      I RECENTLY WAS CONTACTED AND ASKED IF I WAS INTERESTED IN KNOWING MORE ABOUT WHAT MY CURRENT PLAN OFFERS. I DIDN'T REALIZED THERE WAS ANYTHING MORE OFFERED AND SO I WAS INTERESTED IN LEARNING MORE. THEN AN APPOINTMENT WAS SET UP FOR THAT.THE APPOINTMENT IT TURNED OUR WAS TO SELL ME A ******** ADVANTAGE PLAN IN WHICH I HAD NO INTEREST. HAD THE FIRST INDIVIDUAL TOLD ME THAT I NEVER WOULD HAVE SET UP THE APPOINTMENT. I COMPLAINED TO THE PERSON WITH WHOM I HAD THE APPOINTMENT STATING THAT THIS WAS A SCAM AND MISLEADING. THEY SAID THEY WOULD PROVIDE FEEDBACK FOR BETTER TRAINING. IF I WERE NOT A SAVVY CONSUMER I MIGHT HAVE BEEN TRICKED. TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS IN MY ESTIMATION.

      For their ******** Part D, their customer service is atrocious. For a secondary part D insurance I requested a single (January) billing statement be sent by eMail. I was told they do not do that. I requested the coupon book that they used to send. ***** days. Well beyond the time frame needed to secure my secondary *********** exceptions. This is talking to a real person. Doing the online chat, I was ghosted. When I asked to switch me to a real operator or provide a number.I see they have a one star, which is forced by BBB. Id give them less.

      Someone within Wellcare switched my plan to an advantage plan by impersonating me. I had to get Medicare to switch me back to my original plan. I filed a complaint with Wellcare but they closed my complaint without anyone following up. Have to deal with many foreign agents & people who shouldn't have their jobs because they simply don't care. Hideous company!

      Member ID ******** I am part of Medicare Part D Prescription Plan. In the book it stated that Ozempic (Which is diabetic drug) would cost me approximately $40. a month. However, when I picked up my prescription at the place they told me to go to, it cost me $548.00 for a three month supply. I called the customer service on January 5 and I could not understand the ladies name. After 35 minutes on the phone, I was told it would cost me $548.
