      They changed their *** plan. I get $156 every three months to spend on *** products. IF I could use my WellCare *************** card! I have tried ordering in the app, only to find out EVERYTHING is Out of stock through ******** I finally called WellCare Spendables and had a customer service representative put in my order and she had the same results. She said that I could go to ********** so I tried through their app only to be told that I could not use my WellCare card. I might try going directly to the store (25 miles away), and try it there, but I have doubts. Theres other stores I could try but Ive already spent two hours ton this today. I waited 2 months for a dentist appointment and at the time that I made it, they took WellCare. When I had to change my appointment because the dentist was in surgery, they asked me what insurance I had and I told her. They no longer accept WellCare I wonder why. Im surprised that my doctor still accepts them but that could change! Im looking for a new Advantage plan this year. I had to do a survey for them a couple months ago and I said that I was unhappy with the *** program that theyve changed to. I doubt that it made a difference.

      Horrible servicio dicen que cubren medicamento y no cubre piden que los Drs ****** pedir permiso a mi pap ya lo tenan listo para ciruga y luego a la final el da de la ciruga y dijeron que siempre no nos mandaron de el hospital porque wellcare no aprob la ciruga muchos problemas con wellcare

      I have been trying to access the web portal. All I get is loading. Contacted customer service. They said I would be contacted by web support in 10 days. Has been over a month and no contact.

      Yes, this has finally been resolved. I believe the customer service agents need to be trained better as to why I had this particular problem so it can be resolved faster.

      My 86 year old father with dimentia was contacted by a WellCare rep and talked him into signing up for their health care insurance. He already had healthcare insurance and didnt need this. Well he was signed up and family was unaware until the hospital called to cancel an upcoming surgery because the hospital doesnt accept WellCare insurance. This has been a nightmare now trying to communicate with WellCare over this. Weve managed to cancel the WellCare but doesnt take effect until end of month. To make matters worse, someone from WellCare still continues to call my dad on a regular basis to sign him up for insurance. They need to stop targeting the elderly with their phone solicitation. Since we didnt know he had signed up for this hes going to have uncovered medical expenses in the thousands. We will be taking legal action.

      I have had this prescription drug plan for a couple years now, but in 2024 they changed to Express Scripts for the mail order. I was sent a new card and told that I would have access to my on line account in early January of 2024. I tried then with no success and placed a call to their support line. They had me try a few things and said they would send it off to their support staff and they would get back to me in 10 business days or less. Well I've now heard that same response and;Open a new account with a new email address (And loose my history, etc.)Try another device (Have done multiple times)Clear cache and try another browser (Also done multiple times)It's been "escalated" multiple times and the most recent escalation meant that people that couldn't fix it called and said they are sorry and that was about it.I've asked numerous times to speak with someone that has access to the back-end systems so we can get it resolved, but with no success.And one more piece of info. My wife also has an account and it is accessible from the same devices used to try and get access to mine.I've finally decided to register my concerns because there are many possible issues that could be hidden such as; their systems have been hacked, they corrupted my account in their transition and don't want to admit or don't know, I have a common name so it could co-mingled with another account and a host of other potential problems. Since they do not seem to have the process in place to handle technical issues, I believe this is my best avenue to resolution.

      I have to have a neck operation badly and had it set for December 2023 I went for my pre-ope and it was refused to be paid for by them and now 4 months later I'm stuck with that bill and I'm on SSDI at like nothing amonth I can't live like this much longer.

      Fraudulent practices Wellcare quotes one price, then charges another. I've read lots of reviews, and have found this is a widespread practice. They stone wall u, then whrn Medicare gets involved, they use intimidation practices so I would drop it. Its in Medicare's hands now. I hope Medicare fines them big. I would also like to see a class action suit.

      Dealing with these people has been a nightmare! How can you resolve any issues when their customer service representatives don't speak clear English? Even the simplest of answers name, medication, etc. you have to repeat & spell out over & over & over. So far it's been 3 torturous phone calls to get medications I've been on for over 30 years to be approved. Pure h***!
