    We respectfully request that this review be removed as it does not represent a genuine experience utilizing our services or interacting with our customer support staff.
    This customer registered an account under the email address ***************** to activate a Monthly Subscription Plan on January 25, 2024, at 10:27 PM EST. This plan comes with a 7-Day Free Trial for new members, which was utilized to successfully download a Texas Residential Lease Agreement. The terms of the subscription and free trial duration are listed in our Terms of Use and reiterated prior to the initial download when activating the subscription. We also provide cancelation instructions to the customer in their activation confirmation email.
    This subscription was NOT canceled within the free trial period, and our system attempted to collect the initial Monthly payment on February 2, 2024, following the conclusion of the trial.

    The initial payment collection FAILED. Our merchant provider attempted to collect the outstanding balance again, though the subsequent payment collection attempts FAILED as well. The subscription was automatically canceled on February 9, 2024, at 10:46 PM EST due to the outstanding balance, and no successful transactions were processed on the account. 
    We accept cancellations via phone, live chat, email, or directly through the user’s dashboard. 
    As of the posting of this customer’s review on February 9, 2024, eForms has received NO communication relating to this account via any of our customer support channels. There have been NO cancellation requests made through the customer’s dashboard, so the reviewer’s claims are false.
    The only cancellation activity recorded on the account was when our system automatically canceled the subscription from its “Past Due” state on February 9, 2024, at 10:46 PM EST, due to lack of payment.

    I went online months ago and canceled my account. I checked my credit card statement and noticed they continued to bill me $49 a month which I was under impression was canceled. When I asked for help- they simply said there was no record of me canceling and I signed up for a service that would keep billing me until I cancel. But I know I canceled it! No help, money wasted. will never use their service again.

    This customer registered an account under the email address ********************** to activate a Monthly Subscription Plan on September 16, 2023, at 4:12 PM EST. This plan comes with a 7-Day Free Trial for new members, which was utilized to download a XXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXX Template. The terms of the subscription and free trial duration are listed in our Terms of Use, as well as reiterated prior to the initial download when activating the subscription and trial. We provide the trial duration again, along with cancelation instructions, to the customer in their activation confirmation email.

    All customer communication and activity are timestamped for quality assurance. Customers have the ability to cancel by phone, email, via live chat, or directly through their dashboard at any time during the free trial period. The subscription was never canceled during the 7-Day Free Trial period, and our system collected the initial monthly payment following the conclusion of the trial period on September 14, 2023, at 4:20 PM EST. A renewal notice and payment confirmation email is sent following the trial, and monthly at the time of each renewal.The monthly subscription was never canceled through the January 14, ****, renewal cycle, so our system attempted to collect payment on January 14, ****, though the payment collection attempt FAILED. 

    The January renewal fee was successfully collected through our payment processors subsequent payment collection attempt on January 21, ****, following the failed attempt on the January 14the renewal date. 

    Upon contacting our support team via live chat yesterday, February 1, ****, the customer stated she reached out to cancel her subscription three months ago. Our agent informed the customer that we did not have a record of cancelation during the free trial period, nor any cancellation requests up until the current live chat initiated yesterday. The customer then stated she went on our website and canceled it in November. After reviewing the accounts activity log again, our agent confirmed that we did not have a record of a prior cancellation request in November, or a record of any other prior requests.

    Though there was no record of a previous cancellation request, our agent canceled the subscription immediately and processed a courtesy refund for the most recent renewal charge captured on January 21, ****. A confirmation of the subscription's cancellation and refund was emailed to the customer yesterday, February 1, ****, at 3:16 PM EST, following the conclusion of the live chat with our team.

    Upon being notified of this review, I viewed the accounts activity log directly, and confirmed there was no prior communication from this customer prior to her contacting our support team via live chat yesterday, February 1, ****. I also confirmed there was no log in to the account whatsoever in November of 2023. 

     

    Based on the documented inaccuracies of this reviewer's claims, we are seeking the removal of this review, as it does not represent a genuine experience utilizing our website or interacting with our support staff.

    I would like to warn people about this company. Although their business practices are not illegal, they are definitely shady and unethical. They offer a free 7 day trial with the agreement that you will be enrolled in a $49.00 a month plan if you do not cancel within the seven day period I printed one form on their website, didn't see any use to continue my service, and planned to cancel That weekend I had to go out of town to take care of my 95 year old father who was in the hospital with sepsis. After returning home, the Christmas holidays were coming up and you can imagine what happened next. On December 29, my credit card was charged $49.00 by EForms. I asked for a cancellation which was approved, however they refused to refund my money. This is the only company I have ever dealt with that did not notify me before they charged my card. I would have expected a notice stating that my 7-day trial was ending, and I would be billed if I didn't cancel, but of course not.......that is how this company makes their money. They are hoping that people will forget about canceling after the 7-day trial period and they can snag their $49.00. Most ethical businesses will prorate the service and not charge you for the days you haven't used the service but not eforms.com They refuse to negotiate. Like I stated previously, their business practices are not illegal, and you will not win if you try to dispute a charge with your credit card company, however, their customer service depart must be run by a robot because the human element is very clearly missing. In this time of economic crisis there are plenty of other businesses who provide this service to choose from, without doing business with a company who cares absolutely nothing about their customers.

Once a subscription is activated, a confirmation email is sent with the subscription terms, any free trial duration, and a link with instructions on how to cancel.     This customer elected to activate a Monthly Subscription Plan on December 21, 2023, to download a ************** XXXXX XXXXXX XXXXXXX Form, starting the Monthly Subscription Plan and 7-Day Free Trial, as a new member. This customer linked their subscription to PayPal for their billing profile. As no cancellation was made during the trial period, the account was billed, and a renewal and payment confirmation email was sent via PayPal once the free trial period concluded.

    When the customer contacted us on December 29, 2023, following the initial charge, they filed a dispute directly with PayPal. When a dispute is filed directly via PayPal, eForms does not have the ability to edit a transaction as it is in a HOLD state while PayPal conducts its investigation. We informed the customer that we could not offer a refund based on the prior dispute and will (must) abide by PayPals decision based on their investigation. PayPal found the case to be in eForms' favor on January 8, ****, based on the activity on the account. 

    As we disclose all terms of the Monthly Subscription and 7-Day Free Trial duration numerous times prior to registering, when the customer activates the subscription, and send them the confirmation email with all details again, we respectfully request that this review be removed as it is not based on a genuine experience.

    As the customer canceled their subscription within the active billing cycle, the customer had access to their account and all of our services for the entire Monthly cycle. The subscription automatically canceled at period end this morning, January 29, ****, at 8:30 AM EST. The subscription is currently canceled and the account will not be billed again.

    Someone hacked my PayPal and EForms charged me for a month long subscription. When I went back to eForms they said they would abide by PayPals decision, which I didnt know at the time was based on someone living with me who used my computer to create a document. So it looked like it was my name on the account. I didnt use the service during the subscription period so therefore I am requesting a full refund of the $49. They have refused, and havent even provided me with the email of the user. This company is a scam, and enabling scammers.

    We are respectfully requesting that this review be removed as a Monthly Subscription Plan was activated on December 11, 2023 and the account was created with the reviewer's personal and billing information. The account was used to create and successfully download a form that also included the reviewer's personal information. This download activated the new member's 7-Day Free Trial and the subscription was not canceled within the trial period. We accept cancellations via PayPal directly, by phone, email, or live chat with our customer support team.

    On the 8th day, the account was billed according to our Terms of Use, as there was no cancellation made during the trial period. The initial payment collection attempt failed, though was successful on the retry attempt on December 26, 2023.

    The reviewer reached out to our customer support team inquiring about the successful PayPal payment, and our team informed her that we have no ability to consider a refund as the charge was already disputed directly with PayPal. When disputed, a transaction is placed in a HOLD status until PayPal conducts its investigation into the dispute. Our team informed her we must abide by PayPal's decision stemming from their investigation as we do not have the ability to edit as it was already disputed. 

    Our customer support team provided the reviewer with all account details, including the email that was used for the eForms account, on January 8, ****, at 12:24 PM EST via email, so that claim is false. The email used was the reviewer's email address.

    PayPal found the transaction dispute case in eForms favor on January 14, ****, as their investigation found that the customer's information was listed in the document created on the account, and was linked to the matching PayPal billing profile. 

    eForms must abide by PayPal's decision.

    This sight is a scam operating under legal means. They want all the truthful reviews to be removed. The truth shall set you free or in this case expose you. To utilize Eforms you have to create an account in which you have to enter a card number to utilize the service they offer. Even though you cancel on the date stated that your 7day trial is up, their sneaky tactic is that you have to cancel the exact time to the minute in which you started the "FREE" trial. The cancelation page said I canceled and could access the form until 12/23/23, not knowing that they do this to get you and claim you accessed the form after the trial time so they have to make sure they charge you. If someone no longer has access when trial time ended why ***** them access. Oh I know why! So you can charge them at will because you have their card information. Sneaky ********!! This how they got me!!! Here I am $50 less later because I did not cancel at exactly 1:04pm on Thanksgiving Day. I canceled on Thanksgiving after dinner just not before or during dinner. Then when you call the customer service department they rep is RUDE as heck!! Some businesses are honorable in their practices thus maintaining a stellar reputation, UNFORTUNATELY this is not one of those businesses. Steer clear!!!!!!!

We provide the trial duration again, along with cancelation instructions, to the customer in their activation confirmation email.

The subscription was never canceled during the 7-Day Free Trial period, and our system collected the initial monthly payment following the conclusion of the trial on November 23, 2023, at 1:00 AM EST, seven days from the subscription activation. The customer signed into her account on November 23, 2023, at 7:09 PM EST, and canceled the subscription. As the subscription was canceled within the active billing cycle, it canceled at period end, providing access through December 23, 2023, at 12:57 AM. The customer proceeded to edit her document the following day, November 24, 2023, and downloaded the updated (edited) form November 24, 2023, at 2:17 PM EST. 

    Upon contacting our support team on November 28, 2023, our agent informed the customer that we did not have a record of cancelation during the free trial period, and explained our policies relating to the Monthly Subscription, the Free Trial and shared the activity on the account from the accounts timestamped activity log. After personally reviewing this customers phone call, at no time was the agent unprofessional or rude. Our agent even let the customer know that if there was no activity following the initial charge, we would gladly process a courtesy refund. The agent explained why the initial charge was not eligible for a refund per our refund policy, as the form was edited and downloaded after the renewal, within the active billing cycle.

    I'm reading previous reviews and I can't let the poor marks slip by. Eforms tries their best in providing great service. That counts for something. The counts more than technical difficulties and outright rage that other users declare on this business review website. I've had two interactions with EForms, and they have been amicable, and approachable. I asked for a refund I got it. I needed help on getting a form, because their site was down, so I called, and I received a good agent, who helped me find a solution to the problem I had. I read rant after rant, and EForms delivers by following up with customer concerns and initiating an opportunity to fix the mistake or follow through with open discussion. You don't need to buy the membership to print out forms and a respectful agent told me this. Don't let your decision on using EForms fall under because of the poor reviews on this website. Most negative reviews I see are from manic customers with unwarranted behaviors, while EForms tries to explain the circumstance and tell you what may have happened that lead up to the failed exchange. Don't get on here to light gas a company when half the time you're part of the issue too.

    There is no indication that there is a fee before you fill out all of the information. Yes, there is a free 7 day trial, but payment information must be given so that it can automatically roll over if you don't cancel it. They write as a response here: "We also provide cancelation instructions to the customer in their activation confirmation email." Why is the cancelation procedure only given AFTER you have signed up?Like other reviewers, I may get a response here that includes, "does not represent a genuine experience utilizing our services" because I am deleting everything from the forms. I just want everyone to know that I absolutely had a genuine experience attempting to utilize their services.

    I agree with the other reviewer. Not outright a fraud but a crummy website that indicates it is free then after you spend a lot of time filling in information they hit you up for money or a subscription and hold your document hostage. Obnoxious I am not giving them a *****.

This plan comes with a 7-Day Free Trial for new members, which was utilized to download a XXXXXXXXXXX Professional Letter of Resignation Form. The terms of the subscription and free trial duration are listed in our Terms of Use as well as reiterated prior to the initial download when activating the subscription. We also provide cancelation instructions to the customer in their activation confirmation email. 

    All customer communication and activity are timestamped for quality assurance. The subscription was never canceled during the 7-Day Free Trial period, and our system collected the initial payment following the end of the trial on October 25, 2023. The customer didn't contact our Customer Support Team until this past Thursday, November 2, 2023, following the successful payment collection attempt on October 25, 2023. Upon contacting our support team via live chat, our agent informed the customer that we did not have a record of prior cancelation on her account, and that our system timestamps all customer activity and communication. The customer left the live chat, so our agent canceled the subscription (at period end).

    Though canceled, the customer still has access through the remainder of the billing cycle ending on November 25, 2023. The agent sent a follow up email with confirmation of the cancellation at period end immediately following the live chat on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at 7:07 PM EST.
