      Run away from this company! Do NOT purchase a policy from them. Their customer service is terrible, and they triple monthly plan fees after you sign up. My husband had to call three times to disenroll from the plan. Wellcare makes it very difficult to cancel coverage. We were on the phone for almost two hours and given multiple excuses as to why he could not cancel. At one point, the supervisor admitted that his agent had failed to provide us with the form to disenroll. Wellcare also tripled his monthly plan rate at the beginning of the year. I'm sure they will claim to have notified us, but it wasn't clear, so my husband was charged $60 per month instead of $20 for several months. He did not agree to this change.

      I have received a robocall from Wellcare EVERY week, if not more, for someone who doesn't even own my phone number. I AM NOT A MEMBER OF THIS INSURANCE!!!!!! This phone number is registered on the Do-Not-Call list. Why am i getting harassed. I called customer service to only talk to someone I can't understand to take my number off of your call list. Guess what. The next day I get another robocall from Wellcare. Absolutely insane the amount of times this company calls and that I can't get this issue resolved.

      They don't have customer service. They have customer dis-service. They insist on their automated line to talk to (only) the customer. Do they realize that many of their 'customers' might be unable to communicate? My father is in late stage alzheimers and i'm his guardian. But you can't talk with them unless you call a totally different number and go crazy with pressing zero and asking for 'representative'. And even then, its hard to get someone alive on the line. Run, don't walk away from this company. I've used this because he was already enrolled before I was his guardian but i'm going to switch because anything is better than this company.

      Very unhappy with this insurance company thus far! I have there insurance coverage for myself and have not had a problem.. but I literally have been working on enrolling my dad since the beginning of last yr (supposibly *******) the intake representative did not do his job he went through whole plan which would be most beneficial for my dad wrote everything down he gave is ref number for call (which supposedly didn't exist) when i called to check on status in hopes no bumps in the road they told me they dud not see he was an active customer!!!! So now insurance as of January 1, 2023 he will have NO Insurance, because he terminated my mom's insurance because of the better coverage he is in need of! So I have submitted the enrollment paperwork 3 times, have a whole notebook full of notes in whom I have spoken to with case and ticket numbers, run down of what he would have for coverage, as well as he received a paper in mail stating his ID Number and everything and when calling thus am they state he is not an active member.. I am totally frustrated and angry he needs insurance before ending of month and I did everything I needed to and now they tell me the escalation team will call me back in 24 hrs with another ticket number! Sorry but this needs to get known by many and is totally not a way to run an insurance company!

      I enrolled with WellCare told them who my Dr’s where and salesman said yes you in-network then made appointments get at my Dr’s office said we don’t except your plan. I had to pay $300.00 out of my money just to get a refill, if not could gone through detox. I turned in my receipt to them along with forms twice. Never got my reimbursement. They are a SCAM and dishonest please do not deal with WellCare

      Lie, Cheat and Steal from the Customer. Don't reimburse for therapy in or out of network as told. 13 calls with Supervisors and 2 messages to Escalation Department. USELESS...DIFFERENT STORY EVERYTIME. SCREWED ME OUT OF ALMOST 1K BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE BILLS! THEN BLAME ME! THE HELL YOU WILL...THIEFS! GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS LIARS! DONE WITH YOUR SCUMBAG COMPANY AND STUPID PEOPLE WHO AREN'T TRAINED, DON'T DO THEIR JOBS AND MOST CAN'T EVEN SPEAK ENOUGH ENGLISH TO UNDERSTAND...LETS KEEP REPEATING EVERYTHING 10 TIMES..SHUT THEM .DOWN NOW!

We have reviewed the Customer Service contact you had with the plan, and assigned appropriate coaching/training. After review of the reimbursement requests submitted, the denial remains upheld. The billed dates of service were denied because prior authorization was required but not obtained. Thank you.

      They sent 3 letters in a row.. I did not sign up for this Horrible company... There letters are very misleading.. They have out of Country reps for there custermer service.. Resear ch is all im saying..

      Sent emails to member emails ****************** 11/17/22,11/18/22 and 11/21/22 and unable to contact letter was sent 11/21/22. Per review and member enrollment sent out letter to member dated 11/18/22 that plan has canceled enrollment.

      If I could give lower I would. Dental and vision are useless, when I asked them about why their card failed they refused to respond for over 8 months. Sent them a letter, and filled out the online contact form, no response. Filed multiple complaints with ******** and also received no response. Only method that worked to contact them is the online chat. The people there have no resources to assist so they are useless.

      WellCare shouldn’t have care in their name because they don’t care at all. They don’t return phone calls. They lie and say my Drs office did not fill out the forms they requested. My Drs office sent 4 forms and each time WellCare said that my Drs office did not say why I needed this medication. WellCare ask very personal questions when it’s not none of their business. When you call them they put you on hold anywhere between 20 to 30 minutes. A lot of calls got dropped. Had to call back several times. Their customer service people don’t care, it was like I was bothering them when I called. There’s not one positive thing I can say about WellCare.

      DOES NOT PAY PROVIDER CLAIMS, WILL NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS FROM PROVIDERS, AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR EMAILS TO OUR WELLCARE REP AS WELL. WILL NOT RESPOND TO CLAIM INQUIRIES ON THEIR PORTAL EITHER. COMPLETE DISSATISFACTION WITH THEIR COMPANY. NO CLAIMS GETTING PAID, ABOUT TO DROP THEM
