      Touch up prices went up drastically. They fluctuate all the time but never like this . I emailed the company last week and have heard nothing back. Poorly ran business with poor communication to customers. Also I have been getting laser hair removal for 5 years and still don’t have great results. Starting to think it is a scam business.

      I have the same complaint about feeling like my contract was not withheld. I went for a touch up today on 3 areas, after confirming on the phone a couple weeks ago when I made my appointment that it is $30 per area as I paid extra for in my original contract for LIFETIME GUARANTEE . Upon arrival today I am told that the prices have quadrupled. I was shocked & upset. I was already there, they knew they had me. Luckily the nurse practitioner was kind & sympathetic & said she will talk to the front desk. When I checked out they did end up giving me the pricing I was told on the phone, which I appreciate, but said it will be increased next time. I said I dont understand why if I signed a contract & she looked annoyed & just said prices are subject to change There was no discussion. I understand prices are going up everywhere but 400% & after signing a contract. This is bad business. I was going to get a quote while I was there for my legs, but I cant trust them & would rather give my money to their competitors if this is how they treat their loyal clients.

      Do not go to Woodbury ideal image!!!! Upsold me a package for touch ups for life.. Drove 2 hours from Wisconsin only to be told I needed to pay $167.00. What!!!?? Honestly.. if it was done right in the first place you shouldn’t need touch ups!!! Especially when my package was over $1800.00. Not a happy customer. Poor communication.

      Dont believe the hype about ideal image laser hair removal Clinics. When I first signed up with them, they told me that any touchups I need would be $50 so when I called to set up my appointment to get a touchup they told me it was $70 so I had an appointment today at 3 PM so I get a call this morning telling me that the price went up to $269 further touchupsthat is not what I was told when I first started getting my treatments. So dont believe the hype when they tell you that their prices dont go up it will remain the same. I am very disappointed with this company.

      She absolutely burned me with the laser and failed to use the ice pack after. In overcharge me with my lifetime membership and I have pictures to prove it she only cared about the money and getting new services

      I called for information for a chemical peel.After I was upsold to a laser procedure, I was asked for my card, thinking it was to be checked ,like ***** businesses do, the man was pushy and I got reailroaded into paying for a procedure without a consultation.Upon asking my *** who.told me that I should never consider that after having a melanoma removed, and who questioned what kind of ** would sell me that without even asking my history, I called the clinic.They want me to get a note from my **.Any of them know a melanoma should not have laser treatment.I should not have to pay a **'s visit and get a document that I have to pay for, for a procedure I never had and they should never have charged me for.Ethically deficient, more like a used car sales lot than an upscale esthetic ******** more about money than about you or your wellbeing, never mind how you look.

      I was good with them until touch up price quadrupled! I had lifetime treatments. And there was no notice to clients which is very disappointing. They wont be getting my money. Going to their competitor.

      This business lies started billing me without me started the service. Take over 1 k from me for nothing damage my credit and left me with headaches. I have Cancer i informed my concern about them giving me stress send them the letter from my Doctor. De Andre one of the manager of Buckhead idea image office. After reviewing the letter she said that she is going to take care of it but nothing has changed yet.

      A refund was provided to the lender in March for treatments unused. Any balance now owed is a conversation between you and the lender.  We have resolved this issue

      I consulted with ****** and my 2 concerns were with wrinkles on the face and my eye liner smearing onto the upper part of my eye when used. She gave me 2 options and that was uhtherapy for the droopy eyes and ***** for the wrinkles. I did the therapy and its been almost 2 months and noticing it made my eyes sag even worse and now I'm not even able to wear eye liner bc its swollen so badly in that area. The wrinkle relaxer(*****) was given 2 weeks after the therapy and only my forehead and small crows feet were treated. I addressed my concerns with the rest of the face and was told they could not treat my cheek bones for frown lines nor the line between my lip and nose. They also asked for a payment for more units to use just on my forehead which I paid. After waiting for it to take affect for the 2 weeks they said I still had fine lines on the forehead and I called them to fix the problem on my WHOLE face not just the one area as I was paying for them to do. They said they would and made another appt. I go in and was told it would be $160 extra for the whole face so I paid them. I was only treated for an anger line between my eyes and 4 shots around the upper middle lip. I raised my concerns and they said I needed extra work on the cheek bones and the fine line between my nose and lip. I knew then they were out to scam and rip people off. I declined the treatment for those areas bc they wanted to charge me much more for what I originally should've had done and didn't. Now I'm livid with fine lines still on the forehead and the rest of my face still being wrinkled with droopy eyes and look like a disaster!! No one would ever go in for partial treatment on their face ! These people aren't there to help you but to suck you dry and leave you looking like a complete clown and disaster! We all need a good attorney to stop this from happening to anyone else! I'm looking for one bc they made things worst not better and don't care no matter how much I complain !
