I have done laser hair removal and was satisfied with the service. So, I decided to try another service, cool sculpting. But I decided that it wasn't worth the nearly $7,000. So, I called customer service to cancel the service, and they told me that someone from higher up would contact me in 2-3 business days. It was a week, and I still hadn't heard from them. So, I called them and got told the same thing. So, I called and after being put on hold for over 10 minutes, I was finally able to talk to someone. He told me that the services are non-refundable and that it was in the agreement I signed. But I don't see it anywhere. I wish I would have seen these reviews before.Ideal Image

Im super frustrated with the touch up policy of scheduling 7 days out. Both my husband and I had service and at completion of contract he still needs 3-5 more full services. I called today and was told they can only schedule touch *** 7 days out. None available. So now to finish a several thousand dollar service I have to call everyday to hope I can get appointment. Super frustrating.Ideal Image

I returned to Ideal Image after several years between services. Originally, when I got my contract for my treatment, one selling point for me was the lifetime guarantee of a set price should I choose to retreat at any point in the future. When I went to pay what should have been $75 for my treatment, I was told the price would be $90. I reminded the person at the desk that my account and contract from 2015 has my lifetime price set at $75. I was told that someone else had the same issue and their financial person was able to make an adjustment to the corrected amount. (Apparently, they changed their records system and did not have information regarding contracts for members from before the change over.) So two people behind the counter proceeded to try to contact this person via email who was working remotely (or from another facility) in order to have my contract honored. While waiting for a response from this person I was told that Ideal Image had to raise their rates to reflect the cost of inflation and that was the reason for the additional charge. I informed them that this fact had nothing to do with me as this is the purpose of a contract with a set lifetime amount. After about ***** minutes of waiting for this issue to be resolved, the financial person denied the request and said I had to pay the $90. It seems convenient and down right fraudulent to not have contract records. Even if there was a change within their system, records are digital at this point and have been for over a decade. So keeping older contracts does not demand physical space. I plan to pursue this issue until it is made right. I am amazed that a company of this size would try to scam people in this way. Its just plain wrong and they should be ashamed of themselves!Ideal Image

We apologize for the misunderstanding. The lifetime membership which you have attached to your account was not affected by the change in touch up cost. Your Lifetime Membership touch up will remain at the same cost of $75. We will contact your treating center to provide updateReview fromElizabeth M

WARNING! Another corporation LEGALLY SCAMMING & harming their consumers.I only used 7/9 of my PREPAID laser package. I spent several thousand. Then Covid. Then when I wanted to come back after my vaccine (when it was SAFE) they said I waited too long & but not to worry because I had a membership & could PAY for more sessions at a lower rate. Not cool.So I went in hoping that if they saw me in person they could have a little more humanity but no, the same thing. They also ONLY zapped close enough on my la*bia so most of the spots are OK but I still have to shave, so if was a pointless waste of money. When this was pointed out I was GASLIT & BLAMED. This is especially hard as disabled trauma survivor with PTSD to be manipulated even when I'm paying for a service.None of this is ok. I am entitled to get what I paid for.I accept that the world is unfair & that the marginalized will always be harmed the most. But the reason I write this is to warn others to protect them from this evil, or at best negligent company.Ideal Image

Ideal image is making a fraud with customers. They took $250 each year for a MemberShip that is not possible to use if you have any issues with previous treatments. It is a FRAUD!!!Ideal Image

I had my second cool sculpting appointment yesterday for my chin. I went to the **********, ** location. The nurse and I discussed which area we would be treating at length, and she even pulled up my beginning pictures to compare them to the ones she took that same day. When she was applying the cool sculpting machine she was positioning it and it felt out of place to me. I told her it felt like it was not on my chin (the area I wanted done), and that it felt like it was on my neck area. After getting home and getting to inspect the area she cool sculpted my neck, and not the area I wanted done. You can even clearly see the white outline of where she was supposed to do it up much higher closer to my actual chin. I have taken lots of pictures. Cool sculpting is not cheap, and to pay all that money to have a service done incorrectly. Im not happy at all.Ideal Image

I was just calling to get a quote for a service I wanted and I was told I had to apply for a loan through ally in order to get the exact price of the service. So I applied and got approved now I'm stuck with paying for the service and I'm not even going to get the service. Now I'm.stuck with paying for a loan I'm not gonna even use. They won't let me cancel my contract of the loan. Ideal image is deceitful and they don't tell you the loan is nonrefundable and you can't canncel. SCAM!!!Ideal Image

I showed up for an appointment within the "15 minute grace ******* they state you have. There was no one at the front desk so sat there a few minutes, no big deal. Well by the time the girl came to the front, it was past the time and rather than looking and seeing if there was anything they could do, the nurse just said "no." This is frustrating because I paid over $4000 for this appointment, waited a month to get in, show up and am turned away. Following this, I was given the run around by customer service and ultimately gave up. I understand the importance of having an appt time but they don't follow the 15 minute grace ****** that patients have. They just choose what they want to and don't want to follow. In order to get another appt, I had to cancel family plans that I have on a day they had another opening or wait another 3 weeks to get in. And where they get you, is the contract you sign when you pay. They can s**** you around as much as they want knowing their guaranteed your money because there's a "No Refund" clause. I would recommend individuals to look at smaller spa's rather than a big corporate company like this. Seems like the smaller spa's care more about their clients then Ideal does.Ideal Image

I've been going to Ideal image for a few years now. Maybe like 2 and a half and they keep changing their policies. When I first joined I got the Lifetime membership. Then after a year they tell me I have to renew he membership. So it's not Lifetime and they shouldn't say it's Lifetime. Now I'm trying to make a appointment for botox and they tell me I have a balance of $750 for filler I did not get. And did not want to begin with. THEY put down the wrong thing. So they tell me someone is supposed to call me and noone calls me STILL. DAY #2. I call the 1-800 # and that lady tells me they put in a dispute or a "case" and she said they charged me for filler that I DID NOT EVEN WANT. And she said whenever a representative calls me to tell them I don't want that filler. I only got BOTOX last time and paid for botox at my last appt. And even last time they said I had a outstanding balance also so I paid. Everything is paid up to date. They wont even do any work UNLESS it's paid up so all this seems like a scam. And I'm a loyal customer. My LIfetime membership which is clearly a year membership is up in May. Maybe they are trying to not service me till I renew my membership then??? Who knows?? I owe nothing and I want my botox for $8.50 /unit before May. It's Feb 21st now.Ideal Image
