I have been a customer of ideal image for over five years now. Initially, I was extremely satisfied with not only the nurses but the results. In recent months, there has been an extreme corporate greed with new policy changes that are significantly negatively affecting the customer experience. They have changed their policy to where you can only book a touchup appointment, seven days out, which is impossible to book. They are also doubling the pricing of their touch up service fees, which means your initial lifetime plan does not really mean lifetime services. It is a misleading contract. I have been severely dissatisfied. The nurses have also pointed out how upset most other customers have been with the new changes. I really hope somebody in the corporate world reads the influx of recent negative reviews, and makes changes accordingly so they can keep up their customer satisfaction, truly, if you lose customer satisfaction, you will go out of business. Please save your money and go somewhere else.Ideal Image

FON'T SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH THEM I wouldn't spend 1 more penny with this company, after hours of talking to people trying to schedule for services I already paid for but got nowhere. I paid for my ultherpy and a catch up session in full in September of 2022, and had the first session scheduled October. That went smoothly. The system paces you out for catch up session, which I scheduled in Jan. 2023 for March treatment. The day of my appointment, I received a call and was told the system didn't give them enough time to do the treatment, they had to cancel my appointment. They said they would let me know the same day because my contract is expiring in 3 days, after 3 days I'm no longer able to receive treatment I paid for. Then no follow up. In panic, I went into the system and seized another appointment, it was confirmed. After spent 20 minutes driving , I showed up to the appointment and then was told the appointment was cancelled again without any notification or communication. I aske how the problem can be solved, and I was told they didn't know and they could or could not extend the contract for service I paid for but couldn't schedule due to their system. Someone would call and let me know in the next week, which a week and a half passed. Nobody contacted me. I contacted them again, and was told I cannot reschedule until their system is up which they don't know when. Then I asked for a refund for the treatment I haven't received was told that the agreement only works in their favor of me paying for their treatment, it doesn't qualify me for refund if I cannot receive the service during the contract period. I thought about sending them a letter from my attorney, but then figured they probably wouldn't worth one more penny spent on them. For the trouble I got into with them, it probably added more wrinkles to my face than what any of their procedure could do. Save you time, money and wrinkles. DON'T buy their service.Ideal Image

We purchased the touch up extended package for when my treatments were completed. Tried to book my touch up appointment for laser hair and they will only make appointments for anyone with an extended contract for 7 days before the appointment. Problem is they can’t book anyone for up to 6 weeks and that’s how long it has taken for the past year. What a waste of 1200.00 or what ever the amount my husband paid. Do not use Ideal Image in Austin! They will sell you anything just to make a buck and not honor the extended expensive contract!Ideal Image

So I was a long-time client of Ideal Image while living in Florida, and then I relocated to California and did not have any centers here. I was always satisfied with my laser hair removal services, so when the company expanded to the West Coast I was extremely excited. That quickly subsided with all of the difficulties that I have since had. First, there has been multiple times that my appointments have been canceled 2 to 3 days prior to the scheduled time without any call or contact other than an automated email stating that my appointment has been canceled. When I call to inquire into the matter, I am told that my scheduled appt time has already booked by others and I can either have partial services rendered or reschedule to another day for full services. I drive an hour for these appointments and work long hours in healthcare. It is not easy for me to set aside the time to continually reschedule appointments when the company continues to fail on their end. Second, one of the biggest pros for me to become a member in CA was the lifetime membership I previously paid for. Given that I have had almost all of my body lasered with this company, I wanted to be able to do my touchups with them as indicated in my contract. There has been a roadblock every time into why I am unable to have my touchup services performed- not enough time, laser technician is out, they cannot find my previous Florida contract (then they do, then lose it again), etc. I called the Brea location today to add a touch-up to my now rescheduled appointment at the end of the month (because my appointment in 2 days was again mysteriously canceled) and now I am told that touch ups can only be scheduled within seven days advance and this is a new policy AS OF TODAY. It's sad to see what a scam this company has turned into and I regret wasting my time and money dealing with them and their BS. Counting down the treatments to be done with them. I will be posting this review to other platforms as well.Ideal Image

Invision Development Group, LLC, d/b/a Ideal Image defrauded me out approximately $3,000 already paid for services for “full-face” Facial Hair Removal in January 2017. I am suing them in court for ”Fraud in the Inducement” because Ideal Image induced me into entering into a fraudulent contract agreement for facial hair removal services that they knew did not work and I was not permitted to finish the treatment because they kept canceling/rescheduling my treatment. They failed to deliver the services I paid for; and they wouldn’t afford me the chance to finish the facial hair treatment. To date, I still have facial hair. They made so many promises to me such as “ex: the hair will never come back and/or you can go to any location in the United State to get facial treatment, or telling me I have a lifetime membership with Ideal Image and will get free lifetime retouch treatment if for any reason few trickle of hair returns”. These were all lies because Ideal Image had issues with getting me scheduled for my appointments and sometimes, the appointments will be canceled with a few hours notice. Not only did they not provide the agreed upon treatment in a timely and effective manner, they were denying me hair treatment service that I have already paid for. This is such a despicable business practice. I will be filling a compliant with every local, state or federal agency I can think of until proper action is taken against this company in order to protect all consumers from these deceptive business practices.Ideal Image

Update: I will be calling the Attorney General to investigate this company fraudelent behavior. Google PAH coolsculpting before booking anything with these people! I called last week for a refund since I developed PAH directly from this procedure. The guy who answered the phone, after more than 5 calls, just kept repeating your treatment was a year and a half ago, i said correct! You told me to wait 6 months for the treatment to fully work, then my skin stayed so hard and stretched so I just assumed I had to lose weight, clearly that wasnt the issue. They are aware of what this treatment can cause, yet when I made the booking where they rushed me to take my money and have me sign, no one took 1 minute to mention PAH. Just save your money and get lipo, which is now something i have to do to get rid of the flabs they left me with. Old review from 2021: Went online and requested a consultation, Katharine, was great and made me feel confident to booking and fully paying for my treatment however thats where the good ends. I have been trying to set up and appointment for 3 days and they're phone just rings, ask for a voicemail, which I've left, and still no response, finally decided to drive to the office, since it said open until 5, and it was close. I'm emailing their offices and want my money back! I would suggest going somewhere where they will actually book your appointment

Every Cool Sculpting guest signs an informed consent which discloses the risk associated with treatment including PAH. The cause of PAH is undetermined and not a result of improper treatment. As a result, all PAH claims are handled by the manufactures of Cool Sculpting( this information is also found while ****** searching). We have directed these concerns to the appropriate companyReview fromSara B

I financed cool sculpting treatments in 2019 (2 cycles of treatments with multiple areas per round). I found the cool sculpting treatments to be extremely painful and almost gave up half way through the process in round 1. The nurse (not sure they are actual nurses or medical professionals) providing the treatments talked me into completing the round so that I could get the full effect of the results and not have areas that were disproportionate/uneven. After treatment I was left with excessive bruising and decided I would not go through with the second round due to the pain. I called and emailed the company numerous times and each time was told I could use the money I was paying towards other treatments (that I didn't sign up for nor want) and that was basically my only option for a refund of services I never received. Horrible business practices. I'm still paying for services I will never get with no option for a refund. Buyer beware you may not enjoy the process and will not be able to get a refundIdeal Image

BUYER BEWARE I’m writing this in hopes to save someone the pain, developed anxiety and financial loss that I had to go through with this horrible company. If you are not 1,000% sure that you can handle a decent amount of pain DO NOT sign a contract with them- because they are just trying to get your money. They do not care about you and are willing to lie and ignore you in order to put you into a corner to keep your money. They will try to entice you with the savings of a contract (without telling you about the pain of the procedures or if they may or may not be successful on you) but if you are unable to finish your package due to pain or any other circumstances that would make sense, you will be SOL on any leftover money and no one (including headquarters customer service) will care because you are only dollar signs to them. My case was extremely mishandled by both the people doing the procedures and the front staff and when told to headquarters, they told me I had no money left in my account (when I was told I did 2.5 weeks before and hadn’t seen them since then- so no one knows what is going on there AT ALL).Do yourself a favor- if you’re going to get something done, go to a smaller company who may actually care about your needs enough not to lie or make things up straight to your face and save yourself the mental anguish I went through with them.Ideal Image

I have the same issue as everyone else who has had money legally stolen from them by Ideal Image. I recieved a "free" consultation that I was totally misinformed about and given blatantly false information. I gave $400 believing all of the information provided was true and I'd recieve the appropriate services. I scheduled an appointment, got in the office and I asked the woman why she was concentrated on an area that didn't need lazer treatment on. She told me, that the area, was the area I was contracted to have lazer treatment for. I told her this was not part of the agreement the representative and I discussed during consultation. I got up and walked out to the front desk and tried to resolve it while I was there. I dont think there's enough characters to describe the racist lingo and microaggression I recieved when I tried to resolve the issue. Not to mention leaving me on hold for just a few hours each time I call the "EXECUTIVE CLIENT CARE TEAM." Since then they have been sending me blank contracts for me to sign with NO NAME, NO DATE and NO COST BREAKDOWN! It's been 3-4 months trying to resolve this and I'm getting the run around getting my money back! I should have looked at the reviews! I consider myself lucky to have been scammed for only $400.00. I'm in shock that they have been allowed to do this for so many years!Ideal Image
